Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the positioning mechanism 3 includes a positioning lever 31 and an adjusting lever 32; the locating rod 31 and the adjusting rod 32 are located in the same horizontal plane, the plane where the locating rod 31 and the adjusting rod 32 are located is parallel to the top wall of the supporting table 2, the locating rod 31 and the adjusting rod 32 are located at two opposite corner positions of the connecting steel plate, the locating rod 31 and the adjusting rod 32 form a clamping area 33 for clamping the connecting steel plate, and limiting of the adjusting steel plate is achieved through clamping of the locating rod 31 and the adjusting rod 32.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the positioning rod 31 includes a first transverse portion 312 and a first longitudinal portion 311 which are integrally provided, the first transverse portion 312 and the first longitudinal portion 311 are abutted against adjacent two side walls of the connecting steel plate, the first transverse portion 312 and the first longitudinal portion 311 are integrally connected in this embodiment, the length direction of the first transverse portion 312 and the first longitudinal portion 311 is perpendicular, and the horizontal plane where the first transverse portion 312 and the first longitudinal portion 311 are located is parallel to the surface of the support table 2.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the adjustment lever 32 includes a second transverse portion 321, a second longitudinal portion 323, a connecting portion 322, and a stopper 34 for fixing the positions of the second transverse portion 321 and the second longitudinal portion 323; the second transverse portion 321 is disposed parallel to the first transverse portion 312, and the second longitudinal portion 323 is disposed parallel to the first longitudinal portion 311; the connecting portion 322 includes a transverse sliding section 3221 and a longitudinal sliding section 3222 that are integrally connected, the transverse sliding section 3221 is disposed parallel to the second transverse portion 321, the transverse sliding section 3221 is connected with the second transverse portion 321 in a sliding manner, the longitudinal sliding section 3222 is disposed parallel to the second longitudinal portion 323, and the longitudinal sliding section 3222 is connected with the second longitudinal portion 323 in a sliding manner.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a first sliding block 37 is integrally connected to one end of the second transverse portion 321 far from the transverse sliding section 3221, a first sliding groove 38 for sliding the first sliding block 37 is formed in a side wall of the supporting table 2, the first sliding groove 38 is arranged along a length direction of the second longitudinal portion 323, and the first sliding groove 38 is located on a side wall of the first longitudinal portion 311 close to the supporting table 2.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, one end of the second longitudinal portion 323 far away from the longitudinal sliding section 3222 is integrally connected with a second sliding block 35, a side wall of the supporting table 2 is provided with a second sliding groove 36 for sliding the second sliding block 35, the second sliding groove 36 is arranged along the length direction of the second transverse portion 321, and the second sliding groove 36 is located on the side wall of the first transverse portion 312 close to one side of the supporting table 2.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the limiting member 34 is disposed on the first slider 37 and the second slider 35, the limiting member 34 includes at least two limiting bolts 341, in this application, the number of limiting bolts 341 may be 2, 3 or 4, if only, the fixing of the positions of the first slider 37 and the second slider 35 is achieved, in this embodiment, two limiting bolts 341 are disposed, one limiting bolt 341 passes through the first slider 37 and abuts against the bottom wall of the first chute 38, and the limiting bolt 341 is in threaded connection with the first slider 37, the other limiting bolt 341 passes through the second slider 35 and abuts against the bottom wall of the second chute 36, and the limiting bolt 341 is in threaded connection with the second slider 35.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the support table 2 includes a rotation table seat 23, an adjustment table seat 22, and a base 21, which are sequentially provided from high to low; the base 21 is welded with the frame 1; the first chute 38, the second chute 36, the positioning rod and the adjusting rod 32 are all positioned on the rotating pedestal 23; the top wall of the adjusting pedestal 22 is provided with a first sliding groove 271, the first sliding groove 271 is formed along the length direction of the first transverse part 312, the bottom wall of the rotating pedestal 23 is provided with a first sliding block 27 sliding along the first sliding groove 271, and the rotating pedestal 23 is connected with the first sliding block 27; the adjusting pedestal 22 is provided with a first adjusting piece 24 for driving the first sliding block 27 to slide along the first sliding groove 271, the first adjusting piece 24 comprises a first threaded rod 242, the first threaded rod 242 penetrates through the first sliding block 27, the first threaded rod 242 is in threaded connection with the first sliding block 27, the first threaded rod 242 is arranged along the length direction of the first sliding groove 271, the first threaded rod 242 is in rotary connection with the adjusting pedestal 22, one end of the first threaded rod 242 is connected with a first motor 241, and the first threaded rod 242 is coaxially connected with an output shaft of the first motor 241 through a coupling; through adjusting first motor 241, the output shaft of first motor 241 drives first threaded rod 242 and rotates, and first threaded rod 242 drives first slider 27 and slides along first groove 271 that slides, and first slider 27 drives and rotates pedestal 23 motion, rotates pedestal 23 and drives the connection steel sheet and move along the length direction of groove 271 that slides first, has realized the position adjustment of connection steel sheet along the length direction of groove 271 that slides.