The supporting ring is one of important parts on aviation equipment, and is mainly used for supporting and connecting, is a casting product commonly encountered in the field of precision casting of investment in aviation industry, is of a double-ring structure, has the outer diameter of phi 75-phi 150mm, the inner diameter of phi 50-phi 125mm and the thickness of 2mm, and is characterized in that cylinders with the diameter phi 8mm and the length of 8-10 mm are distributed among the double rings at equal intervals along the circumferential direction, and the double rings and the cylinders of the parts are often important parts in cooperative fit with other bearing parts, so that the requirements on the external dimensional precision and the surface quality of the parts are strict.
The support ring is usually cast, a wax mold is needed to be used for casting the sand mold, the wax mold is manufactured by adopting molten mold materials, a metal mold with an inner cavity in the same shape as the wax mold is manufactured first, then the metal mold is injected in a pressing mode, the wax mold is solidified layer by layer from the outside to the inside, and the wax mold is obtained after the metal mold is removed. The feeding of wax liquid in the wax injection channel and the thick cylindrical region can be continuously obtained in the solidification process of the thin-wall part of the supporting ring, so that the shrinkage of the body is small, and the sinking is light; the wax injection channel solidifies before the thick region of the cylinder, so that the end face of the supporting ring close to the cylinder cannot be continuously fed with molten wax, and the shrinkage is larger and serious; in addition, the hard shell layer can generate concentrated pits due to the hard shell effect on the surfaces of the two ends of the cylinder in the cooling process after the wax mould is taken out, and finally pits formed at the projection positions of a plurality of cylinders on the outer surface of the supporting ring can influence the appearance quality of the wax mould. The existing repairing method is to adopt soldering irons to melt wax liquid in advance, respectively drip the molten wax liquid into pits on the outer surface of a wax mold, and repair the molten wax liquid one by adopting a scraper after cooling and shaping. The mode has the advantages of large repair modulus, low efficiency and poor dimensional stability, and the wax pattern can be damaged due to overheat in the process, so that reasonable optimization is urgently needed.

The invention provides a manufacturing method of a wax pattern for supporting ring investment casting, which aims to solve the problem that the surface of the wax pattern is easy to generate pits in the conventional wax pattern for supporting ring investment casting.

then, a metal mold is used for manufacturing a wax mold by adopting a pressing injection method, the metal mold is removed after solidification and molding of the wax mold, a plurality of compensating bulges corresponding to projection of a connecting column are respectively formed on the surfaces of the two annular bodies of the wax mold on the sides facing away from each other through a plurality of compensating pits, and then the surfaces of the two annular bodies on the sides facing away from each other are trimmed, so that the wax mold for investment casting of the support ring is manufactured.
Preferably, after the wax mould is solidified and formed and taken out from the metal mould, the compensating protrusions on the surface of the annular body are scraped or wiped, so that the surfaces of the two annular bodies on the sides which are mutually away from each other are all leveled.

After the wax pattern is solidified and molded and is taken out from the metal mold, the compensation protrusions 4 on the surfaces of the annular bodies 1 are scraped or wiped, so that the surfaces of the two annular bodies 1, which are away from each other, are flat, and the wax pattern for supporting ring investment casting is prepared, and the wax pattern with the reverse compensation protrusions at the original pit positions is obtained by giving a certain reverse compensation amount to the metal mold in advance, so that the wax pattern with good surface quality and high dimensional accuracy can be obtained without manually 'dripping' the wax pattern at the pit positions, the problem of pit on the surface of the wax pattern for supporting ring investment casting is avoided, and the work load of repairing the wax pattern for supporting ring investment casting can be reduced.
