an output unit: outputting a personalized physical examination item list and sending the personalized physical examination item list to a health manager and corresponding members; a health management history data report of a health management item, member or family is displayed or output.
Preferably, the self-adaptive health management module control unit may further form a family public health management unit according to health management project requirements of family members and respective living habits, and at least manage aspects of the family including living habits, diet or exercise.
Further, the invention also comprises a health knowledge and consultation unit which can be connected to the health management knowledge base and the health management expert base from different health management projects.
The system also has multiple functions. When a certain index detected in the first health management module is close to or exceeds a critical value of a disease judgment standard, a prompt for adding a health management item for the disease in a corresponding second health management module is sent, and after permission is obtained, the health management item is automatically added to the second health management module.
Further, part of the invention integrates a plurality of health management functional units to form a unified input interface, the same data is input once, and each health management item automatically retrieves the required input data; adaptively setting the period of data entry according to the monitoring requirements of different health management projects, the age characteristics of the members or the current physical condition; when the physical examination period arrives, the personalized physical examination item list is automatically output and sent to the health manager and the corresponding member.
The system can also carry out comprehensive scoring on the health indexes of all family members at regular intervals, and a family health average score is formed according to the comprehensive scoring of all families; for families with health scores lower than the average value, early warning is given to the lowest-value member in the family scores, and encouragement is given to families and members with scores higher than the average value of the family health scores.
The system also forms a family public health management unit according to the health management project requirements of family members and respective living habits, and manages a plurality of aspects of living habits, diet, exercise and the like of the family.
The invention has been described above in connection with specific embodiments to aid in understanding the concepts of the invention. The invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, any simple variant according to the inventive concept falling within the scope of protection of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A home health management method, characterized in that: accessing an online database; entering basic information of one or more family personnel; the basic information at least comprises the date of birth or the age of the person; the first health management module automatically matches and loads a conventional health management package of a corresponding age stage according to the birth date or age of the input personnel, wherein the conventional health management package is used for storing conventional health management items of the corresponding age stage;
a personal medical history and/or family medical history is input, and a second health management module automatically matches and loads health management items according to the input personal medical history and/or family medical history;
when a certain index monitored in the first health management module exceeds a critical value of a disease judgment standard, a prompt for adding a health management item for the disease in a corresponding second health management module is sent, and after permission is obtained, the health management item is automatically added to the second health management module;
setting one or more persons as family health managers, and when the number of the family health managers is multiple, respectively assigning family members to different family health managers; the home health manager can receive health management plans, health reminders or early warning information of the home health manager and other home members in the management range.
2. A home health management method according to claim 1, wherein: the conventional health management bag is divided into an infant conventional health management bag, a child conventional health management bag, a young conventional health management bag, a middle-aged conventional health management bag and an old conventional health management bag according to the age stage of the personnel; allowing the conventional health management items loaded by the first health management module to be increased or decreased as needed.

A home health management method according to claim 1, wherein: when a family medical history contains a certain disease, or when a personal medical history has a certain disease and the disease has a possibility of recurrence, a health management function unit for the disease is automatically added in a corresponding second health management module.
4. A home health management method according to claim 3, characterized in that: allowing the addition or deletion of health management items in the second health management module according to the current physical condition of the person.
5. A home health management method according to claim 1, wherein: the personal medical history includes, but is not limited to, present medical history, past history, personal history, surgical history, infectious disease history, and drug allergy history.

A home health management method according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that: integrating a plurality of health management functional units to form a unified input interface, inputting the same data only once, and automatically calling the required input data for each health management item; adaptively setting the period of data entry according to the monitoring requirements of different health management projects, the age characteristics of the members or the current physical condition; when the physical examination period arrives, the personalized physical examination item list is automatically output and sent to the health manager and the corresponding member.
7. A home health management method according to claim 6, wherein: the health indexes of all family members are scored comprehensively at regular intervals, and a family health average score is formed according to the comprehensive scores of all families; for families with health scores lower than the average value, early warning is given to the lowest-value member in the family scores, and encouragement is given to families and members with scores higher than the average value of the family health scores.
8. A home health management method according to claim 7, wherein: according to the requirements of health management projects of family members and respective living habits, a family public health management unit is formed, and at least a plurality of aspects of living habits, diet or exercise of the family are managed.
9. A home health management system connected to a remote server, comprising at least:
and an input unit: basic information for entering one or more persons, including at least date of birth or age, and personal and/or family history information;
a manager setting unit: setting one or more persons from the recorded multiple persons as a family health manager, wherein the family health manager can receive health management plans and health promotion or early warning information of the family health manager and other family members in a management range; when the home health manager is plural, the home members are allowed to be respectively assigned to different home health managers;
the self-adaptive health management module control unit: according to the age stage of the personnel in the basic information input by the input unit, adaptively adding and matching conventional health management items to a first health management module; automatically matching and loading health management items to a second health management module according to the personal medical history and/or the family medical history entered; according to the requirements of health management projects of family members and respective living habits, a family public health management unit is formed, and at least a plurality of aspects including living habits, diet or exercise of the family are managed;
when a certain index monitored in the first health management module exceeds a critical value of a disease judgment standard, a prompt for adding a health management item for the disease in a corresponding second health management module is sent, and after permission is obtained, the health management item is automatically added to the second health management module;
a reminding or warning unit: sending a health management plan and health reminding or early warning information;
an output unit: outputting a personalized physical examination item list and sending the personalized physical examination item list to a health manager and corresponding members; a health management history data report of a health management item, member or family is displayed or output.

A home health management system as claimed in claim 9, wherein: when the family medical history contains a certain disease or when the personal medical history has a certain disease and the disease has a possibility of recurrence, automatically adding a health management function unit for the disease in a corresponding second health management module; allowing a health management item to be added or deleted in the second health management module according to the current physical condition of the person; the personal medical history includes, but is not limited to, present medical history, past history, personal history, surgical history, infectious disease history, and drug allergy history.
