Description

Cheekbone-passing implant and oral implant
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of dental implantation, in particular to a cheekbone-wearing implant and an oral implant.
Background
The zygomatic grafting is a tooth implantation repair method adopted in tooth implantation repair, wherein the maxillary bone mass is seriously damaged or atrophied, and a patient does not want to accept bone augmentation operations such as bone implantation, bone distraction and the like. The cheekbone-passing implantation means that a dental implant is implanted into cheekbones, and 2-4 conventional dental implants are implanted into an anterior dental area by means of a compact bone block of the cheekbones so as to jointly complete the repair of maxillary dentition. The length of the cheekbone implant is generally 30.0-60 mm. The zygomatic implant enters the maxillary sinus from the dental ridge and enters the zygomatic bone through the mucosa outside or the outer bone wall of the maxillary sinus, and most of the middle part of the implant is exposed outside the mucosa of the maxillary sinus and under soft tissues. The length of the cheekbone implant is closely related to the jaw-face anatomical structure of the patient. Generally, the zygomatic implant is implanted at the atrophic alveolar ridge palatal side of the posterior dental area, the cortical bone of the alveolar bone of a patient with severe bone atrophy is less, and after the implant is repaired, the cervical bone absorption of the zygomatic implant is easy to occur, and finally the cervical thread of the implant is exposed, so that complications such as peri-implant inflammation, oronasal maxillary sinus fistula and the like occur. Researches show that the existing clinically used full-thread coarse surface cheek implant has the problems of peri-implantitis, maxillary sinus stimulation inflammation, aseptic inflammation of cheek bone and cheek face and other complications, and recently, scholars at home and abroad propose improved operative formulas to reduce the generation of related complications, and meanwhile, new operative formulas urgently need to carry out various forms of improved design on the cheek implant according with clinical needs.
