Abstract

The lower cover plate is fixed on the lower rocker cover of the packaging box and is provided with two through holes matched with the through holes with the protruding structures; the upper part of the rotating piece is provided with two flange structures, the middle part of the rotating piece is provided with an inner groove, the lower part of the rotating piece is provided with concave-convex structures, and the concave-convex structures are respectively four and uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction; the bottom of the opening device is provided with a protruding structure matched with the inner groove of the rotating piece. The invention has the advantages that: the non-destructive type box sealing machine can be recycled without adhesive tape, has good environmental protection, firm box sealing and convenient use.

Technical Field

The small groove structure of the upper cover plate clamping groove is arranged at the left side 45-degree position of the clamping groove in the upper flange of the rotating piece, and the two upper flanges of the rotating piece and the protruding structure of the rotating piece are arranged on the same vertical line.
The upper cover plate, the clamping groove, the clamping structure, the lower cover plate, the rotating piece and the cover opening device are all formed by injection molding.
The paper label can be printed with a two-dimensional code of the content information of the packaging box.
The invention has the technical effects that:
the sealing tape changes the current situation that the existing express packaging box can only be used once, and the sealing locking structure can be repeatedly used for a plurality of times, so that the cost is reduced, and the environmental pollution is avoided. The following describes the embodiments of the present invention further with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the locking device of the embodiment is used as a standard accessory applied to a plastic box or other types of express packaging boxes, and is convenient to use. The clamping groove 401, the clamping buckle 402 and the upper cover plate 4 in the box sealing buckle device are integrally injection molded, can be recycled along with the packaging box, and have extremely strong adaptability. The sealing lock catch device consists of an opening device 1, a paper label 2, a rotating piece 3, an upper cover plate 4, a clamping groove 401, a clamping buckle 402, a lower cover plate 5 and a penetrating hole thereof. The sealing lock catch parts are obtained through injection molding, and PA66 or other injection moldable materials are adopted as the materials. The rotary member 3 and the opening device 1 are separately processed, and the rotary member 3 can be fitted into the processed card slot 401, and the rotary member 3 can be rotated in the card slot 401. The buckle 402 is connected with the clamping groove 401 in an injection molding way, and the outer side of the clamping hook is convenient for hooking the inner side of the through hole of the lower cover plate 5, so that the function of sealing the packaging box is realized.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the upper cover 4 of the present embodiment has a protruding structure, which includes an upper cover clamping groove 401, a buckle 402, an upper clamping groove 403, and an upper concave 404. As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the sealing lock catch device is arranged on the packaging box at the positions of an upper cover plate 4 and a lower cover plate 5 of the packaging box; the upper cover plate 4 and the lower cover plate 5 are of a swing cover structure. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the protruding structure of the upper cover plate 4 is a cylinder, the middle part can just accommodate the rotating member 3, and the hook of the buckle 402 of the upper cover plate 4 normally rebounds when the rotating member 3 is not put in or the concave structure of the concave-convex structure 302 contacts with the buckle 402, so that the buckle 402 can be freely inserted into the through hole of the lower cover plate 5; the distance from the upper surface of the hook of the buckle 402 to the inner side of the upper cover plate 4 is just the thickness of the lower cover plate 5; the width of the clamping groove 401 is the same as the thickness of the upper flange 301, and the upper flange 301 can rotate 90 degrees in the clamping groove 401; the catch groove 401 is provided with a catch groove 403 at a position in which the upper flange 301 is placed and rotated 45 deg., and when the rotating member 3 is in this position, the protruding structure of the concave-convex structure 302 of the lower part of the rotating member 3 cooperates with the catch 402, said protruding structure pushing the catch 402 apart and opening it.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, when the upper flange 301 of the rotating member 3 is located in the slot groove 403, the four hooks of the buckle 402 are pushed open by the convex structure of the concave-convex structure 302, and at this time, the upper cover plate 4 and the lower cover plate 5 are completely attached, and the upper surface of the hook of the buckle 402 of the upper cover plate 4 and the inner side of the lower cover plate 5 cooperate to complete the sealing of the packaging box.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the rotating member 3 is composed of an upper flange 301 and a concave-convex structure 302, the concave-convex structure 302 has four convex structures corresponding to four hooks of the buckle 402 in an open state, and the concave-concave structure 302 at the lower part of the rotating member 3 corresponds to four hooks of the buckle 402 in a rebound state. The concave and convex structures of the concave-convex structure 302 are uniformly arranged and centrally symmetrically arranged. After the rotating member 3 is positioned in the clamping groove 403, the concave structure of the concave-convex structure 302 is matched with the buckle 402 after the rotating member 3 is rotated left, and four hooks of the buckle 402 are rebounded through resilience of the buckle 402, so that the packing box can be opened. As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the cross recess of the upper part of the rotating member 3 may be matched with the cross structure of the opening device 1, thereby rotating the rotatable member 3 of the opening device 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the size of the paper label 2 is adapted to the size of the upper indent 404, and the information on the paper label 2 can be changed according to the change of the product in the package, and when the content is replaced, only the paper label 2 needs to be replaced.
In the invention, in order to realize simple and convenient sealing, after the contents are put into a packing box, as shown in fig. 1, an upper cover plate 4 is covered, then an upper cover plate 5 and a lower cover plate 5 are covered, then a rotating piece 3 is put into a clamping groove 401, an upper flange 301 is put into the clamping groove 401, a cross structure of the opening device 1 is inserted into a cross groove of the rotating piece 3 by using the opening device 1, and is left-handed, as shown in fig. 6, when the upper flange 301 is positioned in the clamping groove 403, a buckle 402 is opened to realize sealing of the packing box.
In the invention, in order to realize the anti-theft opening function, when the buckle 402 is opened to seal the packaging box, the paper label 2 is stuck on the concave 404 at the upper part, when the packaging box is to be opened, after the paper label is punctured by the opening device 1, the rotating piece 3 is rotated leftwards, as shown in fig. 5, when the concave structure of the concave-convex structure 302 of the rotating piece 3 is rotated to be in contact with the buckle 402 of the upper cover plate 4, the concave structure is rebounded by the rebound resilience of the buckle 402, so that the packaging box can be opened, and as the paper label 2 is in one-to-one correspondence with the content information of the packaging box, the packaging box can be distinguished whether the packaging box is opened or not by the paper label 2 is damaged, thereby achieving the anti-theft opening function.
In the present invention, in order to realize recycling of the packaging box, as shown in fig. 5, after the contents are again filled, the rotator 3 is rotated again to open the buckle 402, so that the state shown in fig. 6 is achieved, the purpose of sealing the packaging box is achieved, and the corresponding paper label 2 is stuck to the upper concave 404, so that the function of preventing theft and opening is also satisfied.
