Along with the improvement of living standard, the structural design and performance requirements of consumers on refrigerator products are also continuously improved. In addition, the egg box generally adopts an egg tray with a fixed size, and has the problems of inconvenient placement and taking and poor universality.
In practical application, common drawers or trays are adopted to store eggs, but in the processes of drawing and taking and placing, eggs are easy to roll and collide and damaged, and the risk of contact pollution of eggs and other food materials is increased. Egg storage drawers with buffer plates are also disclosed in the industry, but the problems of inconvenient structural assembly, poor universality, difficult cleaning and the like exist in the egg storage drawers.
In view of the above, it is necessary to provide a new drawer assembly and a refrigerator having the same.

The application aims to provide a drawer assembly and a refrigerator with the drawer assembly, which can effectively avoid collision damage of articles, and are simple in structure and good in universality.
In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides a drawer assembly, which is applied to a refrigerator, wherein the drawer assembly comprises a drawer body and a buffer member arranged on the inner side of the drawer body, and the buffer member comprises a flexible layer arranged adjacent to the drawer body and a support layer arranged on one side of the flexible layer away from the drawer body.
As a further improvement of the present application, the drawer body includes a bottom wall, a peripheral wall extending upward from an edge of the bottom wall; the buffer member forms an upwardly open storage space, and is fixed to the peripheral wall.

The application has the beneficial effects that: according to the drawer assembly and the refrigerator, the buffer piece is arranged on the inner side of the drawer body, so that collision damage of eggs and other articles can be effectively avoided; the double-layer design of the buffer piece through the flexible layer and the supporting layer is simple in structure, convenient to install and fix with the drawer body when elastic buffering is met, convenient to clean daily, and user experience is improved.

