4. The traffic restriction device with a prompt system according to claim 1, wherein the intermodulation information comprises at least a site vehicle speed and a headway.
5. The traffic restriction device with the prompt system according to claim 4, wherein the server is configured to adjust the display grooming information of the guidance display device according to the traffic information to groom traffic specifically:
when the speed of the place is greater than or equal to a first speed threshold value and the headway time distance is greater than a first headway time distance threshold value, the server controls the induction display devices on all lanes to display a passing state;
when the speed of the vehicle at the place is smaller than the first speed threshold and larger than or equal to a second speed threshold, and the headway time is larger than or equal to a second headway time threshold, the guidance display devices on N lanes of the server display a passing state, the guidance display devices on the other lanes display a forbidden state, the passing states are switched in a timing cycle mode, the server controls the guidance display devices on all the lanes to display the passing states in a preset time when the cycle is completed every time, wherein N is more than 2 and is not more than N, and N is the total number of the lanes;
when the speed of the place is smaller than the second speed threshold and larger than or equal to a third speed threshold, and the headway is larger than or equal to a third headway threshold, the server controls the guidance display device on one lane to display a passing state, and the guidance display devices on the other lanes display a forbidden state, and the circulation switching is performed at regular time;
when the speed of the place is smaller than the third speed threshold and larger than or equal to a fourth speed threshold, and the headway time is larger than or equal to the fourth headway time threshold, the server controls the induction display device on one lane to display a passing state, the induction display devices on the other lanes to display a forbidden state, the traffic is switched in a timed cycle mode, and the server controls the induction display devices on all the lanes to display the forbidden state in a preset time when each cycle is completed;
when the vehicle speed of the place is smaller than the fourth speed threshold and the headway is larger than or equal to the fifth headway threshold, the server controls the guidance display devices on all lanes to display a forbidden state;
wherein the first speed threshold is greater than the second speed threshold is greater than the third speed threshold is greater than the fourth speed threshold; the first headway threshold value is smaller than the second headway threshold value, the third headway threshold value is smaller than the fourth headway threshold value, and the fifth headway threshold value is smaller than the third headway threshold value.

The traffic restriction device with the prompt system according to claim 1, wherein an information prompt display device is further disposed on the top of the upright, a guidance display device is disposed on a branching and merging road section before the traffic restriction device, the information prompt display device and the guidance display device are both connected to the server, the information prompt display device is configured to display traffic restriction information according to a state of a current traffic restriction bar, and the guidance display device is configured to display branching information according to the state of the current traffic restriction bar.

The traffic restriction device with the prompt system according to claim 6, wherein the non-contact type vehicle traffic information sensor is further configured to detect traffic event information, the server is further connected to a license plate recognition camera and a vehicle information tracking device, the license plate recognition camera is configured to recognize license plate information of a vehicle, the vehicle information tracking device is configured to track a position of the vehicle, and the server is further configured to control the information prompt display device to display the traffic event prompt information according to the traffic event information, the license plate information, and the position of the vehicle.

The traffic restriction device with the prompt system according to claim 7, wherein an acousto-optic warning lamp is further arranged above the traffic restriction bar, the acousto-optic warning lamp is connected with the server, and the server is further used for controlling the acousto-optic warning lamp to be turned on or off according to the traffic event information.

The traffic restriction device with the prompt system according to claim 6, wherein the server is further connected with an environment information acquisition device, and the environment information acquisition device is used for detecting the environment information of the current road section; the server is also used for controlling the information prompt display device to display the environment prompt information according to the current road section environment information.
