For example, in one embodiment of the embodiment, one technical feature is recited: when the conference room operating device is started, a conference device group in the local area network is detected through a preset port, and in another implementation manner of the embodiment, another technical feature is recorded: as the conference room operating device of the slave device sends out the information of the corresponding conference device group through the preset port, after reading the description of the present application, it should be understood that an implementation having these two features at the same time is also an optional implementation, that is, in the specific implementation process, the conference room operating device may obtain the information of the conference device group from the master device when being started, and may also obtain the information of the conference device group from the slave device.
The following examples are described in detail.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for synchronizing states of conference room devices according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method for synchronizing states of conference room devices is used for a conference room device, and as shown in the figure, the method for synchronizing states of conference room devices includes:
step S110: receiving an equipment group operation instruction through conference room operation equipment, and confirming the association relation between the conference room operation equipment and a conference equipment group according to the equipment group operation instruction, wherein each conference room operation equipment corresponds to a conference room, and the conference equipment group comprises a main equipment.
The conference room in the scheme is not limited to a conference room special for business or government affairs conference, and a multifunctional hall in which a teaching place is located, a conventional classroom in which digitization is implemented, a multimedia classroom and the like can be regarded as an arrangement form of the conference room in the scheme. In these types of conference rooms, a general use state is that one or a few lecturers combine the interactive tablet display information set in front of the conference room to output information in a language mode, and in addition, a plurality of information receivers receive the interactive tablet display information and the language output information on the scene of the conference room or at the far end.
The interactive panel may be an integrated device that controls content displayed on the display panel and implements human-computer interaction operations through a touch technology, and integrates one or more functions of a projector, an electronic whiteboard, a curtain, a sound, a television, a video conference terminal, and the like.
Generally, as shown in FIG. 2, the interactive tablet 10 includes at least one display screen 11. For example, the interactive tablet 10 is configured with a display screen 11 having a touch function, and the display screen 11 may be a capacitive screen, a resistive screen, or an electromagnetic screen. In this embodiment, further, the user may perform a touch operation by touching the display screen with a finger or a stylus, and accordingly, the interactive tablet 10 detects a touch position and responds according to the touch position to perform a touch function. Typically, the interactive tablet 10 is installed with at least one operating system, wherein the operating system includes, but is not limited to, an android system, a Linux system, and a Windows system. Further, the interactive tablet 10 may install at least one application having a writing function. The application program may be an application program carried by an operating system, and an application program downloaded from a third-party device or a server is also installed. Optionally, the application program has other editing functions besides the writing function, such as inserting a form, inserting a picture, drawing a form, drawing a figure, and the like, so as to implement user information input and real-time display of input content in the information display process.
The scheme is not the optimization of the interaction scheme of the conference room operation equipment in the user conference process, and the scheme in each embodiment serves the equipment management process except the specific use process. That is, any conference room operating device performs reservation management on the conference room where the conference room operating device in the conference device group is located.
The conference room operating device refers to an electronic terminal device arranged in a conference room for realizing digital use and digital management, and generally, each existing digital conference room is generally equipped with at least one human-computer interaction device for displaying information in a specific conference process, namely, the aforementioned interaction tablet. In addition, the conference room with richer configuration is provided with at least one conference room management device for intelligently managing and presenting information to the conference room, and the conference room management device is defined as a doorplate flat plate according to the setting position of the conference room management device in the scheme. The doorplate flat plate is a terminal device installed at the doorway of a conference room, and the whole hardware architecture of the doorplate flat plate is similar to that of an interactive flat plate, and the differences mainly lie in physical parameters and performance indexes. The doorplate flat plate is mainly used for displaying meeting information of a corresponding meeting room, such as meeting subjects, meeting departments, meeting start and stop time and the like. During specific display, the doorplate flat plate mainly displays the conference information of the current conference and secondarily displays the conference information of the subsequent conference; or alternately displaying the conference information of the current conference and the conference information of the subsequent conference.
When the grouping of the conference room operation equipment is specifically carried out, more conference room-based grouping is carried out, so that the interactive flat plate and the doorplate flat plate corresponding to the same conference room are added into the same conference equipment group, and the specific adding mode can be default adding, namely, the doorplate flat plate and the doorplate flat plate can directly add into the conference equipment group when detecting that the interactive flat plate or the doorplate flat plate in the same conference room is added into a certain conference equipment group.
In addition, the interactive flat plate and the doorplate flat plate corresponding to the same meeting room can be added into different meeting equipment groups according to user definition. For interactive flat plates and doorplate flat plates which are added into different conference equipment groups, the conference room management can be realized in different conference room equipment groups in the same conference room, and when the main equipment of one conference room equipment group is offline and cannot complete the related data management function, the management of the conference room can be realized through the other conference room equipment group. Correspondingly, if the mode of respectively adding different conference equipment groups is adopted, the synchronous process of conference reservation data is needed between the interactive flat plate and the doorplate flat plate corresponding to the same conference room, so that the situation that the conference reservations of different conference equipment groups in the same conference room conflict with each other is avoided.
