Abstract
The invention discloses a locking mechanism of a rotary platform, which comprises a screw transmission mechanism, an anti-rotation baffle, a fixed seat and a locking seat; the fixed seat is fixed on the rotary platform, and the screw transmission mechanism is limited in the fixed seat and integrally penetrates through the fixed seat; the anti-rotation baffle is used for limiting the rotation of the up-and-down moving part of the spiral transmission mechanism; the rotating part of the spiral transmission mechanism rotates to unlock and lock the up-and-down moving part and the locking seat. The invention can avoid vibration and shaking of the rotary platform under the condition of power failure.

The armored vehicle fire control sighting system is an important component of the fire control system, and the sighting system is like eyes of the armored vehicle, provides battlefield situation information for commanders and provides a channel for a shooter to observe, search and aim at a target. The head of the observing and sighting system comprises a plurality of precision photoelectric devices, and the rotation of azimuth and pitching is realized through a rotary platform. After the sighting system is powered off, the azimuth and the pitching are in a free state. During periods of non-use, the viewing system mounted on the vehicle will cause damage to the electro-optic components within the viewing head as the vehicle moves, constantly vibrating and swaying. It is necessary to fix the sighting head. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of the head of the sighting system following the vibration of the armored vehicle in the event of power failure, the locking mechanism of the rotary platform is researched and developed.

The screw transmission mechanism is limited in the fixed seat 6 and integrally penetrates through the fixed seat 6; the anti-rotation baffle 5 is used for limiting the rotation of the up-and-down moving part of the screw transmission mechanism; the rotating part of the spiral transmission mechanism rotates to unlock and lock the up-and-down moving part and the locking seat 7.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the screw transmission mechanism includes a bolt 1, a bolt seat 2, and a locking lever 4; the bolt 1 adopts a standard socket head cap screw and can be operated and rotated by a standard hexagonal wrench. The screw thread is designed in the bolt seat 2, so that the bolt 1 can be screwed in the bolt seat 2.
The upper end of the bolt 1 is fixedly connected with the bolt seat 2, and the screw thread parts of the bolt 1 and the bolt seat are coated with fastening glue; the locking rod 4 is in threaded fit with the lower end of the bolt 1, the locking rod 4 freely rotates on the bolt 1, and a positioning guide groove is formed in the outer wall of the locking rod 4 and is used for being matched with the anti-rotation baffle 5. The anti-rotation baffle plate 5 is inserted into the positioning guide groove. When the bolt 1 rotates, the locking lever 4 does not follow the rotation but is converted into a movement in the up-down direction, so that the locking lever 4 is smoothly inserted into the locking seat 7.
The fixed seat 6 comprises an upper fixed seat and a lower fixed seat; the bolt seat 2 is in clearance fit with the upper fixing seat, and the locking rod 4 is in clearance fit with the lower fixing seat; a limiting table is arranged in the upper fixing seat and is used for being clamped with the bolt seat 2 to limit downward displacement of the bolt seat 2; the bottom of the bolt seat 2 is fixedly provided with a back-tightening spacer ring 3 through screws, and the back-tightening spacer ring 3 is contacted with the bottom of the upper fixing seat and used for limiting upward displacement of the bolt seat 2.
The lower end of the locking rod 4 is a combination of a round table and a cylinder, the cylinder part is positioned at the outer side, and the large end of the round table faces inwards; the locking seat 7 is internally provided with a groove matched with the profile of the lower end of the locking rod 4.
The fixed seat 6 is fixed on the rotary platform, and the locking seat 7 is fixed on the vehicle body fixed seat. By rotating the bolt 1, the locking rod 4 is driven to move up and down, separation and clamping with the locking seat 7 are realized, and the manual unlocking and locking functions are realized.
Under the condition of power failure, when the armored vehicle moves, the rotary platform is locked with the vehicle body fixing seat, so that vibration of the head of the sighting system is avoided, and damage to photoelectric components in the head of the sighting system is avoided.
