As shown in fig. 1, the gravity control type automatic foundation pit side wall supporting vehicle provided by the invention comprises a gravity control type double-sided automatic sliding device 1, a rotary automatic fixing supporting device 2, a bidirectional overturning shock absorbing pulley device 3 and a controlled type fixed soil binding device 4, wherein one end of the rotary automatic fixing supporting device 2 is rotatably arranged on the gravity control type double-sided automatic sliding device 1, the other end of the rotary automatic fixing supporting device 2 is connected with the outer side wall of the gravity control type double-sided automatic sliding device 1, the gravity control type double-sided automatic sliding device 1 is a device capable of realizing double-sided sliding, the rotary automatic fixing supporting device 2 is connected with the rotary automatic fixing supporting device and assists the gravity control type double-sided automatic sliding device 1 to slide from the foundation pit side wall to the foundation pit bottom wall for overturning, and finally the foundation pit side wall is supported, one end of the bidirectional overturning shock absorbing pulley device 3 is arranged on the bottom wall of the rotary automatic fixing supporting device 2, the other end of the bidirectional overturning shock absorbing pulley device 3 penetrates through the gravity control type double-sided automatic sliding device 1 and is slidably arranged on the upper wall of the gravity control type double-sided automatic sliding device 1, the arrangement of the gravity control type double-sided automatic sliding device 3 is arranged on the self-side wall of the foundation pit side wall for guaranteeing that the automatic overturning of the self-controlled double-sided automatic sliding device 1 is arranged on the foundation pit side wall for automatically overturning the foundation pit side wall, and the self-supporting device 4 is automatically controlled to roll-down to finish the self-supporting of the foundation pit side wall.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, the gravity control type double-sided automatic sliding device 1 comprises an automatic side wall supporting vehicle mechanism 5 and a retaining plate supporting mechanism 6, one end of the retaining plate supporting mechanism 6 is slidingly arranged on the outer bottom wall of the automatic side wall supporting vehicle mechanism 5, the other end of the retaining plate supporting mechanism 6 is connected with the rotary type automatic fixing supporting device 2, wherein the retaining plate supporting mechanism 6 comprises a hidden driving motor 7, a ball screw 8, a sliding cross rod 9, a retaining plate overturning auxiliary rod 10, an auxiliary connecting plate 11 and an auxiliary connecting rod 12, an auxiliary rod groove 13 is arranged on the automatic side wall supporting vehicle mechanism 5, a screw groove 14 is arranged on the outer bottom wall of the automatic side wall supporting vehicle mechanism 5, the hidden driving motor 7 is arranged in the bottom wall of the automatic side wall supporting vehicle mechanism 5, one end of the ball screw 8 is rotationally arranged on the inner side wall of the screw groove 14, the other end of the ball screw 8 penetrates through the side wall of the screw groove 14 and is connected with the output shaft end of the hidden driving motor 7, the ball screw 8 is an ideal product for converting rotary motion into linear motion or converting linear motion into rotary motion, one end of the sliding cross rod 9 is provided with a screw pair 15, the sliding cross rod 9 is arranged on the ball screw 8 in a sliding way through the screw pair 15, the screw pair 15 is a spiral transmission part which is formed by combining a screw and a nut, the other end of the sliding cross rod 9 is provided with a cross rod auxiliary groove 16, one end of the retaining plate overturning auxiliary rod 10 is rotationally arranged on the cross rod auxiliary groove 16, one end of the auxiliary connecting plate 11 is arranged on the other end of the retaining plate overturning auxiliary rod 10, one end of the auxiliary connecting rod 12 is arranged on the other end of the auxiliary connecting plate 11, the other end of the auxiliary connecting rod 12 is connected with the rotary automatic fixing and supporting device 2; after the gravity control type double-sided automatic sliding device 1 finishes the overturning from the side wall of the foundation pit to the bottom wall of the foundation pit, the hidden driving motor 7 is started, the hidden driving motor 7 operates to drive the ball screw 8 to rotate, the ball screw 8 rotates to enable the sliding cross rod 9 to slide along the direction of the ball screw 8 through the screw pair 15, meanwhile, under the support of the rotary automatic fixing support device 2, one end of the retaining plate overturning auxiliary rod 10 rotates by taking the cross rod auxiliary groove 16 as the center of a circle, and under the limit of the cross rod auxiliary groove 16, the rotating angle of the retaining plate overturning auxiliary rod 10 is only 0-90 degrees, and in the interval range, the other end of the retaining plate overturning auxiliary rod 10 is sufficiently supported to drive the rotary automatic fixing support device 2 to rotate and be attached to the side wall of the foundation pit through the auxiliary connecting plate 11 and the auxiliary connecting rod 12.