A spraying device for furniture production capable of reducing spraying waste comprises a bottom plate (1), supporting legs (2) and a fixing cover (3), wherein the supporting legs (2) are fixed at four corners of the outer bottom wall of the bottom plate (1), the fixing cover (3) is arranged on the upper side of the bottom plate (1), the fixing cover (3) is arranged in an inverted U shape, and vertical plates on two sides of the fixing cover (3) are respectively fixedly connected with two sides of the upper surface of the bottom plate (1); it is characterized in that it also comprises:
the pumping pump (4) is fixed on the outer top wall of the fixed cover (3), the inlet end of the pumping pump (4) is connected with an external paint barrel through a pipeline, and the pipeline at the outlet end of the pumping pump (4) penetrates through the upper side wall of the fixed cover (3) and then is exposed in the fixed cover (3);
the device comprises a plurality of spray pipes (5), wherein the spray pipes (5) are equidistantly arranged inside a fixed cover (3) from front to back, two ends of each spray pipe (5) are respectively fixed on two inner walls of the fixed cover (3), one end of each spray pipe (5) is obliquely arranged upwards, each spray pipe (5) is connected with a pipeline on the outlet end of a pumping pump (4) through a multi-way joint, a plurality of through holes (6) are equidistantly arranged on the lower side of the outer annular wall of each spray pipe (5), and a control valve (7) is embedded in each through hole (6);
the spray heads (8) are provided in a plurality, the water inlet ends of the spray heads (8) are inserted into the through holes (6) in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the spray heads (8) are suspended at the lower side of the spray pipe (5), and the spray heads (8) are communicated with the spray pipe (5);
the conveying mechanism (9), the said conveying mechanism (9) is set up in the lower side of the inside of the fixed cover (3), and the conveying mechanism (9) is fixed on bottom plate (1);
the recovery mechanism (10), the recovery mechanism (10) is arranged in the bottom plate (1) and is positioned at the lower side of the conveying mechanism (9);

the supporting frame (9-1), the supporting frame (9-1) is arranged in an L shape, the corners of the supporting frame (9-1) are fixed on the upper surface of the bottom plate (1), two side edges of the supporting frame (9-1) are arranged in an upward inclined manner, and the long edge of the supporting frame (9-1) is fixedly connected with the bottom plate (1) through a supporting rod;
the driving wheels (9-2) are provided with a plurality of driving wheels (9-2), the driving wheels are embedded in the long edge of the support frame (9-1) at equal intervals from front to back, rotating shafts on two sides of the driving wheels (9-2) are respectively connected with the inner wall of the support frame (9-1) in a rotating mode through bearings, and the driving wheels (9-2) are connected through a synchronous wheel transmission assembly;
the conveying motor (9-3), the conveying motor (9-3) is embedded in the long edge of the supporting frame (9-1), the conveying motor (9-3) is connected with an external power supply, and an output shaft of the conveying motor (9-3) is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of one driving wheel (9-2);
the wood board is placed in the support frame (9-1) and positioned on the driving wheel (9-2), the conveying motor (9-3) is started at the moment, the conveying motor (9-3) drives the driving wheel (9-2) connected with the conveying motor to rotate, the driving wheel (9-2) drives the other driving wheels (9-2) to rotate through the synchronous wheel transmission assembly, and the driving wheel (9-2) drives the wood board to move while rotating.

according to the width of the wood board, the rotating handle (18) is rotated, the driving shaft (17) connected with the rotating handle is driven to rotate through the rotating handle (18), the driving shaft (17) drives the other driving shafts (17) to rotate through the synchronizing wheel transmission assembly, the driving shaft (17) drives the driving gear (15) to rotate, so that the inserting plate (11) is driven to move through the rack (16), the inserting plate (11) drives the supporting strip (12) and the supporting wheel (13) to move until the supporting wheel (13) moves to the side, away from the short side of the supporting frame (9-1), of the wood board to be sprayed.
