after adjustment, the material blocking motor 34 can stop, or the material blocking motor 34 reversely rotates in the subsequent work to enable the material blocking plates 31 on the two sides to be far away, then the material blocking plates 31 are enabled to be close to each other by positive rotation, the corrugated board stack is sorted, and the action can be carried out intermittently;
step 2: adjusting the duplex plunger cylinder 113, the sliding table 112 drives the feeding mechanisms 12 to move, so that the push plate 122 of one of the feeding mechanisms 12 is aligned with the feeding component 2, the feeding mechanism 12 is connected with the feeding component 2, and the feeding mechanism 12 connected with the feeding component 2 is positioned on a station;
and step 3: placing stacks of corrugated boards on a tray 121 of a feeding mechanism 12 correspondingly connected with the feeding component 2;
a forklift can be adopted to convey corrugated boards onto the tray 121 in a matching manner, so that manual labor can be avoided;
and 4, step 4: starting a feeding motor 1241 of the feeding mechanism 12 in a station state, rotating a lead screw 1242 to drive the tray 121 to slowly rise, and moving a multi-stage hydraulic cylinder 1232, wherein the push plate 122 pushes corrugated paper boards on the tray 121 to continue feeding to the top of the corrugated paper board stack on the feeding assembly 2, the push plate 122 resets, the tray 121 continues to rise, and the push plate repeats moving until all the corrugated paper boards stacked on the tray 121 are placed on the corrugated paper board stack of the feeding assembly 2;
the push plate 122 is matched with the tray 121, so that the push plate 122 can push a plurality of corrugated boards to the top of the corrugated board stack of the feeding assembly 2 one by one at a time and can continue feeding to the top of the corrugated board stack;
and 5: during the feeding process of the feeding mechanism 12 in the station state, the stacked corrugated boards are placed on the tray 121 of the feeding mechanism 12 in the non-station state;
step 6: when the tray 121 in the station state is emptied, the feeding motor 1241 drives the tray 121 to descend, the duplex plunger cylinder 113 acts, the sliding table 112 drives the feeding mechanism 12 to move, and the other feeding mechanism 12 is switched to move to the station and is connected with the feeding assembly 2;
and 7: and (5) repeating the steps 4 to 6, and processing the corrugated board.
