Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of paper diapers, and particularly relates to an intelligent paper diaper based on resistance detection and a quantitative detection method.
Background
The paper diapers commonly used in the market at present generally adopt a color development method to indicate whether urination exists. Such conventional paper diapers have disadvantages in that observation is required to judge whether urine is excreted and whether feces exist cannot be recognized. If the skin is not replaced in time, the excrement can easily cause various skin diseases. In recent years, there are some intelligent diapers which can identify the urine and the feces by sensors, but these products can only detect the urine, or have a complicated structure, complicated manufacturing process and very high cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an intelligent paper diaper based on resistance detection and a quantitative detection method of excrement, and solves the technical problems in the prior art.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to an intelligent paper diaper based on resistance detection, which comprises a main body, a sensor surface layer absorption layer and a leakage-proof layer, the sensor surface layer comprises a water permeable surface layer, a first insulating layer is arranged on the outer surface of the water permeable surface layer, the outer surface of the first insulating layer is provided with a resistance sensor, the outer surface of the resistance sensor is provided with a second insulating layer, the leakage-proof layer is arranged on the inner surface of the main body, the absorption layer is arranged on the outer surface of the leakage-proof layer, the outer surface of the second insulation layer is connected with the outer surface of the absorption layer, the inner surface of the first insulating layer is provided with a plurality of conductive holes, the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer have the same size, through the installation of the sensor surface layer and the installation of the resistance sensor, when the urine and the excrement do not exist in the paper diaper, the first detection sensor and the grounding sensor are kept in an open circuit state, and the first detection sensor and the grounding sensor have very large resistance; after urine with good fluidity wets the permeable surface layer, after the moisture of the surface layer contacts the resistance sensor and the conductive hole of the first insulating layer, the resistance of the first detection sensor and the resistance of the grounding sensor are rapidly reduced, and the more the moisture is, the faster the moisture is reduced. After the moisture of the permeable surface layer is gradually absorbed by the absorption layer, although the absorption layer is still wet, the resistance between the first detection sensor and the ground sensor gradually increases and returns to the off state due to the presence of the resistance sensor and the second insulation layer.
Preferably, the resistance sensor includes a first detection sensor, a ground sensor and a second detection sensor, the first detection sensor is installed on the outer surface of the first insulating layer, the ground sensor is installed on the outer surface of the first detection sensor, the second detection sensor is installed on the outer surface of the ground sensor, and the outer surface of the second detection sensor is connected with the outer surface of the second insulating layer.
The processing steps of the sensor surface layer are as follows:
step 1: printing a first insulating layer of the resistance sensor on the water permeable surface layer and uniformly punching to manufacture conductive holes;
step 2: printing a resistance sensor layer on the basis of the step 1;
and step 3: and 2, printing a second insulating layer of the resistance sensor on the basis of the step 2.
The invention also provides a method for detecting and quantifying the excrement and urine of the intelligent paper diaper, which comprises the following steps for each detection sensor:
1) when the paper diaper is dry, the detection sensor and the grounding sensor are in an open circuit state, and the resistance sampling value at the moment is recorded as R0;
2) measuring the resistance R between the detection sensor and the grounding sensor in real time:
urine is judged if the measured resistance R falls below the threshold TH1 and gradually rises back to a state of being greater than the threshold TH2 after 5 minutes, and the urine volume is judged according to the resistance drop value R0-R;
if the measured resistance R falls below the threshold TH3 and remains below the threshold TH4 after 5 minutes, it is judged that there is stool, and the stool volume is judged from the fall value and the hold value.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the invention, through the installation of the sensor surface layer and the installation of the resistance sensor, when the urine and the stool do not exist in the paper diaper, the first detection sensor and the grounding sensor are kept in an open circuit state, and the resistance of the first detection sensor and the grounding sensor is very large; after the permeable surface layer is wetted by urine with good fluidity and moisture of the surface layer contacts the resistance sensor and the conductive holes of the first insulating layer, the resistance of the first detection sensor and the resistance of the grounding sensor are rapidly reduced, and the more moisture is, the faster the resistance is reduced; after the moisture of the permeable surface layer is gradually absorbed by the absorption layer, although the absorption layer is still wet, the resistance between the first detection sensor and the grounding sensor is gradually increased and is restored to the off state due to the existence of the resistance sensor and the second insulation layer; after the relatively poor excrement of mobility will cover on the surface course that permeates water, because human excrement still exists certain moisture, after the moisture contact resistance sensor of surface course and the electrically conductive hole of second insulating layer, can make second detection sensor and ground sensor's resistance have the decline of certain degree, area of contact is big more, and the decline is more. Since the stool is not absorbed by the absorption layer, the resistance between the second detection sensor and the ground sensor is maintained for a long time; when urine with better fluidity and excrement with poorer fluidity appear simultaneously, the resistance between the detection sensor and the grounding sensor is recovered after the urine drops sharply, and the resistance is recovered to a certain resistance value smaller than the open circuit state and maintained for a long time due to the existence of the excrement; the intelligent paper diaper and the detection method thereof not only can automatically and accurately identify and quantify the excrement, but also have the advantages of simple manufacturing process and low manufacturing cost.
The intelligent paper diaper based on resistance detection realizes the detection and quantification of excrement and urine through detecting different curve change rules of the resistance on excrement and urine, especially realizes the detection and differentiation of excrement and urine through the rise-back difference of the resistance value, and quantifies the excrement through measuring the difference. Meanwhile, the resistance sensor provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in printing, contribution to machine slitting, capability of being produced in a simpler and more convenient mode and extremely low production cost.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

5. The intelligent paper diaper based on resistance detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first insulating layer (12) and the second insulating layer (14) are the same size.
6. The quantitative detection method of the intelligent paper diaper is characterized in that the intelligent paper diaper of any one of the claims 1-5 is adopted;
1) when the paper diaper is dry, the detection sensor and the grounding sensor are in an open circuit state, and the resistance sampling value at the moment is recorded as R0;
2) measuring the resistance R between the detection sensor and the grounding sensor in real time:
urine is judged if the measured resistance R falls below the threshold TH1 and gradually rises back to a state of being greater than the threshold TH2 after 5 minutes, and the urine volume is judged according to the resistance drop value R0-R;
if the measured resistance R falls below the threshold TH3 and remains below the threshold TH4 after 5 minutes, it is judged that there is stool, and the stool volume is judged from the fall value and the hold value.
