The supporting mechanism further includes second position-limiting members 24 for limiting the rotation range of the connecting ring 21 about the axis of the first shaft m or the axis of the second shaft n, the upper end portions of the first supporting members 20 at two sides and the upper end portions of the second supporting members 23 at two sides are respectively provided with the second position-limiting members 24, each of the second position-limiting members 24 includes a fixing portion connected with the first supporting members 20 at two sides or the second supporting members 23 at two sides and a position-limiting portion having one end connected with the fixing portion and the other end located above the connecting ring 21.
The supporting mechanism further includes first adjusting members 25 having an end portion penetrating through the limiting portion of each second limiting member 24 and capable of abutting against or separating from the connecting ring 21, as shown in fig. 19, a first gap is formed between the end portion of each first adjusting member 25 and the connecting ring 21, and each first adjusting member 25 is movably disposed on each second limiting member 24 so that the size of the first gap is adjustable.
The supporting mechanism further includes second adjusting parts 26, one end of each of which can be abutted to or separated from the connecting ring 21 after passing through the first supporting parts 20 or the second supporting parts 23 on both sides, as shown in fig. 17, a second gap is formed between one end of each of the second adjusting parts 26 and the connecting ring 21, and each of the second adjusting parts 26 is movably disposed on the first supporting parts 20 or the second supporting parts 23 on both sides, so that the size of the second gap is adjustable.
In this example, the first and second adjusting members 25 and 26 are adjusting screws, respectively.
Specifically, the second bracket (including the connecting ring 21, the connecting plate 22, and the second support 23) and the whole clamping mechanism 200 with the flexspline 300 mounted thereon can rotate around the axis of the first shaft m; the clamping mechanism 200 provided with the flexible gear 300 can rotate around the axis of the second shaft n; the second bracket (including the connecting ring 21, the connecting plate 22 and the second support 23) and the whole clamping mechanism 200 provided with the flexible gear 300 can slide along the axial lead direction of the first shaft m; the chuck 200 to which the flexspline 300 is attached is slidable in the axial direction of the second shaft n. In the honing process, the base plate 19 and the first supporting member 20 are relatively fixed on the honing machine, and the clamping mechanism 200 can rotate not only around the axis of the first shaft m, but also around the axis of the second shaft n, and can slide along the axis of the first shaft m and along the axis of the second shaft n, and the clamping mechanism 200 realizes universal floating, so that after the clamping mechanism 200 is provided with the flexspline 300, the flexspline 300 can also universally float, so that when the honing cutter honing the inner hole of the flexspline 300, the axial line of the flexspline can be self-adaptively corrected, the axial line of the flexspline is basically consistent with the axial line of the honing cutter in the honing process, and the problem of inner hole deformation in the honing process of the flexspline 300 is effectively solved.
When the second bracket (including the connecting ring 21, the connecting plate 22 and the second supporting member 23) and the clamping mechanism 200 with the flexible gear 300 mounted thereon integrally rotate around the axis of the first shaft m, the size of the first gap between the corresponding first adjusting member 25 on the first supporting member 20 and the connecting ring 21 limits the rotation amplitude of the whole body around the axis of the first shaft m, that is, the rotation amplitude of the clamping mechanism 200 around the axis of the first shaft m is limited; when the fixture 200 with the flexible gear 300 mounted thereon rotates around the axis of the second shaft n, the corresponding first adjusting member 25 on the second supporting member 23 also moves relatively, and the size of the first gap between the corresponding first adjusting member 25 on the second supporting member 23 and the connecting ring 21 limits the rotation amplitude of the fixture 200 around the axis of the second shaft n.
When the whole of the second bracket (including the connecting ring 21, the connecting plate 22 and the second supporting member 23) and the clamping mechanism 200 with the flexible gear 300 mounted thereon slides along the axial direction of the first shaft m, the sliding distance of the whole sliding along the axial direction of the first shaft m is limited by the size of the second gap between the corresponding second adjusting member 26 on the first supporting member 20 and the connecting ring 21, that is, the sliding distance of the clamping mechanism 200 sliding along the axial direction of the first shaft m is limited; when the fixture 200 with the flexspline 300 mounted thereon slides along the axial line direction of the second shaft n, the corresponding second adjusting member 26 on the second support member 23 also moves relatively, and the size of the second gap between the corresponding second adjusting member 26 on the second support member 23 and the connecting ring 21 limits the sliding distance of the fixture 200 sliding along the axial line direction of the second shaft n.
