In this manner, a seal is formed between the base plate 221 and the bottom cover 224 to prevent water from entering between the base plate 221 and the bottom cover 224 when the agitator disc module is cleaned.
The locking member 225 is engaged with the sleeve 226 by a screw or a snap fit. Therefore, the assembly is more convenient and reliable. In the illustrated embodiment, the retaining member 225 is externally threaded and the sleeve 226 is internally threaded. The above are only some examples and are not limited to the above examples.
In the illustrated embodiment, the slurry discharge valve assembly 223 is fixed to the bottom plate 221, a first sealing ring 231 is disposed between the slurry discharge valve assembly 223 and the bottom plate 221, and a second sealing ring 232 is disposed between the slurry discharge valve assembly 223 and the bottom cover 224. Thus, by providing the first sealing ring 231 and the second sealing ring 232, water is prevented from entering between the slurry discharge valve assembly 223 and the bottom plate 221 and the bottom cover 224 when the agitator head module is cleaned.
Specifically, the slurry discharge valve assembly 223 comprises a slurry discharge valve 2231, a slurry discharge valve cover 2232 and a sealing structure 2233, wherein the slurry discharge valve 2231 is rotatably disposed in the slurry discharge valve cover 2232, the sealing structure 2233 forms a seal between the slurry discharge valve 2232 and the slurry discharge valve 2231, and the slurry discharge valve cover 2232 is provided with a slurry outlet passing through the bottom cover 224. Therefore, the slurry discharge can be realized by rotating the slurry discharge valve 2231, and the operation is convenient. In this embodiment, the slurry discharge valve 2231 is connected to a valve motor, and the valve motor is used for driving the slurry discharge valve 2231 to rotate. In one embodiment, the control circuit board 16 can control the discharge valve 2231 to automatically open to start discharging slurry when the blending cup assembly 20 is finished. The rotating shaft of the slurry discharge valve 2231 extends from the side wall of the bottom cover 224, and the rotating shaft and the side wall of the bottom cover 224 form a seal through a slurry discharge valve sealing ring 2238.
In the illustrated embodiment, the food processor 100 further includes a water tank assembly 50 assembled to the main body 10, wherein the water tank assembly 50 pumps water to the blender cup 21. In this manner, by providing the water tank unit 50, water can be automatically added into the mixing cup 21.
In the illustrated embodiment, the agitator head module further includes a water inlet valve assembly 24, the water inlet valve assembly 24 is fixed to the chassis 221, the chassis 221 and the bottom cover 224 are respectively provided with water inlet holes corresponding to the water inlet valve assembly 24, and water in the water tank assembly 50 enters the agitator cup 21 through the water inlet valve assembly 24. Thus, by disposing the water inlet valve assembly 24 on the bottom plate 221, the stirring cup assembly 20 is compact in overall structure, and the water inlet valve assembly 24 is more convenient to assemble.
In this embodiment, the stirring cup 21 includes a cup body 211 and a cup base 212, the cup body 211 and the cup base 212 are connected by a screw thread, and the material of the cup body 211 is any one of the following: metal, plastic, glass. Thus, the stirring cup 21 has a simple structure and is convenient to assemble. In other embodiments, the cup 211 and the cup holder 212 may be connected by a snap or other means. The above are only some examples and are not limited to the above examples.
The inlet valve assembly 24 includes an inlet valve 241 and a valve cover 242, the inlet valve 241 is disposed in the valve cover 242, the valve cover 242 is fixed to the bottom plate 221, the inlet valve 241 is defined between the bottom plate 221 and the valve cover 242, and the valve cover 242 is provided with an inlet through the bottom cover 224. Thus, the inlet valve assembly 24 is simple in construction and convenient to assemble. In the illustrated embodiment, the valve cover 242 is secured to the chassis 221 by fasteners. The water inlet of the valve cover 242 is connected with the water tank assembly 50 through a water pipe.
A valve cover sealing ring 243 is arranged between the valve cover 242 and the bottom cover 224. In this way, the valve cover sealing ring 243 seals between the valve cover 242 and the bottom cover 224, thereby preventing water from entering between the valve cover 242 and the bottom cover 224 when the agitator disc module is cleaned.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in this embodiment, the mixing cup 21 is installed with a water inlet valve assembly 24, and the mixing cup 21 is provided with a water inlet hole corresponding to the water inlet valve assembly 24. Thus, by arranging the water inlet valve assembly 24 in the stirring cup 21, when the knife assembly 222 stirs the food material and the slurry, the food material and the slurry can be prevented from generating large impact on the water inlet valve assembly 24, so that the water inlet valve assembly 24 has stable performance.
In the illustrated embodiment, the fill valve assembly 24 includes a fill valve 241 and a valve cover 242, the fill valve 241 being disposed within the valve cover 242, the valve cover 242 including a conduit 2421 through which water from the tank assembly 50 flows. The pipe 2421 is connected to the water tank assembly 50 through a water pipe. In this manner, water within the tank assembly 50 can be delivered by the pump into the blender cup 21 via the conduit 2421 and the inlet valve 241.
In the illustrated embodiment, the water inlet valve assembly 24 further includes a decorative cover 248, the decorative cover 248 being secured to the blender cup 21, the water inlet valve 241 and valve cover 242 being defined by the blender cup 21 and the decorative cover 248. In this manner, the water inlet valve 241 and the valve cover 242 are shielded by the decorative cover 248, so that the blending cup assembly 20 has a more attractive appearance, and the water inlet valve 241 and the valve cover 242 are limited by the decorative cover 248, so that the assembly is simpler.
In the above embodiment, the stirring cup 21 includes a cup body 211 and a cup base 212, a fixing ring 214 is fixed at the bottom of the cup body 211, the cup base 212 and the fixing ring 214 are connected through a threaded structure, and the cup body 211 is made of metal. Since the cup body 211 is made of metal, the inlet valve assembly 24 can be more conveniently mounted to the cup body 211.
In this embodiment, the fixing ring 214 is fixed to the bottom of the cup body 211 by riveting, welding, or the like. When assembling the inlet valve assembly 24, a plurality of assembling members 244 are welded to the cup body 211, then the decorative cover 248 is fixed to the assembling members 244 by fasteners, and the inlet valve 241 and the valve cover 242 are clamped and fixed by the decorative cover 248 being matched with the cup body 211.
The agitator cutter head module includes a heating element disposed on the base plate 221. Therefore, the stirring cutter head module has a heating function and can heat food materials in the stirring cup 21.

