现在的磁疗床在使用时,不同人进行磁疗时所需要的磁块不同,而磁疗床有连接性较差,不便于根据将磁块进行安装与拆卸,费时费力,为此,我们提出一种透气性好的含石墨烯的磁疗床。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种透气性好的含石墨烯的磁疗床,克服了现有技术的不足,旨在解决不同人进行磁疗时所需要的磁块不同,而磁疗床有连接性较差,不便于根据将磁块进行安装与拆卸,费时费力的问题。

请参阅图1-7,一种透气性好的含石墨烯的磁疗床,包括床体1,床体1的顶端设置有床垫2,床垫2的顶端一侧固定安装有枕具3,床垫2的内部包括有第一透气层39,第一透气层39为3D网布,内部呈蜂窝形状;第一透气层39的顶端固定连接有缓冲层40,缓冲层40为海绵;缓冲层40远离第一透气层39的一侧固定连接有石墨烯层41,石墨烯层41为石墨烯面料;具有远红外升温、保暖透气、抗静电等效果。石墨烯层41远离缓冲层40的一侧固定连接有第二透气层42,第二透气层42为竹炭纤维层;提高磁疗床使用的透气效果。
具体的,请参阅图5,第二透气层42远离石墨烯层41的一侧固定连接有弹力层43,弹力层43为天然乳胶;进一步提升使用者的舒适度。弹力层43远离第二透气层42的一侧固定连接抗菌层44,抗菌层44为海藻纤维面料;具有抑菌、防霉等效果。抗菌层44远离弹力层43的一侧固定连接有耐磨层45,耐磨层45为尼龙面料;提高磁疗床垫2使用寿命。
具体的,请参阅图1-3,床体1的底端四角处固定安装有支撑腿30,支撑腿30的底端转动安装有车轮31,车轮31的顶端活动安装有脚刹32,支撑腿30的一侧固定安装有固定板33,固定板33的底端固定安装有电动伸缩柱34,电动伸缩柱34的伸缩端固定安装有压块35,通过设置有车轮31,便于床体1进行移动,通过脚刹32对车轮31进行锁紧限位,通过启动气缸,使压块35与地面抵接,增强床体1放置稳定性,提高使用安全性。
具体的,请参阅图1-4,床体1的一侧开设有放置槽4,床体1位于放置槽4内部两侧均开设有滑动槽5,床体1位于滑动槽5的内部转动安装有螺纹杆6,放置槽4的内部设置有放置盒7,放置盒7的两侧均固定安装有连接块8,连接块8与螺纹杆6螺纹连接,螺纹杆6的一侧固定安装有蜗轮9,床体1的内部转动安装有蜗杆10,蜗杆10与蜗轮9啮合,蜗杆10的一侧固定安装有手轮36,工作人员通过转动蜗杆10使蜗轮9带动螺纹杆6转动,从而使放置盒7在放置槽4内部滑动。
具体的,请参阅图1-7,放置盒7的内部设置有磁疗盒11,磁疗盒11的内部设置有若干个磁块12,两个磁块12之间设置有橡胶块13,放置盒7的内部两侧均固定安装有伸缩杆14,伸缩杆14的外侧套设有弹簧15,伸缩杆14的伸缩端固定安装有夹板16,通过弹簧15与伸缩杆14的配合,使两个夹板16对磁疗盒11进行夹持,提高磁疗盒11放置稳定性。夹板16与放置盒7的内壁之间固定安装有波纹管17,波纹管17套设在弹簧15的外侧,波纹管17的数量为若干,波纹管17呈线性阵列排布,通过波纹管17对弹簧15与伸缩杆14进行保护,提高弹簧15与伸缩杆14的使用寿命,增强使用效果。
具体的,请参阅图1-6,床体1靠近放置槽4的顶端开设有凹槽18,凹槽18与放置槽4连通,床体1位于凹槽18内设置有隔板19,隔板19的顶端开设有若干个通孔20,床体1的两侧均设置有限位螺栓21,限位螺栓21穿过床体1的侧端并与隔板19的一侧抵接,床体1的两侧均开设有圆孔槽22,限位螺栓21的一端拧头位于圆孔槽22内部,通过在床垫2与床体1之间设置有隔板19,在隔板19顶端开设有若干个通孔20,增强透气性,通过限位螺栓21穿过床体1的两侧并与所述隔板19抵接,增强隔板19放置稳定性,使隔板19便于拆卸更换,提高使用效果。