For the setting of the main device, it is considered that the interactive tablet in the conference room may be powered off when not in use, so that the data service cannot be provided, but the doorplate tablet is generally in a powered-on state, so that the main device is generally the doorplate tablet to ensure that the main device is normally online, thereby realizing the full-time data service for the group management of the conference devices.
Of course, when a conference device group is actually set up, all conference room operating devices in one local area network may also be added to the same conference device group.
In a specific implementation of the present embodiment, the association relationship between the conference room operating device and the conference device group in step S110 may be further implemented through step S111 to step S115:
step S111: when the conference room operation equipment is started, a conference equipment group in a local area network is detected through a preset port.
When the conference room operating device is started, all the IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in the lan are acquired through an ARP (Address Resolution Protocol), and all the IPs are traversed. And in the traversing process, accessing a preset port of the IP, detecting whether a service with synchronous conference room equipment state exists, and recording the service and the corresponding IP into a local service list if the service exists. Of course, in order to ensure the recorded service accuracy, the service state is periodically detected, and if the service state of the operation equipment in a certain conference room is changed, the service state is updated in time. Through the service of the conference room equipment state synchronization opened by the preset port, each conference room operation equipment can realize the display of the service state of the conference room operation equipment recorded in the service list and can perform corresponding control. In the scheme, in order to ensure the orderly management of the devices, the conference room operating devices in the whole local area network are managed in groups in a conference device group mode, and the specific grouping is also realized through the related services of the preset port detection. That is to say, through the preset port, not only can the acquisition of the service state of the conference room operating device and the service control of the conference room operating device be realized, but also the relevant conference device group information can be correspondingly obtained.
In order to reduce unnecessary detection and grouping and improve the smoothness of daily use of equipment, detection of a conference equipment group is generally performed only in the debugging or initialization process after installation of conference room operating equipment is completed. In addition, when the conference device group needs to be allocated again, the detection of the conference device group can be triggered through operation, and the conference device group is added, quitted or kept on the basis of the detection result.
Step S112: and if the conference equipment group is detected, displaying a first instruction window to receive the equipment group operation instruction, wherein the first instruction window displays a group joining control, a group newly-built control and a group canceling control.
Step S113: and if the conference equipment group is not detected, displaying a second instruction window to receive the equipment group operation instruction, wherein the second instruction window displays a group new control and a group cancel control.
There may be two kinds of results for the detection of the conference device group, the first is that the existing conference device group is detected, and the group joining control, the group new control and the group canceling control can be correspondingly displayed in the first instruction window to receive the specific device group operation instruction for confirming joining a certain conference device group, creating a conference device group or not joining the conference device group; the second is that there is no conference device group currently, that is, no conference device group can be detected, for the conference room operating device, only the group new control and the group cancel control need to be displayed in the second instruction window, so as to receive the specific device group operating instruction for confirming that a conference device group is created or not added.
When receiving the device group operation instruction is specifically implemented, the control corresponding to each device group operation instruction may have different implementation manners. Reference may further be made to fig. 2 and 3, where fig. 2 and 3 are schematic diagrams of an interface of a conference room operating device as an interactive tablet 10, where a display screen 11 shows a situation with or without a group of conference devices, respectively. Specifically, fig. 2 shows a case where a conference device group currently exists, where there may be a group join control and a group new control that are obviously displayed, and when the window is closed, the default is to trigger a group cancel control, and the conference room operating device does not join any conference device group. Fig. 3 shows a case where there is no conference device group currently, where only a new control may be created for a group, and similarly, closing the window is defaulted to trigger a group cancellation control, and the conference room operating device does not add any conference device group. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an interface of a conference room operating device as a doorplate panel 20, wherein a display screen 21 shows a case where a conference device group is detected, and an interface where the conference device group is not detected is similar to the case of fig. 3 and is not separately shown.
Step S114: and confirming the corresponding equipment group operation instruction according to the triggering states of the group adding control, the group newly-built control and the group canceling control, and correspondingly adding the conference room operation equipment into a conference equipment group of the existing conference as slave equipment, newly building a conference equipment group as main equipment or not adding the conference equipment group.
And generating a specific equipment group operation instruction correspondingly when each control is triggered, and operating the conference equipment group correspondingly, namely adding an existing conference equipment group, newly building a conference equipment group or not adding the conference equipment group, wherein the establishing modes of the association relations are different, and the positioning of the conference room operation equipment in the conference equipment group is different. If the conference room operation equipment is associated to a certain conference equipment group in a mode of establishing the conference equipment group, the conference room operation equipment is used as main equipment in the conference equipment group and undertakes synchronous information storage of the whole conference equipment group; if the conference room operation equipment is associated to a certain conference equipment group in a mode of joining the conference equipment group, the conference room operation equipment is used as slave equipment in the conference equipment group and does not play a role in synchronizing information of other conference room operation equipment in the conference equipment group. Of course, if the conference room operating device does not join any group of conference devices, it is not associated with any group of conference devices.
