The present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium having stored therein a plurality of program codes adapted to be loaded and run by a processor to perform the method of any of the above-mentioned technical solutions.
The invention also provides a dishwasher, the processor is suitable for loading and running the program code to execute the method of any one of the above technical solutions.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in the technical solution of the present invention, a dishwasher includes a heater, a washing pump and a spray arm, and a method for washing parts of a range hood with the dishwasher includes the following steps performed in sequence:
a main washing step, in which a heater heats washing water to a first set high temperature, a washing pump pumps the washing water to a spray arm before or after the first set high temperature is reached and sprays and washes parts of the range hood through the spray arm, and drainage action is started after the first set time duration is continued, so that the washing water is drained;

and a drying step of opening a door of the dishwasher and selectively activating a blower to remove moisture inside the dishwasher, wherein the second set high temperature is less than the first set high temperature but greater than a minimum high temperature threshold, and the third set high temperature is greater than or equal to the first set high temperature.
Those skilled in the art know that conventional dishwashers wash bowls and chopsticks, which remove a very small amount of non-stick, strong oil stains, and do not remove oil stains on heavy oil stained parts such as range hood parts. Therefore, the invention can deeply clean parts with heavy oil stains such as the parts of the range hood by arranging a novel method for cleaning the parts of the range hood by using the dish-washing machine under the condition of using the method, thereby avoiding the trouble of manual cleaning.
The technical personnel in the field can understand that the main reason that the method provided by the invention can remove the heavy oil of the components of the range hood is that after the conventional dish-washing machine washes bowls and chopsticks, no oil stain is left, so that the simple rinsing step usually adopts cold rinsing, the washing is directly carried out by rinsing water, no hot rinsing is adopted, the whole washing step can be prolonged because more heat is needed for heating water, and the cold rinsing is completely unnecessary, and the requirement of daily washing of the bowls and chopsticks can be completely met by the cold rinsing, in the control method of the invention, the cold rinsing step is replaced by the hot rinsing step, so that the oil blocks obtained in the main washing step are prevented from being adhered to the components of the range hood again due to condensation, and in the whole, the heat treatment is adopted from the main washing step to the disinfection step and is carried out in the whole course, so that the oil stain can not be condensed for the second time before being discharged, so that the oil stain cleaning of the similar type of the parts of the range hood is more thorough.
Furthermore, in a possible embodiment, a pre-washing step is further arranged before the main washing step, and since the oil stains are accumulated and superposed in a layered manner, the effect of directly performing the main washing step is not good, and accordingly, the invention provides several full-surrounding pre-washing steps, which can deeply and comprehensively soften the oil stains and make the cleaning effect of the main washing step better.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications. For example, although the method for washing the components of the range hood with the dishwasher is described in the specification by taking the pre-washing step as an example, it is obvious that the present invention may adopt other schemes, such as not including the pre-washing step, and directly entering the main-washing step, and the function of washing the components of the range hood can be well accomplished.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a detailed embodiment of a method of washing parts of a range hood with a dishwasher according to the present invention will be described.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in order to solve the problem of difficulty in cleaning due to the characteristics of heavy oil of the existing range hood part, the dishwasher of the present invention includes a heater (not shown), a washing pump (not shown) and a spray arm 1, and a method for cleaning the range hood part with the dishwasher includes the following steps performed in sequence:
and S01, a prewashing step, in which the heater heats the washing water (aqueous solution containing detergent) to a fourth set high temperature and stops working, and before or after reaching the fourth set high temperature, oil stains on the surface of the range hood part are soaked in a spraying or soaking mode.
Oil stains on parts of the range hood are generated by aggregation for a period of time, so that the whole range hood presents a multi-layer deposition situation and is difficult to remove at one time. In order to realize more thorough washing, the effect of direct main washing is not the best, therefore, a pre-washing step is added, washing water is heated to a fourth set high temperature, which is described by taking 70 ℃ as an example, before (for example, 60-67 ℃) or after (stabilizing at about 70 ℃) the washing water is heated to 70 ℃, the full soaking or soaking of the range hood parts is realized by spraying or soaking, specifically, the two modes of spraying and soaking are realized by different control methods, and the following are respectively developed according to different control methods:
the operation of wetting the oil stains on the surface of the range hood part in a spraying mode specifically comprises the following steps: and stopping working after the heater heats the washing water to a fourth set high temperature, and pumping the washing water to the spray arm 1 by the washing pump before or after the fourth set high temperature is reached and spraying the washing water to the range hood part through spray holes or atomizing nozzles on the spray arm 1 so as to form water vapor which fills the inner container of the dish washing machine and soak the range hood part through the water vapor. The multilayer oil stain is immersed layer by layer in a direct physical spraying and water vapor immersing dual mode, so that the immersion is deeper, the subsequent main washing step is more convenient to operate, and the cleaning is more thorough.