Claims (21)

1. A food processor, its characterized in that, it includes:
the host (10) comprises a shell (11) and a control circuit board (16) arranged on the shell (11);
the stirring cup assembly (20) is detachably mounted on the host (10), the stirring cup assembly (20) comprises a stirring cup (21) and a stirring cutter head module, the stirring cutter head module is detachably mounted at the bottom of the stirring cup (21), the stirring cutter head module comprises a chassis (221), a bottom cover (224), a cutter assembly (222) and a slurry discharge valve assembly (223), the chassis (221) and the bottom cover (224) are mounted together in a matched mode, the cutter assembly (222) comprises a cutter shaft (2221) penetrating through the chassis (221) and the bottom cover (224) and a cutter blade (2222) fixed on the cutter shaft (2221), the slurry discharge valve assembly (223) is used for discharging slurry in the stirring cup (21), and slurry outlet holes correspondingly matched with the slurry discharge valve assembly (223) are respectively formed in the chassis (221) and the bottom cover (224); and
the slurry receiving cup (30) is assembled on the main machine (10), and the slurry receiving cup (30) is used for receiving the slurry discharged from the stirring cup (21).
2. The food processor of claim 1, wherein the agitator cutter head module is mounted to the bottom of the agitator cup (21) by a turnbuckle.

The food processor as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mixing cup (21) comprises a cup body (211) and a cup seat (212) arranged at the bottom end of the cup body (211), a first buckling part (2121) is arranged at the inner side of the cup seat (212), and a second buckling part (2241) matched with the first buckling part (2121) is arranged at the outer side of the bottom cover (224).
4. The food processor of claim 3, wherein an annular seal (213) is provided inside the cup holder (212), the seal (213) forming a seal between the chassis (221) and the cup body (211).

The food processor as claimed in claim 4, wherein the sealing member (213) comprises a sealing ring support (2131) and a sealing ring (2132) sleeved on the sealing ring support (2131), and a limit protrusion (2123) which is matched with the sealing ring support (2131) for limiting is arranged on the inner side of the cup seat (212).
6. The food processor of claim 3, wherein the cup holder (212) is provided with at least 3 first engaging portions (2121) at an inner side thereof, and the bottom cover (224) is provided with at least 3 second engaging portions (2241) at an outer side thereof.

