As an application scenario of air duct installation, please refer to fig. 1-7 again, firstly fixing the bracket for fixing the air duct on the ceiling, moving the lifting frame 13 and the base 1 to the lower part of one of the brackets, then pulling the extension frame 2 out of the lower part of the base 1, pulling out the extension frame 2, then erecting the fixed tube 3, pulling out the extension rod 5 from the extension tube 4, so that the top end of the extension rod 5 can reach the position of the bracket, if the extension rod 5 is not long enough, after the extension rod 5 is short enough, fixing the extension rod 5 by the fixing bolt 7, then pulling out the extension tube 4 from the fixed tube 3 until the positioning block 6 reaches the height of the bracket, then simultaneously rotating the two bidirectional screws 10, approaching the two fixed tubes 3 by the driving block 9, so that the positioning block 6 can clamp the bracket, then rotating the supporting column 27 on the base 1, the air duct is contacted with the ground, the base 1 is prevented from moving until the preparation work is finished, then a set of new base 1 and lifting frames 13 are prepared, the air duct and the base 1 with the determined position are positioned on the same straight line, then the air duct is placed in the middle piece of the two lifting frames 13, the positions of the limit blocks 14 on the two lifting frames 13 are adjusted, the four limit blocks 14 on the lifting frames 13 with the determined position are contacted with the air duct, the position is fixed through the positioning bolts 17, the limit block 14 on the other lifting frame 13 is also contacted with the air duct and is fixed, however, when the end part of the air duct is lapped on the lifting frame 13, the end part of the air duct is contacted with the two limit blocks 14, at the moment, the positioning rod 15 is fixed on the side surface of the air duct 16, the limit block 14 cannot rotate because of the positioning rod 15, the lifting frames 13 are lifted up later, at the moment, the electric push rods 20 on the two bases 1 are required to be started simultaneously, electric putter 20 drives a connecting axle 19 and removes, make two connecting axles 19 be close to, and then make crane 13 rise through lifter 18, finally make the tuber pipe reach the height of support, electric putter 20 stall, promote the base 1 that does not utilize support column 27 to confirm the position at last, just can make the one end of tuber pipe remove to the support, so that make tuber pipe and other tuber pipes connect, after fixing the tuber pipe again, restart electric putter 20, make electric putter 20 drive connecting axle 19 reverse motion, and then make crane 13 descend, later reverse rotation two-way screw 10, make two locating pieces 6 keep away from between, later remove base 1, make locating piece 6 aim at between the other, later repeat above step.
As another application scenario of air duct installation, please refer to fig. 1-7 again, a bracket for fixing the air duct is installed on the wall, then the base 1 is moved to the vicinity of the bracket, one end of the detachable connection between the positioning rod 15 and the lifting frame 13 is detached, the limiting block 14 can be rotated to the side surface of the lifting frame 13, then the limiting block 14 rotated to the side surface of the lifting frame 13 is moved to correspond to the size of the air duct to be installed, the air duct is fixed by the positioning bolt 17, so that the preparation work is completed, then the air duct is vertically placed to the side surface of the lifting frame 13 to be between the two limiting blocks 14, if the limiting block 14 is not long enough, the extension rod 5 is pulled out, the top end of the air duct can be started by the electric push rod 20 on the extension rod 5, the two connecting shafts 19 are closed by the electric push rod 20, and the lifting frame 13 is lifted by the lifting rod 18, then the limit block 14 on the side surface of the lifting frame 13 can be lifted, finally the limit block 14 or the extension rod 5 contacts with a flange on the top end of the air pipe, then the electric push rod 20 stops, then the fixing block 24 is rotated, the tightening bolt 25 on the fixing block 24 is enabled to face upwards, the tightening bolt 25 is rotated to enable the tightening bolt to bear against the extension rod 5, the extension rod 5 is moved, the tightening bolt 25 is enabled to contact with the air pipe, finally the extension rod 5 is fixed by utilizing the limit bolt 23, the air pipe is installed later, when the air pipe is installed, the base 1 is pushed firstly, the air pipe is enabled to move to the appointed position, then the electric push rod 20 is started, the lifting frame 13 is enabled to lift through the connecting shaft 19 and the lifting rod 18, further the lifting frame 13 drives the air pipe to lift through the limit block 14, finally the top end of the air pipe reaches a certain height and contacts with the installed air pipe or the appointed installation position, then a worker installs the air pipe, then the jacking bolt 25 is screwed, the fixing block 24 is turned down, the lifting frame 13 is lowered by starting the electric push rod 20, and the steps are repeated.
As another application scenario of the air duct installation, please refer to fig. 1-7, the base 1 is pushed to a proper position, the supporting column 27 is rotated to support the ground, so that the base 1 cannot move, the supporting plates 28 are unfolded, the supporting frame 30 is turned over to align the bottom end of the supporting frame 30 with the designated position of the side of the lifting frame 13, the supporting frame 30 is connected with the side of the lifting frame 13 by using bolts, after all four supporting plates 28 are unfolded, a cover plate is taken out and placed on the lifting frame 13 to cover the rolling shafts 26, the four corners of the cover plate are limited by the limiting blocks 14 and cannot slide, after that, the protecting frame 29 is inserted into the insertion hole at the edge of the supporting plate 28, and one is left to be convenient for the worker to climb up, after that, the worker holds the last protecting frame 29 by hand and climbs onto the lifting frame 13, and then inserts the last protecting frame 29 into the insertion hole, the electric push rod 20 is started to drive one connecting shaft 19 to move, so that the two connecting shafts 19 on the base 1 are close to each other, the angle between the crossed lifting rods 18 is changed, and finally the lifting frame 13 is lifted, so that people on the lifting frame 13 can reach enough height.