"come the oil stain on infiltration lampblack absorber part surface through soaking the mode" need make dish washer include multilayer shelf 2, and the lampblack absorber part sets up on bottommost shelf 2, and concrete operating procedure includes: the dishwasher enters water to a level that is not above the range hood components and at the same time or after that the heater heats the wash water to a fourth set high temperature and then stops operating. Directly through the mode of soaking, also can soak layer upon layer to the multilayer oil stain well, realize with spraying and steam and soak similar effect.
And S02, a main washing step, wherein the heater heats the washing water to a sixth set high temperature (for example, 40-45 ℃) and works continuously or intermittently for a sixth set time (for example, 3 minutes), then the washing water is heated to the first set high temperature and works continuously or intermittently so as to maintain the temperature of the washing water at the first set high temperature (for example, 75 ℃), the washing pump pumps the washing water to the spray arm 1 before or after the sixth set high temperature is reached for the first time and sprays the washing water to wash the range hood part through the spray arm 1, and drainage action is started after the first set time is continued, so that the washing water is drained, and protein pre-spray washing and normal main washing are realized.
Because protein exists in the oil stain and is washed at the first set high temperature directly, the protein is easy to adhere to parts of the range hood after being deteriorated, and the cleaning difficulty is increased, the washing water is heated to the sixth set high temperature (for example, 40-45 ℃ and lower than the first set high temperature) and continuously or intermittently works for the sixth set time and is subjected to protein pre-spraying washing, the protein can be washed preferentially under the condition that the deterioration is not serious, the temperature can ensure that the oil stain is not solidified, and the targeted protein cleaning is realized. And then heating the washing water to a first set high temperature (for example, 75 ℃), maintaining the washing water near the first set high temperature by continuous or intermittent energy supply, starting the washing pump again after the first set high temperature is reached for the first time, spraying and washing the parts of the range hood by the washing water for a first set time (for example, 10 minutes), and washing the softened oil stains basically in a blocky or dissolved state to separate the oil stains from the parts of the range hood.
Further, the above-mentioned step of "the washing pump pumps the washing water to the spray arm 1 and sprays the washing water to the components of the range hood through the spray arm 1" further includes: the dishwasher comprises a plurality of levels of racks 2, and a washing pump pumps washing water to the spray arms 1 of each level of racks 2 in an alternating or synchronous manner so as to alternately or synchronously wash the components of the hood in different directions. The shelf 2 is three layers, the spray arm 1 is also three layers from top to bottom as an example for explanation, when the range hood part is placed on the upper layer, the spray arm 1 on the upper layer undertakes the main cleaning work, the spray arm 1 on the middle layer and the spray arm 1 on the lower layer can also synchronously spray to the range hood part, the range hood part can be sprayed simultaneously, and the oil stain can be alternately and powerfully washed according to a certain spray sequence, so that the oil stain is different in stress direction, and is easier to decompose and wash. Particularly, the layered washing can wash a certain part, such as an oil net and other parts needing to be washed intensively, by the targeted local concentration force, so that the washing efficiency is improved.
And S03, a hot rinsing step, in which the heater heats the rinsing water (water without detergent) to a second set high temperature and then stops working, the washing pump pumps the rinsing water to the spray arm 1 before or after the second set high temperature is reached and sprays and washes the parts of the range hood through the spray arm 1, and after the second set time, a drainage action is started to drain the rinsing water.
Taking the second set high temperature of 50 ℃ as an example, the rinsing water is heated to a temperature after or before 50 ℃ (for example, 45 ℃), the rinsing water is pumped to the spray arm 1 and the range hood part is sprayed and washed through the spray arm 1, the washing step is similar to the washing water washing step above, and can be washing alternately or simultaneously, so as to realize thorough washing or local strong washing of the range hood part, and the hot rinsing step is completed after the washing is continued for a second set time (for example, 12 minutes) and then drained.
