本发明公开了一种自锁式粉体翻板阀，包括罩壳，所述罩壳上方开有进料口，所述进料口上设有翻板，所述翻板通过翻板支撑板连接翻板阀轴，所述翻板阀轴的两端通过轴承安装于罩壳上，所述翻板阀轴的一端连接翻板轴头套一端，所述翻板轴头套另一端连接三连件一端，所述三连件另外两端分别连接锁板和气缸，所述锁板另一端转动连接固定柱，所述固定柱安装于罩壳上。本装置通过三连件、锁板和翻板轴头套构成自锁结构；翻板打开角度大于90度。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域，具体涉及一种自锁式粉体翻板阀。
背景技术
翻板阀是作为各类除尘设备的灰斗卸料装置及各种磨机、烘干机、料仓等设备的给卸料装置，防止野风吹入，以重锤、电动、推杆为主要驱动力。但现有的许多的翻板阀的翻板打开角度小于90度，不利于粉尘进入。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自锁式粉体翻板阀，以解决背景技术中提到的问题。为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种自锁式粉体翻板阀，包括罩壳，所述罩壳上方开有进料口，所述进料口上设有翻板，所述翻板通过翻板支撑板连接翻板阀轴，所述翻板阀轴的两端通过轴承安装于罩壳上，所述翻板阀轴的一端连接翻板轴头套一端，所述翻板轴头套另一端连接三连件一端，所述三连件另外两端分别连接锁板和气缸，所述锁板另一端转动连接固定柱，所述固定柱安装于罩壳上。
优选地，所述罩壳一侧开有快开检修口，所述快开检修口一侧铰接有快开检修门，所述快开检修门的另一端设有连接口，所述连接口通过手轮连接锁定杆，所述锁定杆一端通过固定块固定于罩壳上。
优选地，所述罩壳的顶部为弧形结构，所述翻板为弧形结构。
优选地，所述快开检修口和快开检修门之间设有密封条。
优选地，所述气缸的一端通过安装销连接气缸支撑板。
本发明的技术效果和优点：本装置通过三连件、锁板和翻板轴头套构成自锁结构；翻板打开角度大于90度。

如图1-图3所示的一种自锁式粉体翻板阀，包括罩壳1，所述罩壳1上方开有进料口，所述进料口上设有翻板2，所述翻板2通过翻板支撑板3连接翻板阀轴4，所述翻板阀轴4的两端通过轴承5安装于罩壳1上，所述翻板阀轴4的一端连接翻板轴头套6一端，所述翻板轴头套6另一端连接三连件7一端，所述三连件7另外两端分别连接锁板8和气缸9，所述锁板8另一端转动连接固定柱10，所述固定柱10安装于罩壳1上。
实施例2
如图1-图3所示的一种自锁式粉体翻板阀，包括罩壳1，所述罩壳1上方开有进料口，所述进料口上设有翻板2，所述翻板2通过翻板支撑板3连接翻板阀轴4，所述翻板阀轴4的两端通过轴承5安装于罩壳1上，所述翻板阀轴4的一端连接翻板轴头套6一端，所述翻板轴头套6另一端连接三连件7一端，所述三连件7另外两端分别连接锁板8和气缸9，所述锁板8另一端转动连接固定柱10，所述固定柱10安装于罩壳1上；
所述罩壳1一侧开有快开检修口，所述快开检修口一侧铰接有快开检修门12，所述快开检修门12的另一端设有连接口13，所述连接口13通过手轮14连接锁定杆15，所述锁定杆15一端通过固定块16固定于罩壳1上；
所述罩壳1的顶部为弧形结构，所述翻板2为弧形结构；
所述快开检修口和快开检修门12之间设有密封条；
所述气缸9的一端通过安装销17连接气缸支撑板18。
本发明工艺流程和工作原理为：将气缸支撑板18安装于指定位置，当该装置不工作时，翻板2覆盖于进料口上，三连件7、锁板8和翻板轴头套6构成自锁结构，当粉状逐渐掉落到罩壳1的顶部，锁板8受到的压力逐渐增大，当大于气缸9的作用力时，翻板2沿翻板阀轴4进行转动，使分体进入到罩壳1内部，当粉状停止进入后，气缸9带动三连件7运动，三连件7带动锁板8和翻板轴头套6运动，使翻板2回到进料口处，连件7、锁板8和翻板轴头套6构成自锁结构再次进入到自锁结构。

1.一种自锁式粉体翻板阀，包括罩壳，其特征在于：所述罩壳上方开有进料口，所述进料口上设有翻板，所述翻板通过翻板支撑板连接翻板阀轴，所述翻板阀轴的两端通过轴承安装于罩壳上，所述翻板阀轴的一端连接翻板轴头套一端，所述翻板轴头套另一端连接三连件一端，所述三连件另外两端分别连接锁板和气缸，所述锁板另一端转动连接固定柱，所述固定柱安装于罩壳上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自锁式粉体翻板阀，其特征在于：所述罩壳一侧开有快开检修口，所述快开检修口一侧铰接有快开检修门，所述快开检修门的另一端设有连接口，所述连接口通过手轮连接锁定杆，所述锁定杆一端通过固定块固定于罩壳上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自锁式粉体翻板阀，其特征在于：所述罩壳的顶部为弧形结构，所述翻板为弧形结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种自锁式粉体翻板阀，其特征在于：所述快开检修口和快开检修门之间设有密封条。