The food processor of claim 1, wherein a shaft sleeve (226) is disposed in the middle of the chassis (221), a bearing (227) and an oil seal (228) are disposed between the shaft sleeve (226) and the knife shaft (2221), and the agitator cutter module further comprises a locking member (225) engaged with the bottom cover (224), and the chassis (221) and the bottom cover (224) are fixed together by the locking member (225) engaging and locking with the shaft sleeve (226).
8. The food processor of claim 7, wherein the locking member (225) is provided with a bottom cover sealing ring (2251) sealingly engaging the bottom cover (224).
9. The food processor of claim 7, wherein the chassis (221) and the bottom cover (224) are sealed by a chassis gasket (229).
10. The food processor of claim 7, wherein the locking member (225) is engaged with the sleeve (226) by a screw or a snap fit.
11. The food processor of claim 1, wherein the slurry discharge valve assembly (223) is fixed to the chassis (221), a first sealing ring (231) is arranged between the slurry discharge valve assembly (223) and the chassis (221), and a second sealing ring (232) is arranged between the slurry discharge valve assembly (223) and the bottom cover (224).

The food processor of claim 11, wherein the slurry discharge valve assembly (223) comprises a slurry discharge valve (2231), a slurry discharge valve cover (2232), and a sealing structure (2233), wherein the slurry discharge valve (2231) is rotatably disposed within the slurry discharge valve cover (2232), the sealing structure (2233) forms a seal between the slurry discharge valve cover (2232) and the slurry discharge valve (2231), and wherein the slurry discharge valve cover (2232) is provided with a slurry outlet through the bottom cover (224).
13. The food processor of claim 1, further comprising a water tank assembly (50) assembled to the main machine (10), wherein the agitator head module further comprises a water inlet valve assembly (24), the water inlet valve assembly (24) is fixed to the base plate (221), the base plate (221) and the bottom cover (224) are respectively provided with water inlet holes corresponding to the water inlet valve assembly (24), and water in the water tank assembly (50) enters the agitator cup (21) through the water inlet valve assembly (24).

The food processor of claim 13, wherein the intake valve assembly (24) comprises an intake valve (241) and a valve cover (242), the intake valve (241) is disposed within the valve cover (242), the valve cover (242) is fixed to the chassis (221), the intake valve (241) is defined between the chassis (221) and the valve cover (242), and the valve cover (242) is provided with an intake port through the bottom cover (224).
15. The food processor of claim 14, wherein a valve cover sealing ring (243) is disposed between the valve cover (242) and the bottom cover (224).
16. The food processor of claim 13, wherein the mixing cup (21) comprises a cup body (211) and a cup base (212), the cup body (211) and the cup base (212) are connected through threads, and the cup body (211) is made of any one of the following materials: metal, plastic, glass.
17. The food processor as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a water tank assembly (50) assembled to the main machine (10), wherein the mixing cup (21) is installed with a water inlet valve assembly (24), and the mixing cup (21) is provided with a water inlet hole corresponding to the water inlet valve assembly (24), and water in the water tank assembly (50) enters the mixing cup (21) through the water inlet valve assembly (24).

The food processor of claim 17, wherein the water inlet valve assembly (24) comprises a water inlet valve (241) and a valve cover (242), the water inlet valve (241) is disposed in the valve cover (242), and the valve cover (242) comprises a conduit (2421) for water of the water tank assembly (50) to flow through.
19. The food processor of claim 18, wherein the intake valve assembly (24) further comprises a decorative cover (248), the decorative cover (248) being secured to the blender cup (21), the intake valve (241) and valve cover (242) being defined by the blender cup (21) and decorative cover (248).

The food processor of claim 19, wherein the stirring cup (21) comprises a cup body (211) and a cup holder (212), a fixing ring (214) is fixed at the bottom of the cup body (211), the cup holder (212) and the fixing ring (214) are connected through a threaded structure, and the cup body (211) is made of metal.
21. The food processor of any one of claims 1 to 20, wherein the agitator disc module comprises a heating element disposed on the chassis (221).
