An embodiment of the present invention provides a centrifugal filter device, including: the first centrifugal filter assembly 100 comprises a first flat plate, the first flat plate is provided with a first opening, the first opening is used for communicating the filter screen 500, a first annular side wall 110 is arranged along a first direction corresponding to the first opening, the first direction is a vertical downward direction, a second annular side wall 120 is formed on the outer side of the first flat plate along the first direction, and a plurality of air inlet holes are formed in the second annular side wall 120; a first centrifugal filter assembly 200, the first centrifugal filter assembly 200 comprising a second plate and an air deflector 220, the air deflector 220 being mounted on the second plate; wherein, the second annular sidewall 120 is connected with the second plate to form a wind guide chamber; an air passing gap is reserved between the first annular side wall 110 and the second flat plate, and a plurality of air guide plates 220 are positioned between the first annular side wall 110 and the second annular side wall 120, so that air flow entering the air guide chamber through the air inlet holes forms cyclone.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in particular, the first plate in this embodiment has a circular shape, and a first opening is formed at a central portion of the first plate concentrically with the first plate, and the first opening forms a first annular sidewall 110 protruding along a first direction, the first direction is vertical downward, and the first annular sidewall 110 is a cavity structure. A second annular sidewall 120 is formed at the outermost side of the first plate downward in the same direction as the first annular sidewall 110, and the thickness of the second annular sidewall 120 is set as predetermined. A plurality of air inlet holes are laid on the second annular side wall 120, the air inlet holes all penetrate through the second annular side wall 120, and the air inlet holes are circular. In other embodiments of the present invention, the shape of the air inlet openings can be rectangular, triangular, square, etc. The air inlet holes are parallelly laid on the side wall of the second protrusion, and a spacing distance is reserved between every two air inlet holes. The second plate of the second filter assembly is configured in a circular shape, and the shape of the second plate is the same as the shape of the first plate. A plurality of air deflectors 220 are disposed on the second plate, and the air deflectors 220 are installed between the first annular sidewall 110 and the second annular sidewall 120. The air deflector 220 forms an air guiding chamber between the second annular sidewall 120 and the second plate, an air passing gap is left between the first annular sidewall 110 and the second plate, and when air flows enter the air guiding chamber through the air inlet holes, the air flows form a cyclone. The first filter assembly is disposed above the second filter assembly, and when dust-containing wind blows toward the centrifugal filter device, the dust-containing wind enters the interior of the centrifugal filter device through the plurality of wind inlet holes in the second annular sidewall 120, and due to the wind guide plate 220, the wind entering from the wind inlet holes forms a cyclone through the wind guide plate 220, and the generated cyclone rotates in the wind guide chamber and enters the air passing gap formed between the first annular sidewall 110 and the second plate. Because the wind containing dust is changed into cyclone, and the wind rotates at high speed in the gap between the wind guide chamber and the air passing gap, when the force applied on the dust is not enough to provide the centripetal force required by the circular motion, the centrifugal force of the dust is larger than that applied on the dust, the dust can move away from the circle center, the centrifugal phenomenon is generated in the gap between the wind guide chamber and the air passing gap, the dust in the cyclone can be separated from the cyclone due to the centrifugal phenomenon, and the problem that the dust can block a filter screen of an air channel or enter a fan is effectively solved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the middle position of the second plate is recessed toward the first direction to form a recess 210; the first annular sidewall 110 extends into the recess 210, wherein the air passing gap is left between the first annular sidewall 110 and the sidewall and the bottom wall of the recess 210.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, dust is blown into the centrifugal filter device to form a cyclone, and the cyclone rotates at a high speed in a flow direction in the air guide chamber and the air passing gap, when the force applied to the dust is not enough to provide a centripetal force required by circular motion, the centrifugal force of the dust is greater than the centripetal force applied to the dust, the dust can move away from the center of a circle, a centrifugal phenomenon is generated in the air guide chamber and the air passing gap, the dust in the cyclone can be separated from the cyclone due to the centrifugal phenomenon, and part of the dust collides with the side wall of the recess 210 and then falls to the bottom wall of the recess 210, so that the dust stops at the bottom wall of the recess 210, and the possibility of dust particles entering a fan is effectively reduced.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first annular sidewall 110 is vertically disposed and the sidewall of the recess 210 is vertically disposed.
