For example, referring to fig. 1 and 8, the display area 121 may display a vehicle speed indication light bar (speed light bar)122, and in an embodiment of the present invention, the processing unit 30 may control the display unit 40 to display the vehicle speed indication light bar 122, and make the vehicle speed indication light bar 122 change in color and/or brightness according to the instant vehicle speed V1, so that a person can visually view the vehicle speed indication light bar 122 to directly know the current vehicle speed. In addition, when the road information M received by the processing unit 30 includes the speed-measuring photographing information M1 and the speed-limiting value M2, and the processing unit 30 determines that the instant vehicle speed V1 is greater than the speed-limiting value M2, the processing unit 30 may also drive the vehicle speed indication light bar 122 to flash or change lights or lights in other modes, so as to remind the driver of speeding, guide driving to reduce speed in advance, and improve the safety of the driver and other road users.
In addition to the warning function, the present invention can also provide a speed limit control function, taking an electric locomotive as an example, please refer to fig. 9, wherein the electric locomotive includes a motor driving controller 72, and the motor driving controller 72 is used for controlling the rotation speed of a power motor 73, so as to control the running speed of the electric locomotive. The processing unit 30 of the present invention may be connected to the motor drive controller 72 via a signal, such as a data BUS (e.g., CAN BUS). When the road information M received by the processing unit 30 includes the speed limit value M2, the processing unit 30 can further output a speed limit command S1 to the motor drive controller 72, so that the motor drive controller 72 limits the rotation speed of the power motor 73 to limit the instant vehicle speed V1 to be less than or equal to the speed limit value M2. At this time, when the vehicle speed is slowed down by the speed limit command S1, the driver can not only see the overspeed warning image picture, light or light change displayed in the display area 121, but also can obviously perceive the speed slowing down to directly perceive the current speed limit road section, thereby effectively improving the attention of the driver.
Referring to fig. 10, the present invention may include a sound playing element 41, the sound playing element 41 may be a speaker (speaker) or a buzzer, the sound playing element 41 may be disposed at the rear side of the vehicle body, and the processing unit 30 is electrically connected to the sound playing element 41. On the premise that the instant vehicle speed V1 is still greater than the speed limit value M2, when the processing unit 30 outputs the speed limit command S1 to the motor drive controller 72, the vehicle is decelerating, and at the same time, the processing unit 30 can drive the sound playing element 41 to generate a warning sound effect, so that the rear vehicle occupant hears the warning sound effect to increase the alertness, and can decelerate at a proper time to avoid overtaking the vehicle. Referring to fig. 10, the present invention may include a warning light 42, the warning light 42 may be a light emitting diode (led) lamp or a light bar, the warning light 42 may be disposed at the rear side of the vehicle body, the processing unit 30 is electrically connected to the warning light 42, and similarly, on the premise that the instant vehicle speed V1 is still greater than the speed limit value M2, when the processing unit 30 outputs the speed limit command S1 to the motor driving controller 72, the processing unit 30 may also drive to light the warning light 42 to alert the rear-end passenger. In another embodiment, the present invention can include the sound playing device 41 and the warning light 42 at the same time.
In summary, the mirror surface area 120 and the display area 121 are disposed in the lens 12 of the rearview mirror body 10, when the driver visually observes the rearview mirror body 10, if the display area 121 displays the warning information, the driver can notice the warning information in the display area 121 in addition to seeing the rear scene in the mirror surface area 120, so that the driver can know the current road condition and take relevant actions such as braking, decelerating, changing the road in advance, or temporarily stopping at the roadside …. For other road users, for example, drivers of other vehicles behind the vehicle equipped with the safety warning device of the present invention can also see the display area 121 of the rearview mirror body 10, and then notice whether the display area 121 displays the warning information to grasp the road condition, thereby effectively achieving the effect of warning other road users.
The safety warning device of the present invention can also be applied to various vehicles, that is, the rearview mirror body 10 can be assembled on various vehicles for the driver to check, and the processing unit 30 is electrically connected to the data bus of the vehicle itself, and then the application program is installed in cooperation with the mobile device 50 held by the user such as the driver, so that the processing unit 30 is connected to the mobile device 50, and the processing unit 30 can implement the safety warning function. Even if the rearview mirror of the original vehicle is the traditional rearview mirror, the safety warning function of the invention can be used only by replacing the traditional rearview mirror with the rearview safety warning device of the invention without replacing the vehicle, the cost of replacing the rearview mirror is compared with the cost of replacing the vehicle, because the rearview mirror is only a partial component of the whole vehicle, the cost of replacing the rearview mirror is far lower than the cost of replacing the vehicle, so the rearview mirror has considerable advantages in cost consideration, and the rearview mirror can be installed by more easily arousing the interest of consumers.
