Abstract
The invention provides a silencer for an automobile air brake dryer, which comprises an upper shell, a lower shell, a partition plate and a silencing net, wherein the upper end of the upper shell is provided with an air inlet pipe connected with an exhaust pipe of the dryer, and the air inlet pipe is communicated with an inner cavity of the upper shell; a plurality of through holes are formed in the bottom plate of the lower shell, and the upper shell is detachably connected with the lower shell; the partition plate is horizontally arranged between the inner cavity of the upper shell and the inner cavity of the lower shell, and a plurality of vent holes are formed in the partition plate; the inner cavity of the lower shell is internally provided with a plurality of layers of silencing nets. The silencer for the automobile air brake dryer can effectively reduce unloading noise of the dryer.

Technical Field

Preferably, a first annular groove is formed in the outer circumferential surface of the upper port of the air inlet pipe, and a limiting hoop is arranged in the first annular groove.
Preferably, the air inlet pipe further comprises a rubber sealing ring, and a second annular groove matched with the rubber sealing ring is arranged on the inner circumferential surface, close to the upper port, of the air inlet pipe.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a muffler 41 for an automobile air brake dryer, which includes an upper shell 11, a lower shell 12, a partition 21, and a silencing net 31, wherein an air inlet pipe 13 for connecting with an exhaust pipe of a dryer 51 is disposed at an upper end of the upper shell 11, and the air inlet pipe 13 is communicated with an inner cavity of the upper shell; a plurality of through holes 14 are formed in the bottom plate of the lower shell, and the upper shell 11 is detachably connected with the lower shell 12; the partition plate 21 is horizontally arranged between the inner cavity of the upper shell and the inner cavity of the lower shell, and a plurality of vent holes 22 are formed in the partition plate 21; the inner cavity of the lower shell 12 is provided with a plurality of layers of the sound-deadening net 31.
When the silencer for the automobile air brake dryer provided by the embodiment of the invention is used, when the dryer 51 is unloaded, gas exhausted from an exhaust pipe enters the inner cavity of the upper shell 11 through the air inlet pipe 13, then the gas is introduced into the inner cavity of the lower shell 12 through the vent holes 22 on the partition plate 21, and the gas passes through the silencing nets 31 on the layers in the lower shell and then is exhausted from the through holes on the bottom plate of the lower shell. Therefore, the invention can effectively reduce the unloading noise of the dryer.
Further, a first annular groove is formed in the outer circumferential surface of the upper port of the air inlet pipe 13, and a limiting hoop 15 is arranged in the first annular groove, so that the air inlet pipe can be hooped on the exhaust pipe of the dryer through the limiting hoop.
Specifically, the silencer for the automobile air brake dryer further comprises a rubber sealing ring 16, and a second annular groove used for being matched with the rubber sealing ring is formed in the inner circumferential surface, close to the upper port, of the air inlet pipe 13. By adopting the scheme, the air tightness of the joint of the air inlet pipe and the exhaust pipe can be better by utilizing the rubber sealing ring.
It is preferable that the ventilation holes 22 are uniformly distributed on the partition plate 21, and the ventilation holes are vertically arranged, so that the gas can flow into the inner cavity of the lower housing vertically. It will be appreciated that the vents may be densely and evenly distributed on the partition; the structure of the sound-deadening net is the same as that of the sound-deadening net in the prior art, and the details are not repeated here.

By adopting the scheme, after flowing out from the lower port of the air inlet pipe 13, the air can contact with the conical round table 23, and at the moment, the air is divided to the circumference of the conical round table, so that the air is dispersed into the inner cavity of the upper shell after contacting with the inner ring rib 24, and the air is partitioned and stored and has the flow stabilizing effect by utilizing the space formed by the adjacent two partition ribs 26, the inner ring rib 24 and the outer ring rib 25, so that the flow rate of the air entering the space is stable, and then the air can flow into the inner cavity of the lower shell 12 through the vent holes on the partition plate at the bottom of the space stably, orderly and uniformly, so that the air can contact with the silencing net 31 more fully, and the noise reduction effect can be improved; meanwhile, when the gas is in contact with the conical round table and the inner ring ribs, the energy of the gas is attenuated, so that the partition plate can also play a role in noise reduction, and the noise reduction effect of the silencer is further improved.
It is understood that the conical frustum 23 is opposite to the lower port of the air inlet pipe 13; the upper shell 11 and the lower shell 12 are both cylindrical shells, and the air inlet pipe 13 is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the upper shell; the diameter of the air inlet pipe is smaller than that of the upper shell, and the diameter of the air inlet pipe is preferably half of that of the upper shell; the diameter of the upper shell is smaller than or equal to that of the lower shell, so that when gas enters the upper shell from the gas inlet pipe, the flow velocity of the gas is reduced because the volume of the inner cavity of the upper shell is larger than that of the inner hole of the gas inlet pipe, and the space is utilized to realize stable flow; preferably, the through holes are densely and uniformly distributed on the bottom plate, so that the gas can be discharged more smoothly and more quickly; the through holes may be vertically arranged.
Further, each of the sound-deadening meshes 31 fills the inner cavity of the lower shell 12, so that the gas can contact more sound-deadening meshes, thereby achieving a better noise reduction effect.
Specifically, each of the sound-deadening nets 31 may be horizontally disposed in the inner cavity of the lower housing 12, or may be obliquely disposed in the inner cavity of the lower housing.
Furthermore, a clamping groove is formed in the upper end face of the lower shell 12, and a clamping protrusion matched with the clamping groove is formed in the partition plate 21, so that the partition plate and the lower shell can be connected in a clamped mode conveniently.
