It should be noted that the shape of the first light passing hole 301 and the second light passing hole 101 may be circular, or may be other shapes such as oval, rectangle, trapezoid, etc., as long as it can be realized that the first light passing hole 301 and the second light passing hole 101 can be covered when the light-transmitting sheet 20 is mounted on the first mounting member 30, and the emitted light of the oven lamp 40 for illumination can enter the inside of the accommodating cavity through the first light passing hole 301, the light-transmitting sheet 20 and the second light passing hole 101, and is not particularly limited herein.
Alternatively, the first mounting member 30 may be formed with two opposing surfaces. Wherein the first mounting surface 30a faces the sidewall 100. The first mounting surface 30a may be partially attached to the sidewall 100 to reduce the space occupied by the first mounting member 30 disposed outside the cooking cavity. Further, the edges of the first mounting member 30 and the side wall 100 may be respectively provided with a mating fixing bracket to achieve a fixed connection therebetween. The fixed connection mode includes, but is not limited to, welding, bonding, screw connection, rivet connection, clamping, magnetic adsorption and the like.
In some implementations of embodiments of the present application, the cooking appliance 10 may be used to cook food. During cooking, the cooking apparatus 10 heats food accommodated inside the cooking cavity through the cooking cavity. In the process of heating food, air inside the cooking cavity is heated and expanded at the same time, and thus expanded high-temperature air may be sprayed to the first mounting member 30 mounted outside the cooking cavity through the second through hole 101. The high temperature air may be further blown to the second mounting member 50 and the furnace lamp 40 mounted to the second mounting member 50 through the first light passing hole 301. And the cooking device 10 that this application embodiment provided includes the printing opacity piece 20 that corresponds the setting of second light hole 101, and printing opacity piece 20 can block the spun high temperature air of culinary art chamber to avoid high temperature air to spout and lead to reducing the life of stove lamp 40 or even injure the user on stove lamp 40. Similarly, the light-transmitting sheet 20 may block high-temperature steam or food residues, etc. that may be emitted through the second light-transmitting hole 101 during use of the cooking apparatus 10. In addition, by mounting the light transmissive sheet 20 at the first mounting member 30 provided outside the cooking cavity, rather than directly mounting the light transmissive sheet 20 to the side wall 100, the mounting or dismounting of the light transmissive sheet 20 can be facilitated, thereby facilitating a user to dismount the light transmissive sheet 20, which is stained or damaged, for cleaning or replacement during use.
It is understood that the light-transmitting sheet 20 may completely cover the first light-passing hole 301 and the second light-passing hole 101 to prevent the high-temperature air, the high-temperature steam or the food residue in the cooking cavity from being ejected from the gap due to the gap existing between the light-transmitting sheet 20 mounted to the first mounting member 30 and the region where the first light-passing hole 301 or the second light-passing hole 101 is located.
Alternatively, the first mounting surface 30a has a ventilation groove 310, and the ventilation groove 310 may be a concave profiling recessed from the first mounting surface 30a in a direction away from the sidewall 100. The vent groove 310 may have a first vent hole 3101 communicating with the outside, while the side wall 100 is provided with a second vent hole 102 communicating with the vent groove 310, so that an air passage for allowing the circulation of air may be formed in the vent groove 310, and the first vent hole 3101 and the second vent hole 102 may be used to allow the entrance and exit of air. Among them, the first vent 3101 may be a gap formed between the bottom wall of the vent groove 310 and the side wall 100; the second ventilation opening 102 may be a through hole opened in the sidewall 100. The second ventilation opening 102 may be formed of a plurality of fine through holes to prevent impurities entering the air duct from entering the cooking cavity through the second ventilation opening 102, and the shape of the through holes is not limited. In the embodiment of the present application, the ventilation slot 310, the first ventilation opening 3101 and the second ventilation opening 102 may cooperate to realize the ventilation between the cooking cavity and the outside air, so as to improve the heat dissipation effect of the cooking apparatus 10; meanwhile, by providing the ventilation groove 310 in the first installation member 30, an additional installation structure for implementing ventilation in the side wall 100 can be avoided, and the occupation of the outer wall space of the cooking apparatus 10 is reduced.
With continuing reference to fig. 1 in conjunction with fig. 3, fig. 3 is an enlarged view of a portion of the cooking apparatus 10 provided in the embodiment of fig. 1.
Alternatively, the first mounting surface 30a may be partially recessed in a direction away from the sidewall 100 to form the receiving groove 200, and the receiving groove 200 is configured to be capable of being clearance-fitted with the light-transmitting sheet 20. The receiving groove 200 may include a receiving groove bottom wall 201 and a receiving groove side wall 202. The receiving groove sidewall 202 may be formed to extend outward from the sidewall 100. The receiving groove bottom wall 201 may be formed extending from an end of the receiving groove side wall 202 away from the side wall 100. The extending direction of the receiving groove bottom wall 201 may be parallel to the extending direction of the outer surface of the side wall 100.
