Abstract
本发明公开了一种自锁式粉体翻板阀,包括罩壳,所述罩壳上方开有进料口,所述进料口上设有翻板,所述翻板通过翻板支撑板连接翻板阀轴,所述翻板阀轴的两端通过轴承安装于罩壳上,所述翻板阀轴的一端连接翻板轴头套一端,所述翻板轴头套另一端连接三连件一端,所述三连件另外两端分别连接锁板和气缸,所述锁板另一端转动连接固定柱,所述固定柱安装于罩壳上。本装置通过三连件、锁板和翻板轴头套构成自锁结构;翻板打开角度大于90度。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种自锁式粉体翻板阀。
背景技术
翻板阀是作为各类除尘设备的灰斗卸料装置及各种磨机、烘干机、料仓等设备的给卸料装置,防止野风吹入,以重锤、电动、推杆为主要驱动力。但现有的许多的翻板阀的翻板打开角度小于90度,不利于粉尘进入。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自锁式粉体翻板阀,以解决背景技术中提到的问题。为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种自锁式粉体翻板阀,包括罩壳,所述罩壳上方开有进料口,所述进料口上设有翻板,所述翻板通过翻板支撑板连接翻板阀轴,所述翻板阀轴的两端通过轴承安装于罩壳上,所述翻板阀轴的一端连接翻板轴头套一端,所述翻板轴头套另一端连接三连件一端,所述三连件另外两端分别连接锁板和气缸,所述锁板另一端转动连接固定柱,所述固定柱安装于罩壳上。
优选地,所述罩壳一侧开有快开检修口,所述快开检修口一侧铰接有快开检修门,所述快开检修门的另一端设有连接口,所述连接口通过手轮连接锁定杆,所述锁定杆一端通过固定块固定于罩壳上。
优选地,所述罩壳的顶部为弧形结构,所述翻板为弧形结构。
优选地,所述快开检修口和快开检修门之间设有密封条。
优选地,所述气缸的一端通过安装销连接气缸支撑板。
本发明的技术效果和优点:本装置通过三连件、锁板和翻板轴头套构成自锁结构;翻板打开角度大于90度。

实施例1
如图1-图3所示的一种自锁式粉体翻板阀,包括罩壳1,所述罩壳1上方开有进料口,所述进料口上设有翻板2,所述翻板2通过翻板支撑板3连接翻板阀轴4,所述翻板阀轴4的两端通过轴承5安装于罩壳1上,所述翻板阀轴4的一端连接翻板轴头套6一端,所述翻板轴头套6另一端连接三连件7一端,所述三连件7另外两端分别连接锁板8和气缸9,所述锁板8另一端转动连接固定柱10,所述固定柱10安装于罩壳1上。
实施例2
如图1-图3所示的一种自锁式粉体翻板阀,包括罩壳1,所述罩壳1上方开有进料口,所述进料口上设有翻板2,所述翻板2通过翻板支撑板3连接翻板阀轴4,所述翻板阀轴4的两端通过轴承5安装于罩壳1上,所述翻板阀轴4的一端连接翻板轴头套6一端,所述翻板轴头套6另一端连接三连件7一端,所述三连件7另外两端分别连接锁板8和气缸9,所述锁板8另一端转动连接固定柱10,所述固定柱10安装于罩壳1上;
所述罩壳1一侧开有快开检修口,所述快开检修口一侧铰接有快开检修门12,所述快开检修门12的另一端设有连接口13,所述连接口13通过手轮14连接锁定杆15,所述锁定杆15一端通过固定块16固定于罩壳1上;
所述罩壳1的顶部为弧形结构,所述翻板2为弧形结构;
所述快开检修口和快开检修门12之间设有密封条;
所述气缸9的一端通过安装销17连接气缸支撑板18。
本发明工艺流程和工作原理为:将气缸支撑板18安装于指定位置,当该装置不工作时,翻板2覆盖于进料口上,三连件7、锁板8和翻板轴头套6构成自锁结构,当粉状逐渐掉落到罩壳1的顶部,锁板8受到的压力逐渐增大,当大于气缸9的作用力时,翻板2沿翻板阀轴4进行转动,使分体进入到罩壳1内部,当粉状停止进入后,气缸9带动三连件7运动,三连件7带动锁板8和翻板轴头套6运动,使翻板2回到进料口处,连件7、锁板8和翻板轴头套6构成自锁结构再次进入到自锁结构。

1.一种自锁式粉体翻板阀,包括罩壳,其特征在于:所述罩壳上方开有进料口,所述进料口上设有翻板,所述翻板通过翻板支撑板连接翻板阀轴,所述翻板阀轴的两端通过轴承安装于罩壳上,所述翻板阀轴的一端连接翻板轴头套一端,所述翻板轴头套另一端连接三连件一端,所述三连件另外两端分别连接锁板和气缸,所述锁板另一端转动连接固定柱,所述固定柱安装于罩壳上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自锁式粉体翻板阀,其特征在于:所述罩壳一侧开有快开检修口,所述快开检修口一侧铰接有快开检修门,所述快开检修门的另一端设有连接口,所述连接口通过手轮连接锁定杆,所述锁定杆一端通过固定块固定于罩壳上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自锁式粉体翻板阀,其特征在于:所述罩壳的顶部为弧形结构,所述翻板为弧形结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种自锁式粉体翻板阀,其特征在于:所述快开检修口和快开检修门之间设有密封条。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种自锁式粉体翻板阀,其特征在于:所述气缸的一端通过安装销连接气缸支撑板。