Referring to fig. 1, specifically, the sidewalls of the first annular sidewall 110 and the recess 210 may be designed to be vertical from top to bottom, and the vertical length of the first annular sidewall 110 is less from the bottom of the recess 210, at this time, the height difference formed between the second flat plate and the lower end surface of the first annular sidewall 110 will be larger, and thus the length of the air gap formed between the first annular sidewall 110 and the sidewall of the recess 210 is also longer. Similarly, when wind containing dust blows towards the centrifugal filter device, the plurality of air deflectors 220 generate cyclone, the cyclone continuously rotates in the air passing gap to generate a centrifugal phenomenon, the longer air passing gap enables the cyclone to rotate in the air passing gap for a longer time to generate a longer centrifugal phenomenon, and more dust is separated from the wind by the centrifugal phenomenon and collides with the first annular side wall 110 to fall. Through the vertical setting first annular lateral wall 110 and the lateral wall of depressed part 210 can let the difference in height increase between the lower terminal surface of second flat plate and first annular lateral wall 110, let the dust can last centrifugal motion for a longer time in hollow channel, and then more dust centrifugation drops and then is collected, the efficiency of the centrifugal collection dust of improvement.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first annular sidewall 110 is vertically disposed, and the sidewall of the recess 210 is shrunk in a direction toward the bottom wall to form a shrink-type inner cavity.
Referring to fig. 2, specifically, the sidewall of the recess 210 is designed to be contracted toward the bottom wall to form an arc-shaped curved sidewall, and the first annular sidewall 110 is designed to be vertical from top to bottom and collides with the sidewall of the recess 210 to fall off when the dust generates a centrifugal phenomenon, and the arc-shaped sidewall is designed to allow the dust to fall off to the bottom wall of the recess 210 along the curved direction of the sidewall of the recess 210 when the dust falls off, so that more dust is concentrated on the bottom wall of the recess 210, and the dust is collected more effectively. In another embodiment of the invention, the side wall of the recess is tapered in a direction toward the bottom wall to form an inner cavity of an inclined shape.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the bottom wall of the recessed portion 210 of the second annular sidewall 120 is provided with a first conical body 300 facing a second direction, the second direction is a vertical upward direction, and the bottom wall of the recessed portion 210 of the second annular sidewall 120 horizontally extends to form two extending portions fixedly connected with the first conical body 300 of the second annular sidewall 120; wherein the cross-sectional area of the first conical body 300 of the second annular sidewall 120 in the second direction decreases gradually towards the second annular sidewall 120, and the first conical body 300 of the second annular sidewall 120 protrudes into the first annular sidewall 110 of the second annular sidewall 120; the second annular sidewall 120 second direction is opposite the second annular sidewall 120 first direction.
Referring to fig. 1, in particular, the bottom wall of the recess 210 of the second annular side wall 120 is provided with a first taper 300 toward a second direction, the first direction and the second direction being opposite, the second direction being vertically upward. The shape of the first conical body 300 is similar to the shape of a conical body, the surface of the first conical body 300 is smooth, one end of the first conical body 300 with a large area is the end close to the bottom wall of the recess 210, the first conical body 300 is vertically arranged and coaxial with the first annular side wall 110, the left end and the right end of the bottom wall of the recess 210 extend inwards to form two horizontal plates respectively, and the horizontal plates are connected with the first annular side wall 110 to fix the first conical body 300. When the wind containing dust swirls through the wind deflector 220, some dust is centrifugally dropped and collected through the hollow channel, but some dust is not completely collected, and the wind containing dust enters the bottom wall of the recess 210 through the air gap, and flows from the bottom wall of the recess 210 to the top of the first annular sidewall 110. The first cone 300 is vertically arranged on the top of the first annular sidewall 110, and collides with the first cone 300 when the wind containing dust flows to the top of the first annular sidewall 110, because the first cone 300 has a cone shape, the upper and lower ends are inclined and the surface of the cone surface is smooth; moreover, the end of the first conical body 300 with a large area is close to the top end of the first annular sidewall 110, and the end with a large area is closer to the first annular sidewall 110, so that more dust is blocked from leaving the centrifugal filter device from the opening of the first annular sidewall 110. The dust falling from the first cone 300 contacting the first cone 300 falls to the bottom, so that the dust falls and concentrates in a specific area, thereby improving the efficiency of collecting and cleaning.
