技术领域
本发明涉及楼板技术领域,具体为预制空心保温隔热隔音楼板。
背景技术
目前多层及小高层的施工主要作业方式:现场模板加工支设,制作绑扎钢筋,浇筑混凝土,施工场地大,砌筑抹灰,混凝土地面找平,各种管线的敷设面层施工。现在大力推广装配式建筑,楼板形式主要有两种,钢筋混凝土现浇楼板和装配式叠合板,这两种楼板形式施工时均存在现场湿作业、施工周期长、用工及主辅材周转材多、宜形成扬尘和施工垃圾的问题;且易受天气和环境影响,工期不能有效控制。随着劳动力成本的增加,工程成本也在不断增长。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术不足,本发明的目的是提供预制空心保温隔热隔音楼板,其自重轻、隔音、预埋各种管线方便简洁,主材用量少,位置准确,施工简便。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供预制空心保温隔热隔音楼板,包括端肋板、上层板、保温隔音板、肋板、下层板、上层钢筋和下层钢筋;所述上层板两端和下层板两端通过端肋板对应连接;所述上层板和下层板腹部板通过若干肋板连接;所述上层板内设置有纵横交错分布的上层钢筋,所述下层板内设置有纵横交错分布的下层钢筋;所述上层板和下层板之间设置有保温隔音板。
本发明的有益效果在于:空心板上下层板结合,自重轻,隔音,预埋各种管线方便简洁,主材用量少,位置准确,加工工艺简单,安装方便。

如图1所示,预制空心保温隔热隔音楼板,包括端肋板1、上层板2、保温隔音板3、肋板5、下层板6、上层钢筋4和下层钢筋7;所述上层板2两端和下层板6两端通过端肋板1对应连接;所述上层板2和下层板6腹部板通过若干肋板5连接;所述上层板2内设置有纵横交错分布的上层钢筋4,所述下层板6内设置有纵横交错分布的下层钢筋7;所述上层板2和下层板6之间设置有保温隔音板3。
产品加工工艺,按照如下步骤:
制作钢制平台,长十五米、宽四米;2、安装保护层垫板;3、纵横向钢筋锚定;4、预埋吊钩安装下侧板;5、C40混凝土下层板6浇筑;6,安装上侧板,铺设管线,保温隔音板3;7、纵横向钢筋锚定;8、安装侧板保护层压条;9、混凝土浇筑养护10、拆除压条,侧板,垫板,即成品为保温隔热隔音混凝土空心板。
根据楼板的荷载和跨度的不同,肋板5的材质不同。
本发明的设计施工简单,所用人少施工速度快,周转及防护材料大幅减少,钢筋混凝土减少三分之一,自重轻,保温隔音,板内预埋管线8准确,不易堵塞损坏,工厂化生产,标准化程度高,环境影响小,减少扬尘污染,废料少,产品精度高,板底不需要抹灰,板上面不需要找平,可以直接铺贴面层。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