Step S115: the conference room operating device as the main device sends out the information of the corresponding conference device group through a preset port.
The related information of the conference equipment group in the local area network can be sent through the main equipment, so that the existing conference equipment group can be detected when conference room operation equipment needs to join the conference equipment group or change the conference equipment group.
For meeting room operation devices specifically joined to an existing meeting device group, the method may specifically further include:
step S116: and the conference room operation equipment serving as the slave equipment sends out the information of the corresponding conference equipment group through a preset port.
In addition to the information of the conference device group detected by the other conference room operating devices through the preset port by the master device, in order to ensure that all the conference device groups can be detected at any time, the information can also be detected by the slave device through the preset port by the other conference room operating devices. The specific information transmission method is the same as that of the master device.
Step S120: and receiving a conference reservation instruction through the conference room operation equipment, and reserving at least one conference room associated with the conference equipment group where the conference room operation equipment is located according to the conference reservation instruction.
On the basis of the conference equipment group, any conference room related to the conference equipment group can be reserved through any conference room operation equipment in the conference equipment group. For a specific operation process, when a user has a reservation requirement, entering a reservation interface through any conference room operation device, displaying a conference room list associated with a conference device group where the conference room operation device is located on the reservation interface, selecting one conference room from the conference room list by the user, confirming conference reservation time, inputting corresponding conference information, sending the reservation related information to the conference room operation device corresponding to the related conference room, and starting to display the conference reservation information at a set time before a conference starts. The specific conference reservation operation and reservation related content is similar to existing stand-alone server based conference room reservation operations.
Step S130: and updating the reservation record of the conference room associated with the same conference device group to the main device in the conference device group.
Based on the reservation management of the main device in the conference device group structure to the whole conference device group, the conference room operation device bears the reservation related server function in the conference device group, and the whole server almost does not need user operation for the deployment of the reservation management function, thereby reducing the deployment cost of an independent server and simplifying the conference management operation. On the whole, the equipment management personnel only need to set the equipment name of the conference room operation equipment corresponding to the conference room where the equipment is located, so that a user can confirm the corresponding relation between the equipment and the conference room when making a conference reservation, but the operation also needs to be set in the existing scheme, namely under the condition that partial repeated operation is reduced and other operations are not added, according to the working characteristics of the conference room operation equipment, the basic data processing capacity of the conference room operation equipment is utilized, the reservation management deployment of the conference room operation equipment is realized with low cost and simplicity, especially for a small number of conference room operation equipment, the data processing quantity related to the reservation is very small, the reservation management can be realized by using the conference room operation equipment, and the negative influence on the normal operation of the conference room operation equipment can not be brought.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the present solution further includes:
step S140: and receiving a device setting instruction through the conference room operation device, and setting the running attribute of at least one conference room operation device in the conference device group where the conference room operation device is located according to the device setting instruction.
In addition to meeting room reservation based on the meeting equipment group, the method can further simply set another meeting room operating equipment in the meeting equipment group through one meeting room operating equipment according to services provided by the preset port, and mainly sets some basic attributes in the running process, such as timing startup, timing shutdown, wallpaper setting and the like.
As shown in fig. 5, the operation of reserving a conference and the setting of the running property can be entered through the same interface, where the large panel is the interactive flat panel 10, and the doorplate is the doorplate flat panel, the interface shown in fig. 5 is displayed through the display screen 11 of the interactive flat panel 10, where numbers 201, 202 and the like represent conference rooms available for reservation, a1, a2, … and a5 represent the interactive flat panels 10 corresponding to the respective conference rooms, and B1, B2, … and B5 represent the doorplate corresponding to the respective conference rooms. The selection of the corresponding target can be completed by triggering the corresponding area, and the setting of the reservation or the operation attribute can be completed in the subsequent displayed window.
Receiving an equipment group operation instruction through conference room operation equipment, and determining an association relationship between the conference room operation equipment and a conference equipment group according to the equipment group operation instruction, wherein each conference room operation equipment corresponds to a conference room, and the conference equipment group comprises a main equipment; receiving a conference reservation instruction through the conference room operation equipment, and reserving at least one conference room associated with a conference equipment group where the conference room operation equipment is located according to the conference reservation instruction; and updating the reservation record of the conference room associated with the same conference equipment group to the main equipment in the conference equipment group. The state information of the conference room operation equipment in the local area network is acquired through the preset group detection of the conference room operation equipment, the conference room operation equipment is added into the conference equipment group, the main equipment in the conference equipment group performs state collection and use management on the conference operation equipment in the conference equipment group, the conference operation equipment can be rapidly managed without using an independent server, the management cost is effectively reduced, and the management operation is simplified.
