4. A device with air extracting and filling functions according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising a cylinder (9), wherein the piston (4) performs the reciprocating motion in the cylinder (9), and a through hole (9.1) is formed in the bottom of the cylinder (9).
5. An air extracting and aerating device according to claim 4 wherein the switching mechanism (8) comprises a knob (8.1) and a gasket (8.2), the gasket (8.2) having an air passage (8.2.1), the gasket (8.2) being sealingly fastened to the knob (8.1).