Alternatively, the depth of the receiving groove 200 may be the same as the thickness of the light-transmitting sheet 20 or slightly greater than the thickness of the light-transmitting sheet 20. In other words, the length of the receiving groove sidewall 202 may be the same as the thickness of the light transmissive sheet 20 or slightly greater than the thickness of the light transmissive sheet 20.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first mounting member 30 has a surface formed with a receiving groove 200 which is in clearance fit with the light transmissive sheet 20, so that the light transmissive sheet 20 can be mounted between the first mounting member 30 and the side wall 100, and at the same time, the first mounting surface 30a can be attached to the side wall 100 in a region where the receiving groove 200 is not formed. The receiving groove 200 is formed to prevent the light-transmitting sheet 20 mounted on the first mounting member 30 from obstructing the connection between the first mounting member 30 and the side wall 100 when the first mounting member 30 is mounted on the side wall 100, and to prevent the light-transmitting sheet 20 from being damaged due to the mutual pressing of the first mounting member 30 and the side wall 100.
Optionally, the bottom wall 201 of the receiving groove may be further recessed in a direction away from the side wall 100 to form a groove, so as to define the light-transmitting sheet 20, define other accessories in the receiving groove 200, or beautify the appearance. In addition, the area of the first mounting surface 30a where the receiving groove 200 is not formed may be partially recessed in a direction away from the side wall 100 to form a similar groove. Such a channel may be used to mount other accessories of the cooking apparatus 10. The shape, size and forming position of the groove body can be designed according to the fittings to be installed as required, and are not particularly limited.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first mounting member 30 is recessed in a direction away from the side wall 100 by the first mounting surface 30a, so that the first mounting surface 30a can be attached to the side wall 100, and the cooking apparatus 10 can mount a plurality of components such as the light-transmitting sheet 20 between the first mounting member 30 and the side wall 100. Thereby, the first mounting member 30 can be covered on a plurality of components, which can hide the components inconvenient to be exposed to the outside under the first mounting member 30 and improve the appearance effect of the cooking apparatus 10. Similarly, the first mounting member 30 may be mounted at other locations of the cooking chamber and correspondingly mount other components of the cooking apparatus 10 between the first mounting member 30 and the cooking chamber.
Alternatively, the receiving groove 200 may be formed with an access opening 210 communicating with the outside, so that the light-transmitting sheet 20 can enter and exit the receiving groove 200 through the access opening 210. The access opening 210 may be formed at an edge of the receiving groove 200 to facilitate the access of the light-transmitting sheet 20. For example, the edges of the receiving groove bottom wall 201 may be provided with an area where the receiving groove side wall 202 is not formed, so that when the first mounting member 30 is mounted to the side wall 100, a gap, i.e., the access opening 210, is formed between the receiving groove bottom wall 201 and the side wall 100, and the light-transmitting sheet 20 can be inserted into the receiving groove 200 through the access opening 210. Alternatively, the receiving-groove side walls 202 may be opened with an opening, i.e., the access opening 210, so that the light-transmitting sheet 20 can be inserted into the receiving-groove side walls 202 through the access opening 210.
Optionally, the bottom wall 201 of the accommodating groove is provided with a first light through hole 301, so that external light can penetrate through the accommodating groove 200. The receiving groove 200 may include a mounting region 302, and the mounting region 302 may be used to mount the light-transmitting sheet 20. The first light passing hole 301 may be opened in the mounting region 302, so that the light transmissive sheet 20 may cover a region corresponding to the first light passing hole 301.
Optionally, the accommodating groove 200 may further include a sliding region 303, the sliding region 303 is communicated with the mounting region 302, and the sliding region 303 may be used to provide a sliding space for the light-transmitting sheet 20. The receiving groove 200 can be in transition fit with the light-transmitting sheet 20, so that the light-transmitting sheet 20 entering the receiving groove 200 can slide from the sliding region 303 to the mounting region 302 and be mounted on the mounting region 302.
Alternatively, the access opening 210 may be formed in the sliding region 303, so that the light-transmitting sheet 20 can be inserted into or removed from the sliding region 303 through the access opening 210. The edge of the mounting area 302 may be provided with a snap 220, which may be used to define the light transmissive sheet 20 slipped to the mounting area 302 at the mounting area 302.
Optionally, one or more snaps 220 may be provided. The clip 220 can be disposed at a first end of the mounting region 302 away from the sliding region 303, so that when the light-transmitting sheet 20 slides to a position where the mounting region 302 pre-mounts the light-transmitting sheet 20, the clip 220 can prevent the light-transmitting sheet 20 from sliding further. The light transmissive sheet 20 may have an interference fit with the mounting region 302 provided with the snaps 220. The position of the pre-installed light-transmitting sheet 20 may be the position of the bottom wall 201 of the accommodating groove with the first light-passing hole 301. The light-transmitting sheet 20 mounted on the mounting region 302 may cover a side of the first light-transmitting hole 301 facing the clip 220. The buckle 220 disposed at the first end of the mounting region 302 can prevent the light-transmitting sheet 20 from sliding excessively to cover the corresponding region of the first light-transmitting hole 301. Of course, the light-transmitting sheet 20 installed in the installation area 302 may cover a side of the second light-transmitting hole 101 facing the first mounting member 30.