Therefore, the floating amount of the clamping mechanism 200 can be adjusted by adjusting the size of the first gap between the corresponding first adjusting piece 25 on the first support 20 and the connecting ring 21, adjusting the size of the first gap between the corresponding first adjusting piece 25 on the second support 23 and the connecting ring 21, adjusting the size of the second gap between the corresponding second adjusting piece 26 on the first support 20 and the connecting ring 21, and adjusting the size of the second gap between the corresponding second adjusting piece 26 on the second support 23 and the connecting ring 21.
The specific process of mounting the flexspline 300 on the fixture is as follows:
s1, screwing the screw clamping piece 18 into a threaded hole of the base cylindrical part 1a for standby as shown in figure 11;
s2, pressing the upper end part of the rotation stopping piece 2 into one of fifth through holes 9 on a connecting part 8a of a positioning piece 8 in an interference manner to form a combination, then inserting a positioning rod part 8b into a first through hole 4 on a flexible wheel bottom 28 of a flexible wheel 300, inserting the lower end part of the rotation stopping piece 2 into one of second through holes 5 on the flexible wheel bottom 28 of the flexible wheel 300, then integrally placing the whole into a mounting seat cylindrical part 3a of a mounting seat 3, inserting the positioning rod part 8b into a third through hole 6 on the mounting seat bottom 3b and exposing the mounting seat bottom 3b, inserting the lower end part of the rotation stopping piece 2 into one of fourth through holes 7 on the mounting seat bottom 3b, and then shifting one end part of a pressing piece 11 to enable the pressing piece 11 to rotate around a pin 13 until the pressing piece 11 rotates to a position corresponding to the positioning rod part 8b, wherein the positioning rod part 8b slides into a first clamping groove 14 relative to the pressing piece 11, screwing a nut 12 on the lower end part of the positioning 8b until the nut 12 abuts against the pressing piece 11, the positioning piece 8 and the positioning seat 3 is installed in the mounting seat 3, and the positioning piece 3, and the mounting seat is installed in a fixing seat 10 as shown in a drawing;
s3, the installation seat 3 provided with the flexible gear 300 in the step S2 is placed in the base 1 in the step S1, the extension part 3c of the installation seat is pressed on the end face of the cylindrical part 1a of the base, then the installation seat 3 is rotated clockwise (shown in figure 4) until the clamping piece 18 slides into the second clamping groove 17 on the extension part 3c of the installation seat, the installation seat 3 is limited in the base 1 by the clamping piece 18, the installation of the installation seat 3 on the base 1 is completed, and then the installation of the flexible gear 300 on the clamping mechanism 200 is completed, and as shown in figure 4, the flexible gear 300 is conveniently installed on the clamping mechanism 200;
and S4, mounting the clamping mechanism 200 provided with the flexible gear 300 in the step S3 on the connecting plate 22 of the supporting mechanism 100 through screws, specifically, mounting the base 1 of the clamping mechanism 200 on the connecting plate 22 through screws, and finishing the mounting of the clamping mechanism 200 on the supporting mechanism 100.
In conclusion, through the arrangement of the fixture, the inner hole surface of the flexible gear 300 can be honed, the blank in the prior art is filled, and further through the arrangement of the supporting mechanism, the clamping mechanism 200 can universally float, the flexible gear 300 can universally float in the honing process, the problem of inner hole deformation in the flexible gear 300 honing process is effectively solved, and the floating amount of the clamping mechanism 200 can be effectively adjusted through the arrangement of the first adjusting piece 25 and the second adjusting piece 26.
In addition, when the fixture is used for clamping the flexible gear 300, only the flexible gear bottom 28 is clamped, no clamping acting force is generated on the flexible gear cylindrical part 27, the risk of deformation is generated in the clamping process of the flexible gear 300, universal floating of the flexible gear 300 is achieved through the supporting mechanism 100 in the honing process, and the risk of deformation of an inner hole in the honing process is greatly reduced.
The clamp is clamped on a honing machine, as shown in fig. 20 to 21, the honing machine is a vertical honing machine, the honing machine is provided with two slide rails 30 arranged in parallel and a honing tool 33 vertically arranged above the slide rails 30, a blocking piece 31 is arranged between the two slide rails 30, a pressing block 32 is arranged on the two slide rails 30, the clamp is arranged on the two slide rails 30 in a sliding manner, when the clamp is arranged on the slide rails 30 for honing, a bottom plate 19 of the clamp is arranged on the two slide rails 30 and abuts against the blocking piece 31, the bottom plate 19 is limited between the pressing block 32 and the slide rails 30, and the pressing block 32 is used for preventing the clamp from jumping out of the slide rails 30 in the honing process. During honing, the honing tool 33 extends into the inner hole of the flexible gear 300 from the upper part of the clamp to perform honing.