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the self-control side wall supporting vehicle mechanism 5 comprises a double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17, a weight-reducing forward air inlet 18, a weight-reducing forward air outlet 19, a weight-reducing overturning direction air inlet 20 and a weight-reducing overturning direction air outlet 21, wherein the weight-reducing forward air inlet 18 is arranged on the outer upper wall of the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17, the weight-reducing forward air outlet 19 is arranged on the outer upper wall of the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17, the weight-reducing overturning direction air inlet 20 is arranged on the outer bottom wall of the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17, and the weight-reducing overturning direction air outlet 21 is arranged on the outer bottom wall of the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17; when the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 slides by self gravity on the side wall of the foundation pit, air enters from the weight-reducing forward air inlet 18 and is discharged from the weight-reducing forward air outlet 19, so that air resistance born by the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 when sliding on the side wall of the foundation pit is reduced, when the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 finishes overturning and slides on the inner bottom wall of the foundation pit, air enters from the weight-reducing overturning to the air inlet 20 and is discharged from the weight-reducing auxiliary air outlet, and when the controlled type fixed soil binding device 4 supports and fixes the side wall of the foundation pit, the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 stops moving, sand and stones fall into the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 from the weight-reducing overturning to the air inlet 20 and the weight-reducing overturning to the air outlet 21, so that the gravity of the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 is increased, and the supporting effect is better.
As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 9, the gravity-controlled double-sided automatic sliding device 1 is provided with a gravity-driven rear pulley mechanism 22, the gravity-driven rear pulley mechanism 22 comprises a tire support rod 23, a rear seat tire 24, a support rod gasket 25, a fixed conical tooth 26, a gravity sliding control type driving motor 27 and a controlled conical tooth 28, the side wall of the double-sided overturning support vehicle 17 is provided with a tire support through hole 29, the side wall of the tire support through hole 29 is provided with a support through hole embedded groove 30, the inner side wall of the double-sided overturning support vehicle 17 is provided with an inner clamping type chute 31, the rear seat tire 24 is arranged on two ends of the tire support rod 23 in pairs, the support rod gasket 25 is arranged on the tire support rod 23 in pairs, the fixed conical tooth 26 is arranged on the tire support rod 23, the gravity sliding control type driving motor 27 is in the inner clamping type chute 31 in a sliding clamping manner, and the controlled conical tooth 28 is connected with the output shaft end of the gravity sliding control type driving motor 27; when the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 slides on the side wall of the foundation pit through the driving of self gravity of the rear seat tire 24, when the rotary automatic fixing supporting device 2 is in contact with the bottom wall of the foundation pit, the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 overturns by taking the rotary automatic fixing supporting device 2 as a supporting point, so that the original upper wall of the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 faces downwards, the bottom wall faces upwards, and meanwhile, the gravity sliding control type driving motor 27 is influenced by gravity and slides along the inner clamping type sliding groove 31, so that the controlled conical teeth 28 are meshed with the fixed conical teeth 26, the tire supporting rod 23 is driven to rotate, and the rear seat tire 24 is driven to rotate, so that the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 can slide towards the side wall of the foundation pit on the bottom wall of the foundation pit, and the running of the device is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6, the bidirectional overturning shock absorbing pulley device 3 comprises a U-shaped fixed shock absorbing short slider 32, a supporting shock absorbing spring 33 and a U-shaped sliding shock absorbing long slider 34, wherein a forward shock absorbing groove 35 is arranged on the upper wall of the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17, an overturning shock absorbing groove 36 is arranged on the bottom wall of the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17, one end of the U-shaped fixed shock absorbing short slider 32 is clamped and connected to the overturning shock absorbing groove 36, one end of the supporting shock absorbing spring 33 is arranged at the other end of the U-shaped fixed shock absorbing short slider 32, one end of the supporting shock absorbing long slider 34 is slidably arranged on the forward shock absorbing groove 35, the other end of the supporting shock absorbing spring 33 is arranged at the other end of the U-shaped sliding shock absorbing long slider 34, a double-sided pulley mechanism 37 is arranged at one end of the U-shaped fixed shock absorbing short slider 32, the double-sided pulley mechanism 37 is composed of a pulley connecting rod 39, a pulley rotating rod 40 and an automatic pulley 41, one end of the pulley connecting rod 39 is arranged at one end of the other end of the U-shaped fixed shock absorbing short slider 32 and the other end of the U-shaped long slider 40 is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod 40; when the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 is used, the rear seat tire 24 slides on the side wall of the foundation pit by means of driving of self gravity, the rear seat tire 24 and the automatic pulley 41 on the U-shaped fixed damping short slider 32 slide in a matched mode, the supporting damping spring 33 supports, when the rotary automatic fixing supporting device 2 contacts with the bottom wall of the foundation pit, the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 overturns by taking the rotary automatic fixing supporting device 2 as a supporting point, the original upper wall of the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 faces downwards, the bottom wall faces upwards, meanwhile, the automatic pulley 41 on the U-shaped sliding damping long slider 34 contacts with the bottom wall of the foundation pit, and the supporting damping spring 33 plays a damping role to ensure the running of the device.