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a second sliding block 28 is disposed on the bottom wall of the adjusting pedestal 22, the second sliding block 28 is welded with the bottom wall of the adjusting pedestal 22, a second sliding groove 281 for sliding the second sliding block 28 is disposed on the base 21, and the second sliding groove 281 is disposed along the length direction of the first longitudinal portion 311; the base 21 is provided with a second adjusting piece 25 for driving the second sliding block 28 to slide along the second sliding groove 281, the second adjusting piece 25 comprises a second threaded rod 252, the second threaded rod 252 penetrates through the second sliding block 28, the second threaded rod 252 is in threaded connection with the second sliding block 28, the second threaded rod 252 is arranged along the length direction of the second sliding groove 281, the second threaded rod 252 is in rotary connection with the base 21, one end of the second threaded rod 252 is connected with a second motor 251, and the second threaded rod 252 is coaxially connected with an output shaft of the second motor 251 through a coupling; through adjusting second motor 251, the output shaft of second motor 251 drives second threaded rod 252 and rotates, and second threaded rod 252 drives the second piece 28 that slides and moves, and second piece 28 that slides drives and adjusts pedestal 22 and rotates pedestal 23 and move, rotates pedestal 23 and drives the connection steel sheet and move along the length direction of first groove 271 that slides, has realized the position adjustment of connection steel sheet along the length direction of first groove 271 that slides.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the rotating pedestal 23 is rotatably connected to the first slider 27; the rotating pedestal 23 is provided with a positioning piece 26 for fixing the position of the rotating pedestal 23, the positioning piece 26 comprises at least one positioning bolt 261, in the application, the number of the positioning bolts 261 can be 1, 2 or 3, if the position of the rotating pedestal 23 and the position of the first sliding block 27 are fixed, the number of the positioning bolts 261 is 1 in the embodiment, the positioning bolts 261 penetrate through the rotating pedestal 23 to be abutted against the adjusting pedestal 22, and the positioning bolts 261 are in threaded connection with the rotating pedestal 23; when the positions of the machining holes on the connecting steel plates are distributed in the positive direction, the drill bit of the punching machine is opposite to the machining holes close to the positioning rod 31, then the first sliding block 37 is adjusted to be positioned at the circle center of the four machining holes, when different machining holes are machined, the connecting steel plates are rotated to enable the connecting steel plates to rotate 90 degrees, then the connecting steel plates are positioned through the positioning piece 26, the positions of the connecting steel plates are fixed, the punching machine is adjusted to open holes on the connecting steel plates, the connecting steel plates are rotated by 90 degrees in sequence, and then other machining holes are opened; when processing the processing hole of different quantity, as long as the processing hole is located on same circumference, and processing hole along circumferencial direction evenly distributed, can confirm the turned angle of turning bench 23 according to the contained angle between two adjacent processing holes and the centre of a circle, can realize connecting the quick trompil of steel sheet.
The implementation principle of the auxiliary positioning device for punching the tunnel steel arch connecting steel plate is as follows: in the process of perforating the connecting steel plate, firstly, the connecting steel plate is placed on the surface of the supporting table 2, then the connecting steel plate is pushed, so that two adjacent side walls of the connecting steel plate are respectively attached to the first transverse portion 312 and the first longitudinal portion 311, the second transverse portion 321 and the connecting portion 322 are pushed, the second transverse portion 321 drives the first sliding block 37 to slide along the first sliding groove 38, the second transverse portion 321 and the connecting portion 322 slide along the length direction of the first sliding groove 38, the second transverse portion 321 is attached to the side wall of the connecting steel plate, the limit bolt 341 is rotated, and when the limit bolt 341 passes through the first sliding block 37 to abut against the bottom wall of the first sliding groove 38, the limit of the first sliding block 37 is realized; and then the second longitudinal part 323 and the connecting part 322 are pushed, the second longitudinal part 323 drives the second slide block 35 to slide along the second slide groove 36, so that the second longitudinal part 323 and the connecting part 322 slide along the length direction of the second slide groove 36, the second longitudinal part 323 is attached to the side wall of the connecting steel plate, the limit bolt 341 is rotated, and the limit of the second slide block 35 is realized when the limit bolt 341 passes through the second slide block 35 and abuts against the bottom wall of the second slide groove 36.
Adjusting the first motor 241, wherein an output shaft of the first motor 241 drives a first threaded rod 242 to rotate, the first threaded rod 242 drives a first sliding block 27 to slide along a first sliding groove 271, the first sliding block 27 drives a rotating pedestal 23 to move, the rotating pedestal 23 drives a connecting steel plate to move along the length direction of the first sliding groove 271, and the rotating pedestal 23 drives a positioning rod 31, an adjusting rod 32 and the connecting steel plate to move until a drill bit of the punching machine is opposite to the punching position; then, the second motor 251 is adjusted, the output shaft of the second motor 251 drives the second threaded rod 252 to rotate, the second threaded rod 252 drives the second sliding block 28 to move, the second sliding block 28 drives the adjusting pedestal 22 and the rotating pedestal 23 to move, the rotating pedestal 23 drives the connecting steel plate to move along the length direction of the first sliding groove 271, and when the connecting steel plate moves to the position where the drill bit of the punching machine is opposite to the punching position, the connecting steel plate can be punched.

