Abstract
The invention discloses a side-out structure of a storage battery, a side-out mounting method of the storage battery and a forklift, wherein a frame is provided with a side opening for placing the storage battery, and the bottoms of the front wall and the rear wall of the frame at the side opening are connected through a support plate; the bottom of the storage battery is provided with a groove-shaped structure, and the support plate can be inserted into the groove-shaped structure of the storage battery to complete the installation of the storage battery. Compared with the traditional mode of hoisting the storage battery, the storage battery can be replaced by using the small-sized lifting transport vehicle, and the storage battery hoisting device has the advantages of high efficiency, simplicity in operation, strong adaptability, high safety and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a forklift technology, in particular to a side-out structure of a storage battery.
Background
The forklift is an industrial carrying vehicle, is widely applied to places with dense goods transportation such as ports, warehouses, factories, logistics, airports and the like, and is an essential device in the current industrial transportation activity.
At present, forklift frames in the market are mostly of a closed structure, and the storage battery is replaced mostly in a mode of being lifted out of the upper end of the overhead guard through lifting equipment such as a travelling crane and the like; the mode has great limitation, proper hoisting equipment needs to be equipped, the hoisting progress is slow, part of forklifts need to disassemble the overhead guard or the battery cover, and the danger is very high. Therefore, the structure cannot meet the use scene that the storage battery needs to be replaced frequently.
Therefore, the invention provides a forklift frame structure and a storage battery structure, and the forklift frame structure and the storage battery structure are improved.

The invention also discloses a side-out mounting method of the storage battery, wherein an opening is reserved on the side surface of the frame where the storage battery is placed, the bottoms of the front wall and the rear wall of the frame are connected through a support plate, and the bottom of the storage battery is provided with a groove-shaped structure; when the storage battery is loaded, the bottom of the groove-shaped structure is forked by using a forking device, so that the groove-shaped opening part is aligned to the support plate of the frame opening, the support plate is penetrated into the groove-shaped structure at the bottom of the storage battery to a proper position, a fork of the forking device is dropped, the upper surface of the inner side of the groove-shaped opening of the storage battery is dropped on the upper surface of the support plate and then the forking device is withdrawn, and therefore the storage battery is loaded quickly; when the storage battery is taken out, the bottom of the groove-shaped structure is only required to be forked by a forking device, so that the upper surface of the inner side of the groove-shaped opening of the storage battery is separated from the upper surface of the supporting plate, and then the storage battery is drawn out, so that the storage battery can be quickly taken out.
The invention also discloses a forklift provided with the side outlet structure of the storage battery.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
compared with the traditional mode of hoisting the storage battery, the storage battery can be replaced by using the small-sized lifting transport vehicle, and the storage battery hoisting device has the advantages of high efficiency, simplicity in operation, strong adaptability, high safety and the like.

When the storage battery 2 is loaded, the bottom of the groove-shaped structure is forked by a forking device 3 such as a forklift, so that the groove-shaped opening part is aligned to the support plate 4 of the frame opening, the support plate 4 at the bottom of the frame is penetrated into the groove-shaped structure at the bottom of the storage battery 2 to a proper position, a fork of the forking device 3 is dropped, the upper surface of the inner side of the groove-shaped opening of the storage battery 2 is dropped on the upper surface of the support plate 4, and then the forking device 3 is withdrawn, so that the storage battery 2 is loaded quickly; when the storage battery 2 is taken out, the bottom of the groove-shaped structure is only required to be forked by the forking device 3, so that the upper surface of the inner side of the groove-shaped opening of the storage battery 2 is separated from the upper surface of the supporting plate 4, and then the storage battery 2 is drawn out, so that the storage battery 2 can be quickly taken out.
The invention also discloses a forklift provided with the side outlet structure of the storage battery.

the side surface of the frame, which is used for placing the storage battery, is provided with an opening, the bottoms of the front wall and the rear wall of the frame are connected through a support plate, and the bottom of the storage battery is provided with a groove-shaped structure;
when the storage battery is loaded, the bottom of the groove-shaped structure is forked by using a forking device, so that the groove-shaped opening part is aligned to the support plate of the frame opening, the support plate is penetrated into the groove-shaped structure at the bottom of the storage battery to a proper position, a fork of the forking device is dropped, the upper surface of the inner side of the groove-shaped opening of the storage battery is dropped on the upper surface of the support plate and then the forking device is withdrawn, and therefore the storage battery is loaded quickly;
when the storage battery is taken out, the bottom of the groove-shaped structure is only required to be forked by a forking device, so that the upper surface of the inner side of the groove-shaped opening of the storage battery is separated from the upper surface of the supporting plate, and then the storage battery is drawn out, so that the storage battery can be quickly taken out.
