the slitting machine comprises a regulating machine frame arranged at the bottom of the slitting machine frame and a loader frame arranged on the regulating machine frame, wherein a plurality of cutting tools are arranged in the loader frame, regulating machine parts are arranged in the regulating machine frame, mounting parts are arranged at the bottom ends of the cutting tools, a plurality of regulating parts are movably arranged on the regulating machine parts, and the mounting parts and the regulating parts are mounted in a combined manner;
a setting-up machine part is also arranged in the regulator frame and used for separating the mounting part and the regulating part at a set position;
the adjusting part comprises a driving screw rod arranged in the frame of the adjusting machine, a transmission sleeve arranged on the driving screw rod and an adjusting bottom block arranged on the transmission sleeve and not rotating along with the transmission sleeve, and the adjusting part is arranged on the adjusting bottom block;
the whole regulating part is of a concave structure and comprises an assembling base and limiting fences respectively arranged on two sides of the assembling base, the assembling base comprises a combined plate and clamping blocks arranged on two sides of the combined plate, clamping grooves matched with the embedded blocks are formed in the clamping blocks, and extrusion springs attached to the embedded blocks are arranged on the combined plate;
the limiting fence is provided with a clamping channel and a self-locking block arranged in the clamping channel through an inner supporting spring, the outer side surface of the self-locking block is of a curved surface structure, and the inner side surface of the self-locking block is a straight plate surface;
the limiting fence is provided with a limiting channel, the self-locking block is installed in the limiting channel through a sliding block, the side edge of the adjusting piece is further provided with a transmission frame and a limiting track, the limiting track and the limiting channel are arranged in parallel, the self-locking block is externally connected with an outer edge block, the outer edge block is arranged in the limiting track, and the transmission frame is provided with an opening and closing rod and a pushing block, wherein the opening and closing rod is connected with the outer edge blocks on the two sides of the transmission frame respectively, and the pushing block is used for pushing the opening and closing rod;
the setting part comprises an adjusting outer rail arranged on the side edge of the adjusting machine frame and a blocking block movably arranged on the adjusting outer rail, the blocking block extends into the inner cavity of the adjusting machine frame and is in contact with the pushing block, and the contact end of the blocking block and the pushing block is designed into a slope structure matched with each other.