Claims (9)
1. The air duct mounting device is characterized by comprising a base (1), wherein an extension frame (2) and a lifting assembly are arranged on the base (1), the extension frame (2) is connected with the base (1) in a sliding manner, two fixed pipes (3) are arranged at one ends of the extension frame (2) and the base (1), the fixed pipes (3) are sequentially provided with an extension pipe (4) and an extension rod (5) which are connected from outside to inside, a positioning block (6) is arranged at the top end of the extension rod (5), a fixing bolt (7) is arranged at the top ends of the extension pipe (4) and the fixed pipes (3), a sliding rail (8) is connected at the bottom end of each fixed pipe (8) in a sliding manner, a driving block (9) is connected in the middle of the fixed pipe, a bidirectional screw rod (10) is connected between the two driving blocks (9) in a threaded manner, a pulley (12) is arranged at one end of the extension frame (2), and idler wheels (11) are connected at the other ends of the base and below the base (1), be provided with crane (13) and platform subassembly on the lifting unit, the equal sliding connection in both ends of crane (13) has two sliding blocks (16) and two stopper (14), sliding block (16) side is provided with locating lever (15), locating lever (15) one end and crane (13) are through pivot swing joint, and the other end and crane (13) can be dismantled, stopper (14) are configured to the shape of falling T, and bottom and sliding block (16) are through pivot swing joint.

The air duct installation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting assembly comprises a plurality of lifting rods (18), a connecting shaft (19) and an electric push rod (20), every two lifting rods (18) are arranged in a cross manner, the middle of each lifting rod is movably connected with each other through a rotating shaft, two ends of each lifting rod (18) are respectively movably connected with one end of the other two lifting rods (18) through rotating shafts, two rows of the lifting rods (18) are vertically arranged, one end of each lifting rod (18) at the upper end and the lower end of each lifting rod is rotatably connected with the connecting shaft (19), one connecting shaft (19) is rotatably connected with the lifting frame (13) or the base (1), the other lifting rod (18) is slidably connected with the lifting frame (13) or the base (1), and the connecting shaft (19) movably connected with the base (1) is connected with the electric push rod (20), the electric push rod (20) is connected with the base (1).

The air duct mounting device according to claim 1, wherein there are two slide rails (8), the fixed duct (3) is movably connected with the slide rails (8), and two support rods (21) are movably connected with the other slide rail (8), the top ends of the support rods (21) are connected with the fixed duct (3) through bolts.

The air duct installation device according to claim 1, wherein the middle section of the limiting block (14) is a hollow structure, an extension bar (22) is arranged in the middle of the middle section, a limiting bolt (23) is arranged on the limiting block (14), the limiting bolt (23) and the extension bar (22) are correspondingly arranged, a fixing block (24) is arranged on the extension bar (22), the fixing block (24) is provided with an L shape, and a tightening bolt (25) is arranged on the fixing block (24).
5. The air duct installation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting frame (13) is movably connected with a plurality of rolling shafts (26) through rotating shafts.

The air pipe mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the base (1) and the extension frame (2) are both connected with support columns (27) in a threaded manner, the support columns (27) are vertically arranged and correspond to the rollers (11), and the top ends of the support columns (27) are arranged in a T shape.
7. The air duct mounting arrangement, as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that one end of the bi-directional screw (10) is configured as a T-shape.

The air duct installation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the platform assembly comprises a support plate (28) and a protection frame (29), one side of the support plate (28) is movably connected with the side surface of the lifting frame (13) through a rotating shaft, the other side of the support plate is detachably connected with the protection frame (29), a support frame (30) is arranged on the lower surface of the support plate, the top end of the support frame (30) is movably connected with the support plate (28) through the rotating shaft, the bottom end of the support plate is detachably connected with the lifting frame (13) through a bolt, three connecting holes (31) are formed in the edge of the support plate, the bottom end of the protection frame is arranged in the connecting holes (31), and a limit strip (32) is arranged on the side surface of the protection frame.
9. A method of installing an air duct, characterised by using an air duct installation apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
