Preferably, the stopper 223 is disposed on a side of the limiting member 32 away from the first door body 21, so that not only horizontal limiting can be achieved, but also rotation of the bolt 3 is not affected, and limitation can be formed after the bolt 3 is rotated in place.
Of course, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a stopper 621 may be formed by extending downward from one side of the carriage 62, the latch 3 is protruded outward from the latch main body 31 to form a limiting member 32 'matched with the limiting member 621, and when the latch 3 rotates to the horizontal state, the stopper 621 and the limiting member 32' are matched in a limiting manner along the width direction of the box 1.
Of course, as shown in fig. 2, the two stoppers and the position-limiting members can be disposed at the same time.
Further, the door bolt 3 of the present invention may be provided as one, or may be provided as two according to the height or strength of the third door body 23. As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, two bolts 3 are arranged at an interval up and down, and the loading mechanism 61 is respectively rotatably arranged on two third door bodies 23, and the rotation directions of the two bolts 3 are opposite, so that the two bolts 3 can be simultaneously rotated.
Of course, the transverse limit and the longitudinal storage position of the latch 3 can be fixed in a manner similar to that described above for the embodiment of the upper latch 3, and will not be described again here.
Further, the container 100 further comprises an additional bottom plate 131 which can be pulled or turned or detachably arranged on the bottom plate 13, and in the extended use state, the additional bottom plate 131 extends out of the end part of at least one end of the container body 1 and is matched with the end door assembly 2 through a bolt or a bolt for use, so as to realize better support for the goods in the container body 1; of course, the additional bottom plate 131 can be used only for sealing or covering goods extending into the tail increasing space, and the strength can be adjusted according to requirements.
As shown in fig. 4, one end of the additional bottom plate 131 is fixed to the bottom plate 13 by a hinge 14, the other end is extended to provide a latch plate 1311, the inner side of the second door 22 is provided with a strap 225 and a latch 226, and when the additional bottom plate 131 is turned over, the latch plate 1311 is overlapped on the strap 225 and fixed by the latch 226.
In addition, the container 100 further comprises an additional top plate (not shown) which is drawably or detachably disposed on the top plate 12, and which extends out of the end of the aforementioned at least one end of the container body 1 in the extended use state and cooperates with the end door assembly 2 to seal or cover the top.
Referring to fig. 1, when the container 100 is used for automobile transportation, the transportation frame 8 of the automobile transportation device 800 includes a wheel holder 81 adjustably disposed along the length direction of the container 1, the wheel holder 81 includes a terminal holder 811 disposed adjacent to the end of at least one end of the container 1, and the terminal holder 811 has a first position in the normal use state and a second position in the extended use state, and the second position is located between the first position and the end of the container 1. The first position and the second position are mainly for the end holder 811 for loading the cargo at the rearmost end of the end portion of the adjacent container 1 when the cargo is loaded in the container 100, where the end holder 811 may be the same or different in the two use states; for example, in a 45' box, three SUVs at maximum cargo, the outermost wheel holder 81 carrying the third SUV at the edge; and at 50' box, the maximum loaded four SUVs carry the outermost wheel mounts 81 of the fourth SUV at the edge.
That is, referring to fig. 1, when used for road transportation, three SUVs are placed in the container 1, and at this time, the rear wheel or the front wheel of the rearmost SUV is inevitably placed forward compared to the fourth SUV shown in fig. 1, and at this time, the end fixing bracket 811 corresponding to the rear wheel or the front wheel is correspondingly placed forward; and when used for railway transportation such that the container 1 is in a 50' high box, the end fixing bracket 811 may be moved backward in view of an increased length space. However, in both the normal and extended use of the container 1, the end fixing bracket 811 is located on the bottom plate 13, i.e. the vehicle carries the bottom plate structure of the container 1, and the increased length of the end part is only used for accommodating the part of the vehicle extending out of the wheels.
As shown in fig. 1, the side plates 11 of the container 1 are provided with slide rails 5 extending in the longitudinal direction, and at least a part of the wheel holders 81 are adjustably fixed to the slide rails 5, so as to fully utilize the length space of the container 1.
Furthermore, two groups of slide rails 5 are arranged on the side plate 11 of the container 1 at intervals along the height direction, so that the front wheels and the rear wheels of the automobile can be arranged at different heights, the height space of the container 1 is fully utilized, and the loading capacity of the container 1 is increased.
As described above for the specific description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the applicability of the 45 'and 50' tall containers as two lengths is specifically described, it goes without saying that the length setting can be performed according to the actual requirement without departing from the technical concept of the present invention, for example, the length of the container 100 can be adjusted between 40-53 ', for example, the first length can also be 40' of the container; the second length can be 48 ', 49 ' of the length of the container, can also be 53 ' of the length, adopt the above-mentioned technical scheme of this invention to reach.
