In addition, for example, metal wire rings with different diameters are added in the rubber ring, and the abrasion of the rubber ring is judged according to whether the metal wire rings are in contact with the runway or not; the method embeds the metal wire crusty pancake into the rubber ring, has poor precision, and the metal wire is easy to break in the process of manufacturing the rubber ring and is not easy to produce.
At present, a mature and effective rubber ring detection method does not exist, so that the research on the rubber ring with intelligent and active self-abrasion amount detection is a trend and is inevitable.

Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for detecting abrasion of a rubber ring of a shield tunneling machine and the rubber ring of the shield tunneling machine.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a flow chart of a method for detecting wear of a rubber ring of a shield machine according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and an execution main body of the method for detecting wear of a rubber ring of a shield machine according to the embodiment of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, an upper computer. The method shown in the figure comprises the following steps:
step S1, acquiring a plurality of rubber ring detection signals by using a dry contact acquisition module arranged on a rubber ring of the shield tunneling machine and a plurality of leads connected with the dry contact acquisition module;
step S2, determining the position of a broken lead on the rubber ring of the shield machine according to the detection signal of the rubber ring;
and step S3, determining the abrasion result of the rubber ring of the shield tunneling machine according to the position of the abrasion lead on the rubber ring of the shield tunneling machine.
According to the invention, the dry contact acquisition module and the plurality of wires connected with the dry contact acquisition module are arranged on the rubber ring of the shield machine, the upper computer can acquire a plurality of rubber ring detection signals, and the abrasion condition of the rubber ring detection signals is determined.
Specifically, the rubber ring is provided with a thin wire and a dry contact collecting module, and the lip of the rubber ring is provided with equidistant groove rings with different diameters from the edge and is used for thinning the wire. And meanwhile, a rectangular groove is formed in the upper part of the lip for accommodating the dry contact collecting module, glue is used for fixing the thin wire and the dry contact collecting module, and the wire with the shield is used for communicating with an upper computer outside the equipment.
Further, the dry contact is an electrical switch, i.e., an open state and a closed state. Under normal conditions, the thin wire is connected with the acquisition module and is in a closed state, and the detection signal of the rubber ring is at a low level; when the thin wire is worn off, the detection signal of the rubber ring is changed into high level. And judging the abrasion of the rubber according to the change of the level, wherein the distance between the grooves on the rubber ring directly reflects the accuracy of detecting the abrasion loss of the rubber ring. Meanwhile, the trunk contact acquisition module can store the state locally, and when the upper computer inquires the state of a certain thin wire from the acquisition module, the state can be reported to the upper computer. In addition, the dry contact acquisition module actively reports the wear loss to the upper computer in time when the wear loss exceeds the experience early warning data according to an intelligent algorithm and an experience database.
Furthermore, the distance between the leads arranged on the rubber ring of the shield tunneling machine is preset, and each lead has corresponding position information on the rubber ring. According to the preset and stored wire position information, when a certain wire is judged to be a broken wire, the position information corresponding to the broken wire, namely the broken wire position, can be obtained. Specifically, when a certain rubber ring detection signal is at a high level and lasts for a preset time, for example, 2 seconds, it is determined that the wire corresponding to the rubber ring detection signal is a broken wire, and the corresponding position is a broken wire position.
Furthermore, after the position of the broken guide line is determined, the abrasion result of the rubber ring of the shield machine can be obtained. Specifically, the abrasion loss of the rubber ring of the shield machine corresponding to different positions of the broken lead can be set in a preset mode. Therefore, after the position of the broken guide line is known, the abrasion result of the rubber ring of the shield tunneling machine can be determined.
Specifically, according to the difference of the abrasion loss of the rubber ring of the shield tunneling machine, the abrasion result can be divided into slight abrasion, ordinary abrasion and serious abrasion according to the actual working condition requirement.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, determining a location of a broken lead on a rubber ring of a shield tunneling machine according to a rubber ring detection signal includes:
step S21, judging whether the rubber ring detection signal is high level, if so, taking the corresponding rubber ring detection signal as a wear signal;
and step S22, determining the corresponding lead position according to the wear signal, and taking the lead position as the wear-out lead position on the rubber ring of the shield tunneling machine.
As shown in fig. 5, the CHECK1 is connected to an IO port of the MCU, detects level change of the IO port in real time, and connects two ends of the thin wire to the terminals, where the IO port is at a low level; when the thin wire is worn off, the IO port becomes high. When the IO port is changed into high level, the rubber ring detection signal is used as a wear signal, and the corresponding lead position is a broken lead position.
As an embodiment of the present invention, determining the wear result of the rubber ring of the shield tunneling machine according to the position of the broken lead on the rubber ring of the shield tunneling machine comprises: and determining the abrasion result of the rubber ring of the shield tunneling machine by utilizing the corresponding relation between the preset abrasion lead position and the abrasion degree according to the abrasion lead position on the rubber ring of the shield tunneling machine.
After the position of the broken guide line is determined, the abrasion result of the rubber ring of the shield tunneling machine can be obtained. Specifically, the abrasion loss of the rubber ring of the shield machine corresponding to different positions of the broken lead can be set in a preset mode. Therefore, after the position of the broken guide line is known, the abrasion result of the rubber ring of the shield tunneling machine can be determined.
Specifically, since the positions of the wires disposed on the lip ring are different, the outermost wires are worn first, and the amount of wear represented by the worn-out of the wires at different positions is different. The lip-shaped ring can be abraded in a mode of experiment in advance, after the lead is abraded, the abrasion loss of the current lip-shaped ring is measured, and therefore the corresponding relation between different lead positions and the abrasion loss, namely the corresponding relation between the abrasion lead positions and the abrasion degree, can be obtained.
As an embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises: and generating wear early warning information according to the wear result of the lip-shaped ring of the shield machine.
According to the different of the rubber ring abrasion loss of the shield machine, the abrasion result can be divided into slight abrasion, ordinary abrasion and serious abrasion according to the actual working condition requirement. When the abrasion result is serious abrasion, abrasion early warning information can be generated and sent to an operator, so that the problem caused by insufficient sealing performance of the rubber ring of the shield tunneling machine can be avoided in time.
According to the invention, the abrasion condition of the rubber ring of the shield machine is accurately detected by acquiring the detection signal of the rubber ring of the shield machine in real time, so that the abrasion quantity of the rubber ring can be accurately detected under the condition of meeting the requirements of the current production process and maximally reducing the cost, the rubber ring is replaced in time, and the complete sealing property of the shield machine is ensured.
