The generator set 1.1-1 is arranged at a designated position from an opening above the power cabin 1.1 in a descending manner, is fixed on a bottom plate of the power cabin 1.1 by foundation bolts, a radiator of the generator set 1.1-1 is fixed on a radiator baffle plate 1.1-4, heat flow directly flows out of the radiator and is discharged out of the power cabin 1.1 through an upper spoiler plate 1.1-3 and a lower spoiler plate 1.1-5, and the heat flow cannot circulate in the power cabin 1.1 due to the effect of the radiator baffle plate 1.1-4, so that the temperature in the power cabin 1.1 is ensured to be lower than the rated working temperature of the generator set. The silencer component 1.1-2 is connected to the bottom of the upturned rainproof door 2 through bolts and is of a closed structure, so that the influence of heat dissipation on the temperature of the power cabin is reduced.
The silencing and dehumidifying louver 8 reduces the humidity of air entering the power cabin on one hand and absorbs noise generated by the generator set on the other hand.
As shown in fig. 7-8, the upturned rainproof door 2 consists of a turnover ceiling 2.1 and a muffler maintenance door 2.2, wherein the muffler maintenance door 2.2 is connected above the turnover ceiling 2.1 through a hinge and is locked by a movable hinge clamp. The turnover ceiling 2.1 and the muffler maintenance door 2.2 are all three-layer structures (outer skin, sound absorbing cotton and porous plate). The turnover ceiling 2.1 is composed of a rain-proof door shell 2.1-1, a rain-proof door frame 2.1-2, rain-proof door sound absorption cotton 2.1-3, a rain-proof door porous plate 2.1-4, a rain-proof door inner vertical plate 2.1-5 and a C-shaped sealing strip 2.1-6.
The rain-proof door shell 2.1-1, the rain-proof door porous plate 2.1-4 and the rain-proof door inner vertical plate 2.1-5 form a C-shaped structure, and C-shaped sealing strips 2.1-6 are arranged between the C-shaped structures.
The edge of the upper opening of the power cabin 1.1 is welded with a water baffle 1.1-6, and the water baffle 1.1-6 is higher than the opening of the power cabin 1.1 to prevent rainwater from entering the power cabin 1.1; and sealing strips 1.1-7 are arranged above the water baffle.
After the upturning type rainproof door 2 is completely closed, the C-shaped sealing strips 2.1-6 are completely attached to the sealing strips 1.1-7 above the power cabin 1.1, so that the tightness of the sealing is ensured.
As shown in fig. 9, the upturned rainproof door 2 is unfolded to the position with the maximum angle under the action of the oil cylinder 4, and the generator set 1.1-1 can be hoisted by a crane.
The generator set 1.1-1 is arranged above the power cabin 1.1, the upturned type rainproof door 2 is arranged, the generator set silencer is arranged below the upturned type rainproof door 2 in a totally closed mode, and the silencer maintenance door 2.2 is arranged on the upturned type rainproof door 2, so that the silencer can be cleaned and maintained conveniently. The two sides of the power cabin are provided with a silencing and dehumidifying shutter 8 and an electric shutter, the rear part is provided with a radiator baffle 1.1-4, an upper spoiler 1.1-3 and a lower spoiler 1.1-5, heat flow directly flows out of the radiator and is discharged out of the power cabin 1.1 through the upper spoiler and the lower spoiler, the heat flow cannot circulate in the power cabin 1.1, and the temperature in the power cabin 1.1 is ensured to be lower than the rated working temperature of the generator set 1.1-1.

the upturning type rainproof door comprises an upturning ceiling;
the upset ceiling is three-layer structure, from outside to inside includes in proper order: a rain-proof door shell, a rain-proof door sound-absorbing cotton and a rain-proof door porous plate; an inner vertical plate of the rainproof door and a C-shaped sealing strip are also arranged in the overturning ceiling;
the rain-proof door shell, the rain-proof door porous plate and the rain-proof door inner vertical plate form a C-shaped structure, and C-shaped sealing strips are arranged between the C-shaped structures;
the edge of the upper opening of the power cabin is welded with a water baffle which is higher than the upper opening of the power cabin; a sealing strip is arranged above the water baffle; when the upturning type rainproof door is completely closed, the C-shaped sealing strip is completely attached to the sealing strip above the power cabin;
a rainproof door frame is further arranged in the overturning ceiling, and the rainproof door frame is arranged between the rainproof door shell and the rainproof door perforated plate;
the turnover ceiling is rotatably connected with a muffler maintenance door;
the muffler maintenance door is connected above the overturning ceiling through a hinge and is locked through a movable hinge clamp.
2. The power pod structure of claim 1, wherein the pod body further comprises an air inlet and an air outlet disposed on a side wall of the pod body;
the air flow enters from the air inlets at two sides of the power cabin and is discharged from the air outlets;
the air inlet and the air outlet are both provided with electric shutters, and silencing and dehumidifying shutters are arranged in the electric shutters.
3. The power pod structure of claim 1, wherein the pod body further comprises an electrical appliance chamber, a water pump chamber, and a water hose chamber disposed inside the pod body;
the water hose chamber is provided with a rolling door on the side wall of the box body, and the electric appliance chamber and the water pump chamber are provided with an upturned door on the side wall of the box body.
4. The power pod structure of claim 1, wherein the side of the pod body is provided with a power pod door for accessing the power pod; the power cabin door is connected to the box body through a hinge;
the box body is provided with the extension ladder below the power cabin door.

the generator set is fixed on a bottom plate of the power cabin through foundation bolts; the radiator of the generator set is fixed on the radiator baffle;
the radiator baffle divides the power cabin into two parts; the radiator baffle is provided with an opening, and the size of the opening is matched with the sectional area of the radiator;
the upper spoiler and the lower spoiler are respectively arranged above and below the air outlet and are used for guiding heat flow in the cabin to the outside of the cabin;
the muffler component is connected to the bottom of the upturned rainproof door through a bolt and is of a closed structure.
6. The power pod structure of claim 1, wherein the muffler maintenance door and the wall of the tank body are each of a three-layer structure comprising, in order from the outside to the inside: an outer skin, sound absorbing cotton and a porous plate.
7. The nacelle structure of claim 1, wherein an escalator is secured to a side wall of the housing body, the escalator leading to a top of the housing body.
8. A drainage vehicle comprising a vehicle body and the power module structure of claim 1 secured to the vehicle body; the power cabin structure is fixed on the chassis of the vehicle through bolts.