具体的,请参阅图1-5,放置盒7的底端开设有收纳槽23,放置盒7位于收纳槽23的内部转动安装有转动轴24,转动轴24的底端固定安装有套筒25,套筒25的底端活动嵌设有活动杆26,套筒25的一侧螺纹安装有锁紧螺栓27,锁紧螺栓27穿过套筒25并与活动杆26抵接。活动杆26的底端固定安装有固定架28,固定架28的底端套设有橡胶套29,通过橡胶套29,对固定架28进行保护,尽量避免固定架28产生磨损,提高固定架28的使用寿命。枕具3的底端固定安装有卡块37,床垫2的顶端开设有卡槽38,卡块37与卡槽38卡接,通过在套筒25底端嵌设有活动杆26,便于调节固定架的高度,使固定架28与地面抵接,方便在放置盒7抽出时,对放置盒7的一端进行支撑,提高稳定性,通过锁紧螺栓27对穿锅套筒25与活动杆26的一侧抵接,对活动杆26进行限位,通过凹槽18,便于对套筒25与固定架28进行收纳,节省空间。
工作原理:工作人员通过使用车轮31,使床体1移动到指定地点,通过脚刹32对车轮31进行锁紧限位,再通过启动气缸,使压块35与地面抵接,增强床体1放置稳定性,提高使用安全性,通过在床垫2与床体1之间设置有隔板19,在隔板19顶端开设有若干个通孔20,增强透气性,通过限位螺栓21穿过床体1的两侧并与所述隔板19抵接,增强隔板19放置稳定性,使隔板19便于拆卸更换,提高使用效果;通过在床体1内部开设有放置槽4,在放置槽4内部两侧均开设有滑动槽5,在滑动槽5内部转动安装有螺纹杆6,放置盒7的两侧固定安装有连接块8,连接块8与螺纹杆6螺纹连接,工作人员通过转动蜗杆10使蜗轮9带动螺纹杆6转动,从而使放置盒7在放置槽4内部滑动,便于更换放置盒7内部的磁块12,通过弹簧15与伸缩杆14的配合,使两个夹板16对磁疗盒11进行夹持,提高磁疗盒11放置稳定性,通过波纹管17对弹簧15与伸缩杆14进行保护,提高弹簧15与伸缩杆14的使用寿命,增强使用效果;通过在床垫2内部设置有第一透气层39与第二透气层42,第一透气层39为3D网布,内部呈蜂窝形状,第二透气层42为竹炭纤维层,提高磁疗床使用的透气效果,增强使用者的舒适度,通过设置有石墨烯层41,具有远红外升温、保暖透气、抗静电等效果,通过设置有弹力层43,弹力层43为天热乳胶,进一步提升使用者的舒适度,通过设置有抗菌层44,抗菌层44为海藻纤维面料,具有抑菌、防霉等效果,通过设置有耐磨层45,耐磨层45为尼龙面料,提高磁疗床垫2使用寿命;通过在放置盒7的底端开设有凹槽18,通过在凹槽18内部转动安装有转动轴24,在转动轴24的底端固定安装有套筒25,通过在套筒25底端嵌设有活动杆26,便于调节固定架的高度,使固定架28与地面抵接,方便在放置盒7抽出时,对放置盒7的一端进行支撑,提高稳定性,通过锁紧螺栓27对穿锅套筒25与活动杆26的一侧抵接,对活动杆26进行限位,通过凹槽18,便于对套筒25与固定架28进行收纳,节省空间,通过橡胶套29,对固定架28进行保护,尽量避免固定架28产生磨损,提高固定架28的使用寿命。

