the drinking water mixing device (6) comprises: the water mixing box (601), the partition plate (6011), the mixing stirring frame (602) and the linkage gear (603), wherein the water mixing box (601) is fixedly connected to the side face of the running sliding frame (101); the drinking water mixing box (601) is rotatably connected with a mixing and stirring frame (602); three rows of stirring teeth are arranged on the mixing stirring frame (602); a linkage gear (603) is fixedly connected with the shaft end of the side surface of the mixing stirring frame (602); the linkage gear (603) is meshed and sleeved in the running gear meshing belt (105);
the linkage closing device (7) comprises: a closing door (701) and a turning gear (702), wherein the closing door (701) is rotatably connected to the drinking water mixing tank (601) through a shaft; the end of the side shaft of the closed door (701) is fixedly connected with a turnover gear (702);
