A multifunctional laparoscopic surgical instrument housing device according to claim 1, wherein said latch (2.1) comprises two latch grooves (2.11), a movable member (2.12) and two hooks (2.13), said two hooks (2.13) are respectively and hingedly mounted on said movable member (2.12), said movable member (2.12) is mounted in said latch grooves (2.11), and can move along the axial direction thereof to make the hinged portion of said hooks (2.13) and said movable member (2.12) enter into said latch grooves (2.11) or separate from said latch grooves (2.11), so as to place said two hooks (2.13) in the latched or deployed state.
4. A multifunctional laparoscopic surgical instrument housing device according to claim 3, wherein said two clasps (2.1) are provided, respectively, on said instrument holder (2) near its upper end and near its lower end.
5. The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical instrument receiving device according to claim 4, wherein an irrigation groove (2.2) is provided on the instrument holder (2) between the two clasps (2.1) to enable irrigation of the surgical instrument (a) snapped on the clasps (2.1).
6. The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical instrument storage device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of tubular racks (3.1) are provided on the inner wall of said box cover (3).

The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical instrument storage device according to claim 1, wherein a flushing pipe (3.2) is arranged in the box cover (3) at the bottom, a plurality of flushing ports (3.22) are arranged in a uniform manner along the axis of the flushing pipe (3.2), a water inlet (3.21) communicated with the flushing pipe (3.2) is arranged outside the box cover (3), and a liquid outlet (3.3) is arranged at the bottom of the box cover (3).