1.一种透气性好的含石墨烯的磁疗床,包括床体(1),其特征在于:所述床体(1)的顶端设置有床垫(2),所述床垫(2)的顶端一侧固定安装有枕具(3),所述床体(1)的一侧开设有放置槽(4),所述床体(1)位于所述放置槽(4)内部两侧均开设有滑动槽(5),所述床体(1)位于所述滑动槽(5)的内部转动安装有螺纹杆(6),所述放置槽(4)的内部设置有放置盒(7),所述放置盒(7)的两侧均固定安装有连接块(8),所述连接块(8)与所述螺纹杆(6)螺纹连接,所述螺纹杆(6)的一侧固定安装有蜗轮(9),所述床体(1)的内部转动安装有蜗杆(10),蜗杆(10)与所述蜗轮(9)啮合,所述放置盒(7)的内部设置有磁疗盒(11),所述磁疗盒(11)的内部设置有若干个磁块(12),两个所述磁块(12)之间设置有橡胶块(13),所述放置盒(7)的内部两侧均固定安装有伸缩杆(14),所述伸缩杆(14)的外侧套设有弹簧(15),所述伸缩杆(14)的伸缩端固定安装有夹板(16),所述蜗杆(10)的一侧固定安装有手轮(36);
所述床垫(2)的内部包括有第一透气层(39),所述第一透气层(39)的顶端固定连接有缓冲层(40),所述缓冲层(40)远离所述第一透气层(39)的一侧固定连接有石墨烯层(41),所述石墨烯层(41)远离所述缓冲层(40)的一侧固定连接有第二透气层(42),所述第二透气层(42)远离所述石墨烯层(41)的一侧固定连接有弹力层(43),所述弹力层(43)远离所述第二透气层(42)的一侧固定连接抗菌层(44),所述抗菌层(44)远离所述弹力层(43)的一侧固定连接有耐磨层(45)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性好的含石墨烯的磁疗床,其特征在于:所述夹板(16)与所述放置盒(7)的内壁之间固定安装有波纹管(17),所述波纹管(17)套设在所述弹簧(15)的外侧,所述波纹管(17)的数量为若干,所述波纹管(17)呈线性阵列排布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性好的含石墨烯的磁疗床,其特征在于:所述床体(1)靠近所述放置槽(4)的顶端开设有凹槽(18),所述凹槽(18)与所述放置槽(4)连通,所述床体(1)位于所述凹槽(18)内设置有隔板(19),所述隔板(19)的顶端开设有若干个通孔(20),所述床体(1)的两侧均设置有限位螺栓(21),所述限位螺栓(21)穿过所述床体(1)的侧端并与所述隔板(19)的一侧抵接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种透气性好的含石墨烯的磁疗床,其特征在于:所述床体(1)的两侧均开设有圆孔槽(22),所述限位螺栓(21)的一端拧头位于所述圆孔槽(22)内部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性好的含石墨烯的磁疗床,其特征在于:所述放置盒(7)的底端开设有收纳槽(23),所述放置盒(7)位于所述收纳槽(23)的内部转动安装有转动轴(24),所述转动轴(24)的底端固定安装有套筒(25),所述套筒(25)的底端活动嵌设有活动杆(26),所述套筒(25)的一侧螺纹安装有锁紧螺栓(27),所述锁紧螺栓(27)穿过所述套筒(25)并与所述活动杆(26)抵接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种透气性好的含石墨烯的磁疗床,其特征在于:所述活动杆(26)的底端固定安装有固定架(28),所述固定架(28)的底端套设有橡胶套(29),所述枕具(3)的底端固定安装有卡块(37),所述床垫(2)的顶端开设有卡槽(38),所述卡块(37)与所述卡槽(38)卡接。
