Preferably, the first sidewall card 110 and the second sidewall card 120 are both sheet metal parts; two first clamping portions 112 are integrally formed at the top end and the bottom end of the first card main body plane portion 111 in a bending manner, and two second clamping portions 122 are integrally formed at the top end and the bottom end of the second card main body plane portion 121 in a bending manner; the first and second hooks 1221 and 1222 are formed by punching and bending corresponding portions of the second engaging portion 122, and the first and second engaging grooves 1121 and 1122 are formed by punching corresponding portions of the first engaging portion 112.
In this way, the first clamping portion, the second clamping portion, the first buckle and the second buckle can be simply and conveniently formed, and the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove can be formed.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2, a first sidewall clip and/or a second sidewall clip is provided with a wire hole 140 for a charging wire 210 of the lithium battery 200 to pass through.
Because the lithium battery 200 is usually placed at the bottom of the charging protection box during charging, the arrangement of the wire passing hole 140 formed in the side wall card is convenient for the charging wire 210 of the lithium battery 200 not to extend outwards after passing through the box opening of the charging protection box 100, the requirement on the length of the charging wire of the lithium battery is reduced, and the whole structural system during charging is more tidy and beautiful; furthermore, the lithium battery can enable the charging end of the charging wire to be close to the wire passing hole on the arrangement position of the lithium battery, and the adverse effect on the charging wire part in the box, which is possibly caused by the rapid rise of the ambient air temperature when the temperature of the lithium battery rapidly rises after the separation film of the lithium battery is broken, can be reduced.
Preferably, each of the first side wall clamping pieces and each of the second side wall clamping pieces are provided with a wire passing hole 140 for passing through a charging wire of the lithium battery.
Through all having the mode of setting up of crossing line hole 140 on every lateral wall card, can be so that lithium cell 200 when charging, can be close to the line hole 140 of crossing on the arbitrary lateral wall, have great randomness in the position, can also shorten the part that the charging wire of lithium cell is located the protection case that charges as far as possible.

Claims (10)

1. A detachable lithium battery charging protection assembly is characterized by comprising a fire extinguisher and a card combined lithium battery charging protection box, wherein the charging protection box is used for placing a lithium battery and the fire extinguisher in the box so as to provide fire extinguishing protection when the lithium battery is charged;
each first side wall card comprises a first card main body plane part and two first clamping parts, wherein the two first clamping parts are respectively positioned at the top end and the bottom end of the first card main body plane part, and the two first clamping parts are respectively vertical to the first card main body plane part and positioned at the same side of the first card main body plane part; each first clamping part is provided with a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove near the two end parts;
each second side wall card comprises a second card main body plane part and two second clamping parts, the two second clamping parts are respectively positioned at the top end and the bottom end of the second card main body plane part, and the two second clamping parts are respectively vertical to the second card main body plane part and positioned at the same side of the second card main body plane part; each second clamping part is provided with a first buckle and a second buckle near two ends respectively and used for clamping the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove;
in an assembly state of the charging protection box, first card main body plane portions of two first side wall cards are arranged in parallel, second card main body plane portions of two second side wall cards are arranged in parallel, each first side wall card is connected with side end portions of the two second side wall cards, the first clamping groove is matched with the first buckle, the second clamping groove is matched with the second buckle, so that the two first side wall cards and the two second side wall cards are connected in a clamping mode to form the charging protection box main body, the box bottom card is located at the bottom in the charging protection box main body, and the box bottom card is supported by a first clamping portion located at the bottom end of each first side wall card and a second clamping portion located at the bottom end of each second side wall card;
the fire extinguisher is arranged on one surface of the first side wall clamping piece, the second side wall clamping piece or the box bottom clamping piece facing the inside of the charging protection box.

The charging protection assembly of claim 1, wherein the first planar card body portion of the at least one first side wall card and/or the second planar card body portion of the at least one second side wall card define U-shaped slots, such that a portion of the U-shaped slots surrounds a fire extinguisher hanging tab; the fire extinguisher comprises a fire extinguisher suspension structure, and the fire extinguisher can be hung on the fire extinguisher suspension convex sheet through the fire extinguisher suspension structure.
3. The charging protection assembly of claim 1, wherein the first and second latches are of the same configuration and have opposite latching directions.

The charging protection assembly according to claim 3, wherein the first and second clips are elastic bar-shaped clips, each elastic bar-shaped clip comprises a root and a free end, and a distance between the two roots of the two elastic bar-shaped clips on the same clip portion is smaller than a distance between the two free ends.
5. The charging protection assembly of claim 4, wherein each strip-shaped elastic buckle comprises a first bent-up portion, a first plane portion and a second bent-up portion in sequence from the root portion to the free end, and the first bent-up portion and the second bent-up portion are bent up towards a direction away from the second card body plane portion.
6. The charging protection assembly of claim 5, wherein the first card slot and the second card slot are identical in configuration.
7. The charging protection assembly according to claim 6, wherein the first and second engaging grooves are both trapezoidal engaging grooves, and in an assembled state of the charging protection box, a longer one of two parallel sides of the trapezoid is closer to a root of the elastic strip-shaped fastener, and a length of a side of the longer one is greater than a width of the elastic strip-shaped fastener.
8. The charging protection assembly of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the first sidewall tab and the second sidewall tab are both sheet metal parts; the two first clamping parts are integrally formed at the top end and the bottom end of the first card main body plane part in a bending mode, and the two second clamping parts are integrally formed at the top end and the bottom end of the second card main body plane part in a bending mode; the first buckle and the second buckle are formed by blanking and bending corresponding parts of the second clamping portion, and the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove are formed by blanking corresponding parts of the first clamping portion.
9. The charging protection assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a first side wall clip and/or a second side wall clip is provided with a wire through hole for a charging wire of the lithium battery to pass through.
10. The charging protection assembly of claim 1, wherein each of the first side wall cards and each of the second side wall cards are provided with a wire passing hole for a charging wire of the lithium battery to pass through.
