On the other hand, after the retaining sleeve 97 is sleeved on the upper end of the rotary cylinder a1, the position of the rotary cylinder a1 can be limited, the rotary cylinder a1 is prevented from being separated from the space between the upper cylinder 911 and the lower cylinder 912, and a user does not need to additionally support the rotary cylinder a1 and align the rotary cylinder a1 with the lower cylinder 912 in the process of installing the desk board 1 and inserting the stud 11 into the lower cylinder 912, so that the operation is simpler, more convenient and easier to understand.
