In this embodiment, another alternative is provided, in which the first blocking portion 51 is provided with a blocking plate for preventing the roller 4 from sliding out along the vertical guide rail 5, and the second blocking portion 52 is provided with a guide portion for sliding out the roller 4 along a direction perpendicular to the guide rail 5.
Through setting up first stopper 51 and second stopper 52, can block gyro wheel 4 at guide rail 5 both ends along guide rail 5 direction roll-off, play the guard action to gyro wheel 4 and the support frame 3 of being connected with gyro wheel 4.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 5, 6 and 9, the guide rail 5 has a guide surface 53 contacting the roller 4, and the guide surface 53 is inclined downward from the end of the second stopping portion 52 to the end of the first stopping portion 51.
In this embodiment, an alternative is provided, in which the guide rail 5 comprises a guide surface 53 and a bottom surface facing away from the guide surface 53, the guide surface 53 is an inclined surface, and the bottom surface is a horizontal surface, in which case the guide surface 53 can perform a guiding function.
In the present embodiment, another alternative is provided, in which the guide rail 5 includes a guide surface 53 and a bottom surface away from the guide surface 53, the guide surface 53 is disposed parallel to the bottom surface, and the guide rail 5 is integrally and obliquely fixed on the side surface of the box body 2, so that the guide surface 53 is an inclined surface relative to the horizontal plane, and the guide surface 53 plays a role of guiding.
In the process of sliding the support frame 3 into the box body 2 along the guide rail 5, the gravity of the support frame 3 can generate component force along the moving direction of the guide rail 5 by arranging the guide surface 53, so that the effect of saving labor is achieved; and because the guide surface 53 inclines downwards from the end of the second blocking part 52 to the end of the first blocking part 51, when the support frame 3 is limited, the support frame 3 and the box body 2 are clamped more firmly due to the existence of the guide surface 53.
In some embodiments of the present application, please refer to fig. 2, fig. 7 and fig. 8, the support frame 3 is provided with connecting shafts 33 at two sides thereof, the roller 4 is sleeved on the connecting shafts 33, and one end of the connecting shafts 33 close to the roller 4 is provided with a stop block 34 for preventing the roller 4 from being disengaged.
It should be noted that the connecting shafts 33 are connected to two sides of the supporting frame 3, the rollers 4 are sleeved on the connecting shafts 33, and the rollers 4 are slidably connected with the guide rail 5, so that the supporting frame 3 is slidably connected with the guide rail 5.
The stopper 34 prevents the roller 4 from being separated from the connecting shaft 33, thereby protecting the roller 4.
Further, the end surface shape of the stopper 34 is not exclusive, and the end surface shape of the stopper 34 may be one or more of triangular, square, and circular.
In some embodiments of the present application, please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 6, the door 6 is a transparent door.
It should be noted that, the operator can observe and detect the internal state of the box body 2 in real time through the perspective door body, and can find out faults in time and maintain the box body in time.
It should be further noted that the door body 6 is partially set as a perspective door body, or the door body 6 is integrally set as the perspective door body 6, or the side wall of the box body 2 is set as a perspective side wall.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the battery fixing apparatus further includes: the hanging buckle 9 and the observation port 10, the hanging buckle 9 is arranged at two sides of the box body 2; the observation port 10 is provided at the top of the hanging buckle 9, and the hanging state of the hanging buckle 9 can be observed through the observation port 10.
It should be noted that the hanging buckle 9 is convexly arranged on the box body 2, the hanging buckle 9 is used for being connected with engineering machinery, a blocking plate for preventing the battery fixing device from falling off is arranged on one side of the hanging buckle 9, which deviates from the box body 2, and convenience of connection of the battery fixing device and the engineering machinery is improved through the arrangement of the hanging buckle 9.
An operator can observe the hanging buckle 9 and the bracket 8 (described in detail later) through the observation port 10, can observe whether the hanging buckle 9 is hung on the bracket 8 or not through the observation port 10, and the arrangement of the observation port 10 can facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the box body 2.
In addition, the structure of the hanging buckle 9 is not unique, and the hanging buckle 9 can be one or more of a rod-shaped structure, a tubular structure and a bump-shaped structure; the viewing port 10 may be a notch for viewing provided on the top of the hanging buckle 9, and the viewing port 10 may also be a visible translucent structure provided on the top of the hanging buckle 9.
In some embodiments of the present application, when one or more batteries 1 are mounted on the support frame 3, the batteries 1 are placed on one side of the support frame 3, and the other side is reserved for a space for conveniently connecting necessary cables.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application further provides an engineering machine, which includes the above battery fixing device and a bracket 8 adapted to a hanging buckle 9, and the box body 2 is hung on the bracket 8 of the engineering machine through the hanging buckle 9.
