More preferably, the wire feeding device further comprises an information processing module, the information processing module can be arranged on an external punching machine tool, the limiting piece 134 is a proximity switch, the proximity switch is electrically connected with the information processing module, the wire feeding piece 11 is electrically connected with an external power supply through the information processing module, when the head of a wire rod is in conflict with the proximity switch, the proximity switch transmits an electrical signal to the information processing module, the information processing module sends a stop working instruction to the wire feeding piece 11, the wire feeding piece 11 stops working, further, wire feeding is stopped, overlong or too short of the wire rod is avoided, and improvement of the product yield is facilitated.
Preferably, the upper die 2 further comprises an indentation member 24, and the indentation member 24 can press elastic positions on any vertical edge of the U-shaped blank, and the elastic positions are in an obtuse angle shape.
Preferably, the lower die 1 further comprises an ejection structure 102, and the ejection structure 102 acts on the intersection of the "still" shaped finished product.
More preferably, the ejection structure 102 comprises a thimble and an air blowing piece, wherein the top end of the thimble acts on the cross part of the product, and the air outlet of the air blowing piece faces to the product, so that the demolding effect of the product is improved.
In the embodiment, the lower die 1 is also provided with four guide posts, and the upper die 2 is also provided with guide posts matched with the guide posts; the assembly is convenient, and the guiding function is realized when the die is opened and closed.

Claims (8)

1. A one-time forming die for stamping a character clip, comprising:
the lower die is sequentially provided with a wire feeding piece, a wire cutting piece and a forming assembly along the feeding direction; the molding assembly comprises an insert, a bending piece and a fork pressing piece;
the upper die comprises a first shovel block, a second shovel block and a third shovel block, wherein the heights of the first shovel block, the second shovel block and the third shovel block are gradually decreased;
the sliding assembly comprises a first sliding block, a second sliding block and a third sliding block; the first sliding block is in sliding fit with the lower die, the inner end of the first sliding block is connected with the tangent piece, and the outer end of the first sliding block is matched with the first shovel block; the second sliding block is in sliding fit with the lower die, the inner end of the second sliding block is connected with the press bending piece, and the outer end of the second sliding block is matched with the second shovel block; the third sliding block is in sliding fit with the lower die, the inner end of the third sliding block is connected with the pressing fork piece, and the outer end of the third sliding block is matched with the third shovel block;
When the die is assembled, the first shovel block is matched with the outer end of the first sliding block and pushes the tangent part to achieve tangent, then the second shovel block is matched with the outer end of the second sliding block and pushes the bending part to press wires into U-shaped blanks, and finally the third shovel block is matched with the outer end of the third sliding block and pushes the fork pressing part to press the U-shaped blanks into U-shaped finished products;
the insert is an isosceles triangular prism, the fork pressing piece comprises a left pressing block and a right pressing block, the third sliding block can enable the left pressing block and the right pressing block to slide oppositely, anti-slip structures are respectively arranged at the inner ends of the left pressing block and the right pressing block, and the anti-slip structures are matched with the wire diameter of a wire rod;
The lower bottom of the isosceles triangular prism is straight towards the bending part, the first waist of the isosceles triangular prism is inclined towards the anti-skid structure of the left pressing block, and the second waist of the isosceles triangular prism is inclined towards the anti-skid structure of the right pressing block;
The lower die further comprises a cross piece, wherein the cross piece is provided with a cross inclined surface, and the cross inclined surface faces the left pressing block or the right pressing block; the left pressing block or the right pressing block is provided with a clearance groove at one end close to the cross piece.
2. The one-shot forming die for stamping a character clip according to claim 1, wherein the upper die further comprises a fourth spade block having a height less than a height of the second spade block and greater than a height of the third spade block;
the molding assembly further comprises a pressure head piece, wherein the pressure head piece is positioned at the opposite side of the bending piece;
the sliding assembly further comprises a fourth sliding block, the fourth sliding block is in sliding fit with the lower die, the inner end of the fourth sliding block is connected with the pressure head piece, and the outer end of the fourth sliding block is matched with the fourth shovel block;
when the die is assembled, after the U-shaped blank is pressed out by the bending part, the fourth shovel block is matched with the outer end of the fourth sliding block, and the pressing head part is pushed to press the cutting end of the U-shaped blank into a round head.
3. The one-shot forming die for stamping a character clip as recited in claim 2, wherein the lower die further comprises a first reset structure, a second reset structure, a third reset structure, and a fourth reset structure; the first reset structure acts on the first sliding block, the second reset structure acts on the second sliding block, the third reset structure acts on the third sliding block, and the fourth reset structure acts on the fourth sliding block;
When the die is opened, the first reset structure gives the outward sliding force of the first sliding block, the second reset structure gives the outward sliding force of the second sliding block, the third reset structure gives the outward sliding force of the third sliding block, and the fourth reset structure gives the outward sliding force of the fourth sliding block.
4. The one-shot forming die for stamping a character-clip according to claim 1, wherein the third slider includes a left slide structure, a right slide structure, and a connection block, an inner end of the left slide structure acts on the left press block, an inner end of the right slide structure acts on the right press block, an outer end of the left slide structure and an outer end of the right slide structure are connected with the connection block, and the connection block is engaged with the third shovel block.
5. The one-shot forming die for stamping a character carrier as defined in claim 1, wherein said upper die further comprises an upper punch and said lower die further comprises a lower punch corresponding to said upper punch.
6. The one-shot forming die for stamping a character clip as defined in claim 1, wherein said forming assembly further comprises a stop member disposed on opposite sides of said wire feed;
when the head end of the wire rod abuts against the limiting piece, the wire feeding piece stops feeding the wire.
7. A one-time forming die for stamping a character holder as defined in claim 1, wherein the upper die further comprises an indentation member capable of pressing out a spring point on either vertical side of the U-shaped blank, the spring point being in an obtuse angle.
8. A one-shot forming die for stamping a doubleword clip as defined in claim 1, wherein said lower die further includes an ejector structure, said ejector structure acting at the intersection of the doubleword shaped finished products.
