referring to fig. 1, 3 and 5, on the basis of the first embodiment, the leg lifting driving member of the present embodiment includes a leg adjusting driving cylinder 301, a leg driving telescopic rod 302, a leg inclined guide rail 303 and a leg inclined adjusting part; the leg tilt adjustment components include a leg rail slide 304, a leg tilt adjustment slide 305, and a leg tilt adjustment shaft 306.
In the present embodiment, the leg rest plate 106 is attached to the leg rest 113, and the leg rest plate 106 is horizontally movable while the angle of the leg rest plate 106 is adjusted by the leg lift driving means.

referring to fig. 6 and 7, on the basis of the first embodiment, the stabilizing assembly of the present embodiment includes a moving wheel, a lateral driving cylinder 402, a stabilizing seat 403 and a stabilizing pulley 404; the movable wheel comprises a wheel seat 405, an axle 406, a wheel body 407 and a lock nut 408.
In the present embodiment, the stabilizing member is mounted on the nursing base 101, and linearly moves the nursing base 101 and supports the side surface of the nursing base 101, thereby improving the overall stability.
Wherein the moving wheel is arranged on the nursing base 101 and drives the nursing base 101 to move; the lateral driving cylinder 402 is fixedly arranged on one side of the nursing base 101; the stabilizing seat 403 is mounted at the output end of the lateral driving cylinder 402; the stabilizing pulley 404 is rotatably mounted on the stabilizing seat 403 and is in contact with the ground; the moving wheel is arranged at the bottom of the nursing base 101 and drives the nursing base 101 to move; the number of the lateral driving cylinders 402 is two, two lateral driving cylinders 402 are reversely installed on the side of the nursing base 101, each of the output shafts of the lateral driving cylinders 402 is respectively provided with the stabilizing seat 403, the stabilizing seat 403 is close to the ground, the stabilizing pulley 404 is installed on the stabilizing seat 403, the stabilizing pulley 404 is in contact with the ground, the stabilizing pulley 404 is in a lockable wheel body 407 structure, locking and fixing of the stabilizing pulley 404 are realized through a locking pin, and thus, the support for the two sides of the nursing base 101 is realized, so that the nursing bed can stably support the device through the stabilizing seats 403 and the stabilizing pulley 404 in the horizontal lateral moving process, and therefore, the side turning is avoided.
Secondly, the wheel seat 405 is fixedly installed at the bottom of the nursing base 101; the wheel shaft 406 is rotatably mounted on the wheel seat 405; the wheel body 407 is fixedly mounted on the wheel shaft 406; the lock nut 408 is in threaded connection with the axle 406 and abuts against the wheel seat 405; the wheel seats 405 are fixedly installed at the bottom of the nursing base 101 through bolts, the number of the wheel seats 405 is four, the four wheel seats 405 are respectively installed at four ends of the nursing base 101, the wheel seats 405 are of a U-shaped structure, the wheel shafts 406 are rotatably installed on each wheel seat 405, the wheel bodies 407 are sleeved outside the wheel shafts 406, the outer side surfaces of the wheel shafts 406 are provided with threads, the locking nuts 408 are threadedly installed on the outer side surfaces of the threads of the wheel shafts 406 and move by rotating the locking nuts 408 until the locking nuts abut against the wheel seats 405, so that the rotation of the wheel bodies 407 is limited, and the limiting of the wheel bodies 407 is realized, so that the nursing base 101 can be linearly moved, and the positioning is realized by rotating the locking nuts 408.

the nursing lying seat comprises a seat plate, a back adjusting lying plate, a leg placing plate, a back adjusting driving component and a leg lifting driving component, and the seat plate and the mounting base move through the lateral horizontal driving component; the back adjusting lying plate is rotatably connected with the seat plate and is connected with the nursing base through the back adjusting driving component; the back adjusting and driving component drives the back adjusting lying plate to rotate; the leg placing plate is rotatably connected with the seat plate and is connected with the nursing base through the leg lifting driving component; the leg lifting driving member drives the leg placing plate to lift.

the lateral horizontal driving assembly comprises a horizontal driving guide rail, a leg moving guide rail, a back moving guide rail and a translation member, wherein the horizontal driving guide rail is fixedly arranged at the top of the central supporting base and is connected with the seat plate through the translation member; the translation component drives the seat board to move; the leg moving guide rail is fixedly arranged on the leg placing plate and is connected with the leg lifting driving member in a sliding manner; the back moving guide rail is fixedly arranged on the back adjusting lying plate and is in sliding connection with the back adjusting driving component.
