In the embodiment, the two disc bodies 1 are arranged on the transmission shaft, the two disc bodies 1 are driven to mutually approach or mutually separate through the adjusting piece, so that the distance between the two disc bodies 1 is adjusted, and when the distance between the brake pad and the two disc bodies 1 is too far, the two disc bodies 1 are driven to mutually separate through the adjusting piece, so that the friction disc 2 on the disc body 1 can normally contact with the brake pad to brake; when the distance between the two disc bodies 1 is too close to the brake pad, the two disc bodies 1 are driven to approach each other through the adjusting piece, so that the distance between the disc bodies 1 and the brake pad is increased, and the normal braking requirement is met; when the friction disc 2 is used for a long time to cause the braking effect of the friction plate 2 to become low, the friction disc 2 is detached from the disc body 1 and replaced, so that the braking performance can be maintained again without replacing the whole brake disc.
As another embodiment of the invention, the adjusting piece comprises a plurality of bidirectional screws 3, a plurality of communicated mounting sleeves 4 are mounted on each of the two disc bodies 1, and two ends of the plurality of bidirectional screws 3 are respectively mounted in the two communicated mounting sleeves 4 in a threaded manner. The two ends of the bidirectional screw 3 are driven by rotating the bidirectional screw 3 to be provided with the mounting sleeves 4 to move, so that the two disc bodies 1 are close to each other or far away from each other.
As another embodiment of the invention, a plurality of bidirectional screws 3 are distributed in an array along the axial center of the tray body 1. The stability of the connection between the two disc bodies 1 is improved by the bidirectional screws 3 distributed in an array.
As another embodiment of the invention, a plurality of mounting grooves 5 are formed on the sides of the two disc bodies 1 away from each other, and the plurality of friction discs 2 are detachably mounted in the plurality of mounting grooves 5. As another embodiment of the invention, the friction disc 2 is provided with a sleeve 8, the threaded mounting rod 7 is rotatably connected in the sleeve 8, the mounting groove 5 is provided with a guide groove communicated with the first threaded hole 6, and the sleeve 8 can be sleeved in the guide groove. 5. An adjustable brake disc according to claim 4, wherein a first threaded hole (6) is provided in the mounting groove (5), and a threaded mounting rod (7) is rotatably connected to the friction disc (2) and threadedly connected to the first threaded hole (6).

An adjustable brake disc according to claim 5, wherein the friction disc (2) is provided with a sleeve (8), the threaded mounting rod (7) is rotatably connected in the sleeve (8), the mounting groove (5) is provided with a guide groove communicating with the first threaded hole (6), and the sleeve (8) is capable of being sleeved in the guide groove.