Claims (5)
1. The auxiliary positioning device for the punching of the tunnel steel arch connecting steel plate comprises a frame (1) and is characterized by also comprising a supporting table (2) and a positioning mechanism (3) for fixing the position of the connecting steel plate;
the supporting table (2) is arranged on the frame (1);
the positioning mechanism (3) comprises a positioning rod (31) and an adjusting rod (32);
the positioning rod (31) and the adjusting rod (32) are positioned in the same horizontal plane, the planes of the positioning rod (31) and the adjusting rod (32) are parallel to the top wall of the supporting table (2), the positioning rod (31) and the adjusting rod (32) are positioned at two opposite corner positions of the connecting steel plate, and the positioning rod (31) and the adjusting rod (32) form a clamping area (33) for clamping the connecting steel plate;
the positioning rod (31) comprises a first transverse part (312) and a first longitudinal part (311) which are integrally arranged, and the first transverse part (312) and the first longitudinal part (311) are abutted with two adjacent side walls of the connecting steel plate;
the adjusting rod (32) comprises a second transverse part (321), a second longitudinal part (323), a connecting part (322) and a limiting piece (34);
the second transverse portion (321) is arranged in parallel with the first transverse portion (312), and the second longitudinal portion (323) is arranged in parallel with the first longitudinal portion (311);
the connecting part (322) comprises a transverse sliding section (3221) and a longitudinal sliding section (3222) which are integrally arranged, the transverse sliding section (3221) is arranged in parallel with the second transverse part (321), the transverse sliding section (3221) is connected with the second transverse part (321) in a sliding manner, the longitudinal sliding section (3222) is arranged in parallel with the second longitudinal part (323), and the longitudinal sliding section (3222) is connected with the second longitudinal part (323) in a sliding manner;
the limiting piece (34) is used for limiting the second transverse part (321) and the second longitudinal part (323);
the supporting table (2) comprises a rotating table seat (23), an adjusting table seat (22) and a base (21) which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom;
a first sliding block (37) is arranged at one end, far away from the transverse sliding section (3221), of the second transverse part (321), a first sliding groove (38) for sliding the first sliding block (37) is formed in the side wall of the supporting table (2), and the first sliding groove (38) is arranged along the length direction of the second longitudinal part (323);
a second sliding block (35) is arranged at one end, far away from the longitudinal sliding section (3222), of the second longitudinal part (323), a second sliding groove (36) for sliding the second sliding block (35) is formed in the side wall of the supporting table (2), and the second sliding groove (36) is arranged along the length direction of the second transverse part (321);
the limiting piece (34) is arranged on the first sliding block (37) and the second sliding block (35);
the first chute (38), the second chute (36), the positioning rod (31) and the adjusting rod (32) are all positioned on the rotating pedestal (23);
the adjusting pedestal (22) is provided with a first sliding groove (271) on the top wall, the first sliding groove (271) is formed along the length direction of the first longitudinal part (311), the bottom wall of the rotating pedestal (23) is provided with a first sliding block (27) sliding along the first sliding groove (271), the rotating pedestal (23) is connected with the first sliding block (27), and the adjusting pedestal (22) is provided with a first adjusting piece (24) for driving the first sliding block (27) to slide along the first sliding groove (271);
the adjusting pedestal (22) is provided with a second sliding block (28) on the bottom wall, the base (21) is provided with a second sliding groove (281) for sliding the second sliding block (28), the second sliding groove (281) is arranged along the length direction of the first transverse part (312), and the base (21) is provided with a second adjusting piece (25) for driving the second sliding block (28) to slide along the second sliding groove (281);
the base (21) is connected with the frame (1);
the rotating pedestal (23) is rotationally connected with the first sliding block (27), and a positioning piece (26) for fixing the position of the rotating pedestal (23) is arranged on the rotating pedestal (23).

The auxiliary positioning device for punching of a tunnel steel arch connecting steel plate according to claim 1, wherein the first adjusting member (24) comprises a first threaded rod (242), the first threaded rod (242) penetrates through the first sliding block (27), the first threaded rod (242) is in threaded connection with the first sliding block (27), the first threaded rod (242) is arranged along the length direction of the first sliding groove (271), and the first threaded rod (242) is in rotational connection with the adjusting pedestal (22).

The auxiliary positioning device for punching a steel plate for tunnel steel arch connection according to claim 1, wherein the second adjusting member (25) comprises a second threaded rod (252), the second threaded rod (252) penetrates through the second sliding block (28), the second threaded rod (252) is in threaded connection with the second sliding block (28), the second threaded rod (252) is arranged along the length direction of the second sliding groove (281), and the second threaded rod (252) is in rotary connection with the base (21).

The auxiliary positioning device for punching a tunnel steel arch connecting steel plate according to claim 1, wherein the positioning piece (26) comprises at least one positioning bolt (261), the positioning bolt (261) passes through the rotating pedestal (23) to be abutted with the adjusting pedestal (22), and the positioning bolt (261) is in threaded connection with the rotating pedestal (23).