As shown in fig. 6, the length of the U-shaped stationary shock absorbing short slider 32 is smaller than the length of the U-shaped sliding shock absorbing long slider 34.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the controlled type soil fixing and binding device 4 comprises a transverse rotating slot 54 and a conical self-tapping type inserting anchor 38, wherein the transverse rotating slot 54 is arranged on the side wall of the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17, and the conical self-tapping type inserting anchor 38 is rotatably arranged in the transverse rotating slot 54; when the rotary automatic fixing support device 2 contacts with the bottom wall of the foundation pit, the double-sided overturning support vehicle 17 overturns by taking the rotary automatic fixing support device 2 as a supporting point, so that the original upper wall of the double-sided overturning support vehicle 17 faces downwards, the bottom wall faces upwards, the gravity sliding control type driving motor 27 is affected by gravity and slides along the inner clamping type sliding groove 31, the controlled conical teeth 28 are meshed with the fixed conical teeth 26, and further the rear seat tire 24 is driven to rotate, in the process, the conical self-tapping type inserting anchors 38 are gradually contacted with the inner side wall of the foundation pit, and are rotatably inserted into the inner side wall of the foundation pit to be fixed.
As shown in fig. 1, 8 and 10, the rotary automatic fixing and supporting device 2 comprises a gravity balance type soil retaining support plate 42, a soil retaining plate overturning mechanism 43, an automatic sliding plate 44, a one-way wheel support rod 45 and a self-binding soil anchor rod 46, wherein an overturning support rod 47 is rotatably arranged on the inner side wall of the gravity balance type soil retaining support plate 42, an overturning gasket 48 is arranged on the overturning support rod 47, the soil retaining plate overturning mechanism 43 is arranged on the outer side wall of the double-sided overturning and supporting vehicle 17, the gravity balance type soil retaining support plate 42 is rotatably arranged in the soil retaining plate overturning mechanism 43 through the overturning support rod 47 and the overturning gasket 48, the automatic sliding plate 44 is slidably arranged in the side wall of the gravity balance type soil retaining support plate 42, the one-way wheel support rod 45 is arranged on the gravity balance type soil retaining support plate 42, a supporting type one-way wheel 49 is rotatably arranged on the gravity balance type soil retaining support plate 42, and the self-binding soil anchor rod 46 is arranged on the bottom wall of the gravity balance type soil retaining support plate 42; when the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 slides on the side wall of the foundation pit, the supporting type unidirectional rotating wheel 49 on the gravity balance type retaining support plate 42 is in contact with the bottom wall of the foundation pit, and the supporting type unidirectional rotating wheel 49 and the tooth grooves on the periphery of the supporting type unidirectional rotating wheel can enable the device to be used as a supporting point to enable the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 to finish overturning, at the moment, the gravity sliding control type driving motor 27 operates to drive the rear seat tire 24 to operate, and meanwhile the hidden driving motor 7 is started to drive the gravity balance type retaining support plate 42 to be in contact with the side wall of the foundation pit and fixed.
As shown in fig. 1, 8 and 10, the retaining plate turning mechanism 43 includes a retaining plate chute 50, a rotating shutter groove 51, a control type rotating shutter 52 and a torsion spring 53, the retaining plate chute 50 is provided on the outer side wall of the double-sided turning support vehicle 17, the rotating shutter groove 51 is provided in the retaining plate chute 50, one end of the control type rotating shutter 52 is rotatably provided on the inner side wall of the rotating shutter groove 51, the other end of the control type rotating shutter 52 is provided in the retaining plate chute 50, and the torsion spring 53 is provided on one end of the control type rotating shutter 52; when the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 slides on the side wall of the foundation pit, the overturning supporting rods 47 and the overturning gaskets 48 on the gravity balance type retaining support plates 42 are positioned on one side of the retaining plate sliding grooves 50, and under the action of inertia in the process that the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 slides on the side wall of the foundation pit, the gravity balance type retaining support plates 42 gradually slide backwards and then under the action of gravity, the overturning supporting rods 47 can slide into one side of the retaining plate sliding grooves 50 with the torsion springs 53, and in the process, the torsion springs 53 drive the control type rotating baffle plates 52 to retract first and then return to the position, so that the limiting effect is achieved.
