Description

Health management method and system
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method and system for linking a healthcare module to a management object in an online health management system by means of a computer.
Background
In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of industrialization progress in China, social culture and living habit are changed greatly, and the problems of unreasonable dietary structure, insufficient physical activity and the like are more and more prominent. In fact, lifestyle and environmental factors are the main influencing factors of disease progression, alleviation and even morbidity. Whether chronic diseases or serious malignant diseases, the early prevention can greatly reduce the incidence rate of the diseases, reduce the pain of patients after the patients get the diseases and can effectively relieve the medical pressure. Modern medicine advocates the prevention and treatment, and the national traditional Chinese medicine administration also clearly proposes the medical guiding principle of 'treating disease'.
Health is of paramount importance to everyone. However, people rarely pay attention to their own health when they are not ill. On the one hand, the awareness of health management is lacked, and few people actively manage themselves or urge other people to conduct health management. On the other hand, it is unclear how health management should be performed, and there is a lack of a health management system and a method of health management to manage health. Currently, many people regularly go to a medical institution to conduct physical health checks in order to understand the self physical condition, but only a part of the people can adhere to regular physical examination. Meanwhile, the off-line physical examination also has the problems of limited medical resources, lack of long-term dynamic management tracking and the like. With the promotion of network application and transmission speed, the upgrading of intelligent sensing technology and the perfection of informationized infrastructure of medical institutions, the rapid development of mobile medical treatment and the development of medical health products are generated. However, there are also problems associated with current medical health management products. The existing medical health products only perform simple data acquisition, have single data sources, and cannot establish perfect health files for users. Although data acquisition is performed, real-time feedback and health management advice cannot be provided for the user according to the health files of the user, but businesses such as insurance, physical examination and the like are only blindly added, the data are not utilized, and substantial service is not provided for the user; on the other hand, the health data acquisition is difficult due to poor user experience, and the user is not willing to actively input personal data due to the habit of regular physical examination, so that vicious circle is formed.
In addition, the family doctor system is one of the important contents of the improvement of the deepened medical and health system in China. Although the government of each level strongly promotes, the implementation effect of the family doctor system is not obvious, even residents, doctors and all parties of hospitals represent unwelcome, and the reform process is in trouble.

A health management method comprising the steps of: allowing access to an online database; entering basic information of one or more personnel; the basic information at least comprises the date of birth or the age of the person; the first health management module automatically matches and loads a conventional health management package of a corresponding age stage according to the birth date or age of the input personnel, wherein the conventional health management package is used for storing conventional health management items of the corresponding age stage.
The conventional health management bag can be divided into an infant conventional health management bag, a child conventional health management bag, a young conventional health management bag, a middle-aged conventional health management module and an elderly conventional health management module according to the age of the personnel. Wherein, for example, the infant health management bag comprises conventional health management units such as feeding, early education, actions, sounding, growth monitoring, physical exercise, vaccination, health care and the like. Similarly, health management packages for young, middle-aged and elderly people are used for conventional health management, and may include blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure, body mass index, urine routine, blood routine, chest CT, etc.; health management packages for young, middle-aged and elderly have partially different health management projects and monitoring period settings are different. The conventional health management items of the first health management module may be increased or decreased as needed.
As shown in fig. 1, the information entry interface includes three elements, personnel information entry, personal medical history entry, and family medical history entry. Wherein the personnel information input unit is used for inputting personnel information, and the personnel information can comprise personnel name, family name, sex, birth date, contact phone and the like. Administrators and members may also be set up in the personnel information entry interface. Personnel information may be managed by adding, modifying, saving and deleting keys.
After entering basic information, entering personal medical history and/or family history, and automatically matching and loading health management items by a second health management module according to the entered personal medical history and/or family medical history; the personal medical history includes, but is not limited to, present medical history, past history, personal history, surgical history, infectious disease history, and drug allergy history. Wherein the personal history includes smoking, drinking, menstruation, fertility, etc.
As shown in fig. 2, the personal medical history recording unit on the information recording interface can record the personal medical history of the member, for example, the personal history of the father includes smoking and drinking, and the disease history includes fatty liver; personal history of the mother included gall stones. Similarly, personnel information may be managed by adding, modifying, saving, and deleting keys.
After information is input, as shown in fig. 3, the system automatically allocates conventional management items corresponding to the age groups of the members to the first health management module, i.e., the conventional health management module in fig. 3, according to the age groups of the members; the health management items are automatically added to the second health management module, i.e., the special health management module of fig. 3, based on personal and/or family medical history.
Specifically, when a family medical history contains a certain disease, or when a personal medical history has a certain disease and the disease has a possibility of recurrence, a health management function unit for the disease is automatically added in a corresponding second health management module; allowing the addition or deletion of health management items in the second health management module according to the current physical condition of the person.
When a certain index detected in the first health management module is close to or exceeds a critical value of a disease judgment standard, a prompt for adding a health management item for the disease in a corresponding second health management module is sent, and after permission is obtained, the health management item is automatically added to the second health management module. For example, the body mass index obtained according to the information such as the height, the weight and the age of the person is compared with the standard value, and if the body mass index exceeds the standard value range, the health manager is prompted to add the body mass management function unit in the corresponding third health management module. For obese people, after being allowed, the weight-losing health management functional unit can be automatically added. The weight-losing health management functional unit comprises a weight data calendar, a weight data curve, a weight-losing plan, a weight-losing action, an effect evaluation, a reminding and other functional units. The fat-reducing plan can be established according to the fat formation process from the aspects of fat intake, digestion, absorption, synthesis and consumption.

For example, the father and mother are simultaneously designated as home manager, the father is responsible for managing the health of the grandpa's milk, and the mother is responsible for managing the physical health of the child.
Alternatively, a home health manager or a family member may retrieve or add health management functional units to the second health management module depending on the current physical condition of the member. For example, an eye health management unit may be added to manage eye and vision health when eye fatigue has recently occurred in a certain member.
The family health manager or family member may also enter personal and family medical histories, including: smoking habits, drinking, allergies, previous illnesses, previous surgeries, vaccinations, injuries, illegal drug use and family medical history, etc. The health management system may automatically recommend functional units for health management based on personal or family medical history. For example, a member that has had insufficient blood supply to the brain, the health management system will automatically recommend a cardiovascular health management unit to the member's second health management module. As another example, the family has a family history of diabetes and the health management system will automatically recommend a diabetes prevention health management unit to the second health management module of the family member. Thereafter, the health management unit will formulate health management plans, including but not limited to diet, exercise, etc. recommendations based on the age, blood glucose of the person.
The health management system also has a simplified data entry function. The health management function units can be integrated to form a unified input interface, so that repeated input of data for many times is avoided. Furthermore, the invention can also automatically set the period of data input according to the characteristics of different health management functional units, the age characteristics of the members and the current physical condition. The home health manager can have authority to modify the period, early warning time, frequency and the like of different health management functional units.
