After the pilot reversing valve 2 performs reversing action, the platform lifting oil cylinder I4 and the platform lifting oil cylinder II 5 are both converted into large-cavity oil inlets and small-cavity oil returns, and the oil cylinders drive the centralized filling platform to put down and finally keep the put-down state until the oil cylinders act to the top point and are in a locking state of continuous pressure, so that filling operation can be performed after the excavator is flameout.