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. The embodiment is not intended to limit the present application, and structural, methodological, or functional modifications of the application according to the embodiment are included in the scope of the application.
Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a drawer assembly 100, which includes a drawer body 1, a buffer member 2 disposed inside the drawer body 1, and a drawer front cover 3 disposed at a front side of the drawer body 1.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the drawer body 1 has a box shape that is opened upward, and includes a bottom wall 11, and a peripheral wall 12 that extends upward from an edge of the bottom wall 11. The buffer member 2 is detachably disposed in the drawer body 1 and forms an upwardly open storage space, and the buffer member 2 is generally fixed to the peripheral wall 12 and includes a flexible layer 21 disposed adjacent to the drawer body 1, and a support layer 22 disposed on a side of the flexible layer 21 facing away from the drawer body 1. Specifically, the peripheral wall 12 includes a front wall 121, a rear wall 122, and two side walls 123 connecting the front wall 121 and the rear wall 122 and disposed opposite to each other. The support layer 22 includes a bottom support layer 221 and a side support layer 222 fixed to the peripheral wall 12; the flexible layer 21 includes a bottom flexible layer 211 disposed between the bottom support layer 221 and the bottom wall 11 and spaced apart from the bottom wall 11, and a side flexible layer 212 disposed proximate the peripheral wall 12.
The flexible layer 21 is integrally provided with the support layer 22. The flexible layer 21 is made of a thermoplastic elastomer, which has high resilience performance, and specific molding materials can be selected according to product design requirements, such as: TPE (styrene elastomer) materials have stable chemical properties, are not easy to age, but have large surface friction coefficient and are inconvenient to assemble and disassemble; TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) materials are good in wear resistance, oil resistance and radiation resistance, low in cost and easy to age; TPV (thermoplastic dynamic vulcanization elastomer) materials are easy to dye, good in processability, recyclable, relatively smooth in surface and easy to install. The supporting layer 22 is made of polypropylene material, and the material is relatively hard, so that the buffer member 2 can maintain a predetermined shape, and can be conveniently clamped, mounted and fixed with the drawer body 1, and the surface of the supporting layer 22 is also smooth, dirt is not easy to be accumulated, and cleaning is easy.
The thickness of the flexible layer 21 is set to 2-3 mm; the thickness of the support layer 22 is set to 0.5 to 0.8mm. In practical applications, both the flexible layer 21 and the support layer 22 are prepared by co-injection molding. The flexible layer 21 is generally not disposed beyond the supporting layer 22, which is not strictly limited to the structure of the cushioning member 2, but it should be understood that the flexible layer 21 does not directly contact the articles to be stored, and in the case of the aforementioned storage space, the articles to be stored are received by the supporting layer 22, so that the flexible layer 21 is prevented from being stained and difficult to clean.
In this embodiment, the upper edges of the rear wall 122 and the side wall 123 are bent outwards to form a turnover part 124, and the front wall 121 is formed with a holding part 125, and the height of the holding part 125 is substantially equal to that of the turnover part 124; the buffer 2 is formed with a first fixing portion 23 matched with the turnover portion 124 and a second fixing portion 24 matched with the holding portion 125, and the first fixing portion 23 and the second fixing portion 24 are respectively clamped and fixed with the turnover portion 124 and the holding portion 125 so as to fix the buffer 2 in the drawer body 1. In addition, the thickness of the supporting layer 22 at the edge of the buffer member 2, i.e., the positions of the first and second fixing portions 23 and 24, may be set thicker to ensure a stable connection between the buffer member 2 and the drawer body 1. In particular, the area of the buffer member 2 corresponding to the front wall 121 is only provided with the supporting layer 22 (shown in fig. 4), and is disposed at a gap from the front wall 121, so as to facilitate the assembly, disassembly and adjustment of the buffer member 2.
The bottom of the buffer 2 is formed with a plurality of concave parts 20. The opening of the recess 20 is preferably circular, and the surface of the recess is arc, which is suitable for storing various eggs such as eggs, duck eggs, goose eggs and other articles easy to roll, the articles in the storage space are in the predetermined recess 20, and the drawer assembly 100 is not damaged due to rolling collision in the process of moving or sorting and picking articles in the drawer assembly 100.
The flexible layer 21 is further formed with ribs 213 protruding downward along the periphery of the recess 20, the ribs 213 protruding downward beyond the bottom of the recess 20. Through the design, the overall structural strength of the flexible layer 21 and the buffer member 2 can be enhanced, and the recess 20 can be effectively prevented from being in direct contact with the bottom wall 11 of the drawer body 1, so that the buffer performance is prevented from being affected; while taking into account reduced space wastage, the ribs 213 are typically spaced from the bottom wall 11 by no more than 2.5mm.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to facilitate the user to directly observe the information of the articles stored in the drawer body 1, the drawer body 1 is made of transparent material; and the drawer front cover 3 is also provided with a perspective observation window. The observation window may be formed by a transparent plate disposed on the drawer front cover 3, or the drawer front cover 3 may be configured to be frame-shaped to form the aforementioned observation window, or the drawer front cover 3 may be integrally made of a transparent material. In order to achieve the above objective, at least a portion of the area of the buffer member 2 is hollowed out, for example, the area of the buffer member 2 corresponding to the front wall 121 is hollowed out. Specifically, the side supporting layer 222 forms a hollowed-out area with front and rear through holes corresponding to the area of the front wall 121, no side flexible layer 212 is disposed between the hollowed-out area and the front wall 121, and the hollowed-out area and the front wall 121 are disposed in a gap.
Referring to fig. 6, the present application also provides a refrigerator 200 employing the drawer assembly 100, which includes a cabinet 201 opened forward and a door 202 provided at a front side of the cabinet 201, wherein the drawer assembly 100 is movably installed in the cabinet 201 in a front-rear direction. It is to be understood that, in other embodiments of the present application, the drawer body 1 may be directly fixed on the rear side of the door 202, that is, the drawer front cover 3 is not required to be additionally provided on the front side of the drawer body 1, and the detailed structure is not repeated here.
In summary, according to the drawer assembly 100 of the present application, the buffer member 2 is disposed on the inner side of the drawer body 1, so that collision damage of eggs and other objects can be effectively avoided, the structure is simple, the buffer member 2 can be conveniently assembled and disassembled with the drawer body 1 while elastic buffering is satisfied, daily cleaning is more convenient, and user experience is improved.
