The invention discloses a device capable of controlling the intensity of filtered smoke, which comprises: a housing (1) having a cylindrical shape, one end of which is provided with a smoke generating material (2); the other end is used for arranging a filter stick (4); ventilation plates (14) perpendicular to the central shaft are respectively arranged inside two ports of the cylindrical shell (1); a threaded rod (5) is arranged along the axial direction of the two ventilation plates (14); the threaded rod (5) is provided with a plurality of lantern rings (6), and each lantern ring (6) is connected with a fan-shaped filter plate (7). The device capable of controlling the strength of the filtered smoke controls the smoke filtering degree and the smoke inhalation amount by controlling the unfolding degree of the filter plate and the distance between the filter stick and the plastic sheet.

Technical Field

Background

All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-5 and 10, an apparatus for controlling the strength of filtered flue gas, comprising: a housing 1 having a cylindrical shape, one end of which is for disposing an aerosol generating material 2; the other end is used for arranging a filter rod 4; inside the two ports of the cylindrical casing 1, ventilation plates 14 perpendicular to the central axis are respectively installed, as shown in fig. 9; a threaded rod 5 is arranged along the axial direction of the two ventilation plates 14; a plurality of lantern rings 6 are arranged on the threaded rod 5, and each lantern ring 6 is connected with a fan-shaped filter plate 7; collar 6 may rotate along threaded rod 5. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, a clamping block 15 is arranged on one side of the front surface of each filter plate 7, and limiting blocks 16 are arranged on two sides of the back surface of each filter plate 7. As shown in fig. 10, a spiral guide groove 8 is formed in the casing 1, an adjusting ring 9 is arranged outside the guide groove 8, and the adjusting ring 9 is connected with the forefront filter plate 7 through a transmission rod 17. As shown in fig. 4-5, a plurality of fan-shaped plastic sheets 10 which have the same shape and elasticity are arranged between the filter rod 4 and the ventilation plate 14, and the edges of all plastic sheets 10 are fixed on the inner wall of the cylinder of the shell 1 and are arranged on the same plane vertical to the central axis to form a wafer; the center of the wafer formed by all the plastic sheets 10 is provided with a vent hole 11. As shown in fig. 8, the plastic sheets 10 are four, and the central angle of each plastic sheet 10 is 90 °.
As shown in fig. 1, 3-5, the filter rod 4 is arranged on a screw cap 3, and the screw cap 3 is connected with the cylindrical shell 1 through threads. The inner wall of the spiral cover 3 is provided with an internal thread 13; the outer wall of the shell 1 is provided with external threads 12; the internal thread 13 and the external thread 12 are matched.
The working principle of the device capable of controlling the strength of filtered smoke is as follows: the smoke generating material 2 such as tobacco shreds are ignited, the adjusting ring 9 is rotated along the guide groove 8, the adjusting ring 9 drives the forefront filter plate 7 to be unfolded through the transmission rod 17, and as the clamping blocks 15 are arranged on one side of the front surface of the filter plate 7, the limiting blocks 16 are arranged on two sides of the back surface of the filter plate 7, and the forefront filter plate drives the adjacent filter plate 7 to be unfolded; the filter plate 7 is partially or completely unfolded by continuing to rotate the adjusting ring 9 to form sectors with different central angles of 60 degrees, 120 degrees, 180 degrees or 240 degrees so as to block the inner cavity of the shell; the smoke generated by burning the front-end smoke generating material 2 can be partially transmitted to achieve different degrees of filtering effects, thereby achieving the purpose of controllable intensity of the filtered smoke.
At the same time, by rotating the screw cap 3 to different positions, the degree of deformation of the plastic sheet 10 is made different, thereby changing the amount of smoke entering the filter rod 4. When the spiral cover 3 rotates tightly, the front end of the filter rod 4 props against the plastic sheet 10, when smoke leaves the rear ventilation plate 14, the smoke is blocked by the plastic sheet 10, passes through the ventilation holes 11 in the centers of the four plastic sheets 10 and enters the filter rod 4, and the front end of the filter rod 4 is tightly attached to the plastic sheet 10, so that the deformation of the plastic sheet 10 is limited, the top end of the plastic sheet 10 can be blocked by the filter 4 during smoking, the ventilation holes 11 deform less, the number of the smoke coming from the filter is less, and the smoke sucked by a smoker is less; as shown in fig. 3. When the smoke inhalation amount of the smoker needs to be increased, the spiral cover 3 is rotated and moved backwards, and when the spiral cover 3 is moved backwards, the filter stick 4 is driven to move backwards simultaneously, so that a certain distance is generated between the filter stick 4 and the plastic sheet 10, at the moment, the plastic sheet 10 is deformed by the pressure of smoke, the centers of the plastic sheets 10 are close to the filter stick 4, the ventilation holes 11 in the centers of the four plastic sheets 10 are enlarged, the smoke can smoothly enter the filter stick 4, and the smoke inhalation amount of the smoker is increased. Therefore, the deformation degree of the plastic sheet 10 can be different by rotating the rotary cover 3 to different positions, so that the size of the ventilation holes 11 is different, and different smoke inhalation amounts can be obtained according to different preferences of different people.

a housing (1) having a cylindrical shape, one end of which is provided with a smoke generating material (2); the other end is used for arranging a filter stick (4);
ventilation plates (14) perpendicular to the central shaft are respectively arranged inside two ports of the cylindrical shell (1); a threaded rod (5) is arranged along the axial direction of the two ventilation plates (14); the threaded rod (5) is provided with a plurality of lantern rings (6), and each lantern ring (6) is connected with a fan-shaped filter plate (7);
a plurality of fan-shaped plastic sheets (10) which have the same shape and elasticity are also arranged between the filter stick (4) and the ventilation plate (14), and the edges of all the plastic sheets (10) are fixed on the inner wall of the cylinder of the shell (1) and are arranged on the same plane vertical to the central axis to form a circular sheet; the center of the wafer formed by all the plastic sheets (10) is provided with an air hole (11).