It should be noted that the bracket 8 is provided with a groove for accommodating the hanging buckle 9, the hanging buckle 9 is hung in the groove of the bracket 8, and the blocking plate connected with the hanging buckle 9 can block the hanging buckle 9 from being separated from the bracket 8, so that the stability of the connection between the battery fixing device and the engineering machinery is improved.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the weight of the battery holder itself may serve as a portion of the counterweight when the work machine is a forklift.
In some embodiments of the present application, multiple sets of battery fixing devices may be disposed inside the engineering machine, and multiple sets of supporting frames 3 are disposed inside each set of battery fixing device, where components in different sets of battery fixing devices may be interchanged and used, so as to improve convenience in use.
In some embodiments of the application, the external contour line of the battery fixing device is the same as the contour line of the to-be-installed position of the engineering machinery, the overall structure of the main engine of the engineering machinery is met, and the battery fixing device is rich in aesthetic feeling.
The battery fixing device is used for fixing a battery and is provided with a box body, a supporting frame, a roller and a guide rail; in the application, the box body is provided with an opening, the support frame is arranged in the box body and used for placing a battery; the rollers are arranged on two sides of the support frame; the guide rail is arranged on the box body; the support frame is connected with the guide rail in a sliding manner through the roller, so that the support frame can enter and exit the box body through the opening of the box body; the end of the guide rail close to the box body and provided with the opening is provided with a height difference with the end of the guide rail far away from the box body and provided with the opening. When an operator replaces the battery, the operator only needs to pull out or push in the support frame, the roller connected with the support frame can slide along the guide rail, so that the support frame slides out of or in the box body, and the operator can replace the battery more conveniently; because of the height difference at the two ends of the guide rail, when the support frame is pulled out or pushed in, the gravity of the support frame can generate component force along the moving direction of the guide rail, so that the labor is saved when an operator pulls out or pushes in the support frame, the labor is saved when the battery is replaced, and the working strength of the operator is reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A battery holding device for holding a battery, comprising:
a box body provided with an opening;
the support frame is arranged in the box body and used for placing the battery;
the rollers are arranged on two sides of the support frame;
the guide rail is arranged on the box body;
the support frame is connected with the guide rail in a sliding mode through the idler wheel, so that the support frame can enter and exit the box body through the opening of the box body; the guide rail is close to the one end that the box was equipped with the open-ended with the guide rail is kept away from the one end that the box was equipped with the open-ended is equipped with the difference in height.
2. The battery fixing device according to claim 1, wherein the box body is movably connected with a door body, the door body can close and open the box body through movement, and when the box body is opened, the hovering door body can form a shielding shed.
3. The battery holding apparatus according to claim 1,
the support frame includes: the locking piece can enable the supporting frame to be detachably connected with the box body; the first limiting piece is fixedly connected with the supporting frame;
the box body comprises: the mounting part is matched with the locking part and used for providing a mounting position for the locking part; and the second limiting part is abutted against the first limiting part and used for limiting the position of the first limiting part.
4. The battery fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein one roller is disposed on each of two sides of the supporting frame, and the roller is disposed in a middle portion of the supporting frame.
5. The battery holding apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: the connecting piece, the connecting piece sets up on the box, the box is equipped with open-ended one end and is the open end, the connecting piece is followed the open end extends to and keeps away from the one end of open end.
6. The battery holding apparatus of claim 5, wherein the guide rail comprises:
the first blocking part is arranged at one end of the guide rail, which is far away from the opening end, and is used for preventing the roller from sliding out along the leading-in direction of the guide rail;
and the second blocking part is arranged at one end, close to the opening end, of the guide rail and used for preventing the roller from sliding out along the guide direction of the guide rail.
7. The battery fixing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the guide rail has a guide surface contacting the roller, the guide surface being inclined downward from the end of the second stopper to the end of the first stopper.
8. The battery fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein connecting shafts are provided at both sides of the support frame, the roller is coupled to the connecting shafts, and a stopper for preventing the roller from being separated is provided at one end of the connecting shafts adjacent to the roller.
9. The battery holding apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
the hanging buckles are arranged on two sides of the box body;
and the observation port is arranged at the top of the hanging buckle, and the hanging state of the hanging buckle can be observed through the observation port.
10. An engineering machine, characterized by comprising the battery fixing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 and a bracket adapted to a hanging buckle, wherein the box body is hung on the bracket of the engineering machine through the hanging buckle.