When the device is specifically used, a user pushes the device into a foundation pit of a building engineering from land, and the device can enter a first stage of operation: the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 automatically slides on the side wall of the foundation pit; before sliding, the overturning supporting rod 47 and the overturning gasket 48 on the gravity balance type soil retaining supporting plate 42 are positioned on one side of the soil retaining plate chute 50 without the torsion spring 53, the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 slides on the side wall of the soil retaining plate chute 50 through the driving of the rear seat tire 24 by means of self gravity, the rear seat tire 24 slides in cooperation with the automatic pulley 41 on the U-shaped fixed type damping short slider 32, the supporting damping spring 33 supports, meanwhile, air enters from the weight reduction type forward air inlet 18 and is discharged from the weight reduction type forward air outlet 19, so that the air resistance of the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 when the side wall of the soil retaining plate chute 50 slides is reduced, in the process, the gravity balance type soil retaining supporting plate 42 gradually slides back and then is subjected to the gravity effect, the overturning supporting rod 47 slides into one side of the soil retaining plate chute 50 with the torsion spring 53, in the process, the torsion spring 53 drives the control type rotating baffle 52 to shrink first and then to return to play a role of limiting the gravity balance type soil retaining supporting plate 42.
When the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 slides on the side wall of the foundation pit, the device can enter the second stage of operation: the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 overturns around the restrained overturning supporting rod 47; when the supporting unidirectional rotating wheel 49 on the gravity balance type soil retaining supporting plate 42 contacts with the bottom wall of the foundation pit, due to the characteristics of the supporting unidirectional rotating wheel 49 and the tooth grooves on the periphery of the supporting unidirectional rotating wheel, the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 can overturn by taking the limited overturning supporting rod 47 as the circle center, at the moment, the original upper wall of the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 faces downwards, the bottom wall faces upwards, meanwhile, the automatic pulley 41 on the U-shaped sliding type damping long sliding piece 34 contacts with the bottom wall of the foundation pit, and the supporting damping spring 33 plays a damping role, so that the running of the device is ensured.
When the double-sided turning support cart 17 turns over around the limited turning support bar 47, the device enters the third stage of operation: the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 drives and slides on the bottom wall of the foundation pit; when the original upper wall of the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 faces downwards, the bottom wall faces upwards, the gravity sliding control type driving motor 27 is influenced by gravity and slides along the inner clamping type sliding groove 31, the controlled conical teeth 28 are meshed with the fixed conical teeth 26, the tire supporting rod 23 is driven to rotate, the rear seat tire 24 is driven to rotate, the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 can slide towards the side wall of the foundation pit on the bottom wall of the foundation pit, the hidden driving motor 7 is started, the hidden driving motor 7 operates to drive the ball screw 8 to rotate, the ball screw 8 rotates to enable the sliding cross rod 9 to slide along the direction of the ball screw 8 through the screw pair 15, meanwhile, one end of the retaining plate overturning auxiliary rod 10 rotates by taking the cross rod auxiliary groove 16 as a circle center under the support of the rotary automatic fixing supporting device 2, the rotating angle of the retaining plate overturning auxiliary rod 10 is only 0-90 degrees under the limit of the cross rod auxiliary groove 16, in the interval range, the other end of the gravity balance type retaining support plate 42 is driven by the auxiliary connection plate 11 and the auxiliary connection rod 12 to rotate and be attached to the side wall of the foundation pit, the conical self-tapping type inserting anchor 38 is gradually contacted with the inner side wall of the foundation pit and is rotatably inserted into the inner side wall of the foundation pit to be fixed, during the stage, air slides on the inner bottom wall of the foundation pit, enters from the weight-reducing type overturning towards the air inlet 20 and is discharged from the weight-reducing type auxiliary to the air outlet, and when the controlled type fixed soil binding device 4 supports and fixes the side wall of the foundation pit, the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 stops moving, sand and stones fall into the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 from the weight-reducing type overturning towards the air inlet 20 and the weight-reducing type overturning towards the air outlet 21, so that the gravity of the double-sided overturning supporting vehicle 17 is increased, so that the supporting effect is better.
The whole working flow of the invention is just the above, and the step is repeated when the invention is used next time.