S04, a sterilization step in which the heater stops operating after heating the rinse water to a fifth set high temperature (e.g., 45 ℃), the wash pump pumps the rinse water to the spray arm 1 and sprays the rinse range hood components through the spray arm 1 before or after reaching the fifth set high temperature for a fourth set period of time (e.g., 10 minutes), after which the heater operates again to stop operating after heating the rinse water to the third set high temperature (e.g., 78 ℃), and the wash pump pumps the rinse water to the spray arm 1 and sprays the rinse range hood components through the spray arm 1 before or after reaching the third set high temperature (e.g., 73 ℃) until reaching the third set period of time (e.g., 20 minutes) and drains water.
After the hot rinsing in step S03, there may still be a very small amount of residual oil stain and a part of oil stain remained on the inner wall of the dishwasher, in order to rinse thoroughly, the sterilization step is divided into two steps, first the rinsing water is heated to the fifth set high temperature, then the same or similar step as the hot rinsing is carried out, so as to realize thorough cleaning, then the rinsing water is heated to the third set high temperature, and then the final sterilization rinsing is carried out, at this time, the temperature is higher, and the purpose of final cleaning and sterilization can be realized at the same time.
S05, a drying step, in which the door of the dishwasher is opened and the blower is selectively started to remove the moisture in the interior of the dishwasher, and the blower is turned off after running for a fifth set time.
After the disinfection that disinfects thoroughly finishes, the cleanness of lampblack absorber part has been accomplished basically, finally in order to prevent the dish washer condensation, and in order to make the lampblack absorber part become dry, open the door of dish washer, and selectively start the fan and remove the moisture, avoid the condensation, and because the lampblack absorber part is clean through the water of higher temperature, its itself has absorbed partial heat, enough dries its remaining rinsing water in surface, the effect of cooperation fan, can realize the whole drying of lampblack absorber part.
It should be noted that, in the above overall scheme, the second set high temperature is lower than the first set high temperature but higher than the minimum high temperature threshold (for example, 40 ℃, all set high temperatures are higher than this value to avoid oil condensation in the middle), the fourth set high temperature is lower than the first set high temperature, and the third set high temperature is greater than or equal to the first set high temperature.
The final temperature for sterilization must be higher, so a higher value (e.g. 78 ℃) is selected for the third set of high temperatures for main washing, where a higher temperature is also needed for faster complete dissolution of the oil stain, but the highest temperature for sterilization is not required, so the third set of high temperatures is greater than or equal to the first set of high temperatures, which is 75 ℃ as an example.
The pre-washing step is required to preliminarily dissolve the oil stain, and the fourth set high temperature does not need to reach the degree of the main washing of the first set high temperature, and therefore, the fourth set high temperature is smaller than the first set high temperature but cannot be too far apart, and the fourth set high temperature is selected as 70 ℃.
The hot rinsing step is to clean the residual oil stain, in order to accelerate the washing and reduce the energy consumption, the temperature is not required to be heated to a very high temperature, only the temperature is ensured to be higher than the minimum high temperature threshold (for example, 40 ℃, and the condensation of the oil stain in the midway is avoided), and the temperature is selected to be 45 ℃ or 50 ℃ for example. Similarly, the fifth set temperature is substantially the same as the fourth set temperature, and may be selected from 45 ℃ and 50 ℃.
In particular, the prewashing is to make the main washing easier, so the emphasis should be on wider coverage, and in the prewashing step, whether the steam soaking or the whole soaking is selected, the scheme of 360 degrees overall coverage of the oil stain is adopted, so that the oil stain is fully dissolved, and compared with the simple washing, the prewashing effect is higher.
In conclusion, the invention has no cooling stage through special step design, thereby avoiding the condensation reattachment of oil stain, reasonably distributing the temperature of each step, and reducing the heating time of the heater as much as possible, thereby shortening the time consumption of the whole scheme.

For example, in an alternative embodiment, since a dedicated heat-rinsing step is already available, it is obvious that further rinsing during the sterilization step may be eliminated without departing from the principles of the present invention and thus fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the range hood component is not limited to an oil screen or an oil cup, but may be other components with more oil stains, or other kitchen components with more oil stains, such as a pan base on a gas stove, and may be cleaned by the same procedure, and the cleaning target is not necessarily limited to the range hood component, which does not depart from the principle of the present invention, and thus, all of them will fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Furthermore, the present invention provides a readable storage medium having stored thereon a plurality of program codes, which are adapted to be loaded and executed by a processor to perform any of the methods described above.
