thirdly, the foldable vertical frame 3 is transversely moved through the equipment control room 12, and the steel reinforcement cage inserting mechanism 8 is aligned to the concrete pile body;
and fourthly, inserting the steel reinforcement cage inserting mechanism 8 and the inserting and feeding rod pipe 81 into the inclined pile concrete pile body by utilizing the impact action of the impact type vibration hammer, and forming a complete inclined pile body after drawing out the inserting and feeding rod pipe 81.