Optionally, the clip 220 may be further disposed at least one end between the first end of the mounting region 302 and the second end of the mounting region 302 close to the sliding region 303 to prevent the light-transmitting sheet 20 from sliding in a direction other than the sliding direction in the mounting region 302. For example, in the embodiment of fig. 3, the first end and the second end of the mounting area 302 are the left end and the right end of the mounting area 302, respectively. The buckle 220 disposed at the first end of the mounting region 302 can prevent the light-transmitting sheet 20 from sliding leftwards after reaching the first end. At least one end of the mounting region 302 between the first and second ends may refer to the upper and lower ends of the mounting region 302. When the light-transmitting sheet 20 slides between the first end and the second end of the mounting region, the light-transmitting sheet 20 may move in the upper direction to be separated from the mounting region 302. The latch 220 disposed at the upper end of the mounting region 302 can prevent the light-transmitting sheet 20 from sliding upwards. Similarly, the clip 220 can be disposed at the lower end of the mounting portion 302 to prevent the light-transmitting sheet 20 from sliding downward.
Further, the plurality of fasteners 220 may be disposed around the first light passing hole 301. Therefore, when the light-transmitting sheet 20 moves to the area corresponding to the first light-passing hole 301, the light-transmitting sheet 20 can be simultaneously clamped to the plurality of buckles 220 to prevent the light-transmitting sheet 20 from being separated from the area corresponding to the first light-passing hole 301 along each direction. Of course, the area between the installation area 302 and the sliding area 303 is not provided with the buckle 220, so that the light-transmitting sheet 20 can enter the sliding area 303 from the entrance 210 and slide to the installation area 302 to be buckled with the buckle 220. Therefore, the buckle 220 can fix the light-transmitting sheet 20 at the region corresponding to the first light-transmitting hole 301. The light-transmitting sheet 20 can also be separated from the latch 220 and moved toward the sliding region 303 to disengage from the receiving groove 200.
Optionally, clasp 220 may include, but is not limited to, an extension 2201 and a mating portion 2202. The extension 2201 may extend from the first mounting element 30 along the plane of the first mounting element 30 and then extend to the side facing the pre-installed light transmissive sheet 20. Alternatively, the extension 2201 may extend from the first mounting member 30 toward the side where the light transmissive sheet 20 is pre-mounted. When the light transmissive sheet 20 is engaged with the latch 220, the extension 2201 can limit the light transmissive sheet 20 from moving in a direction parallel to the sidewall 100 to limit the light transmissive sheet 20 in the region of the first light transmission hole 301. The fitting portion 2202 may be extended from the extension 2201 toward an area where the light transmissive sheet 20 is pre-installed in a direction parallel to the sidewall 100. So that the fitting portion 2202 restricts the movement of the light-transmissive sheet 20 in a direction perpendicular to the side wall 100 when the light-transmissive sheet 20 is coupled to the catch 220 to prevent the light-transmissive sheet 20 from being separated from the first mounting member 30.
In addition, in other embodiments of the present application, the buckle 220 may also be deformed based on the above structure. For example, the light-transmitting sheet 20 may be provided with a groove structure at the periphery thereof, and the latch 220 may be formed with a protrusion capable of engaging with the groove structure. Therefore, when the light transmissive sheet 20 is moved to the position where the light transmissive sheet 20 is pre-installed, the buckle 220 can sink into the slot structure to limit the light transmissive sheet 20. Of course, the clip 220 may have other shapes as long as it can limit the sliding of the light-transmitting sheet 20 in the mounting area 302, and is not particularly limited herein.
Alternatively, the extension 2201 of the clip 220 may be formed extending from the receiving groove bottom wall 201 toward the side where the light transmissive sheet 20 is pre-installed. The fitting portion 2202 may be formed to extend from the extension portion 2201 toward one side of the pre-installed light transmissive sheet 20. The extending direction of the fitting portion 2202 may be parallel to the extending direction of the receiving groove bottom wall 201. Alternatively, part of the receiving groove sidewalls 202 may function as a stopper to define the light-transmitting sheet 20. It should be understood that the receiving groove sidewalls 202 are formed by extending from the receiving groove bottom wall 201 toward the side of the pre-installed light transmissive sheet 20, as well as the latch 220, so that at least a portion of the receiving groove sidewalls 202 can also serve as a retaining wall similar to the extending portion 2201. Alternatively, the receiving groove sidewall 202 may also be directly regarded as the extending portion 2201. The fitting portion 2202 may be formed to extend from the receiving groove side wall 202 toward the side where the light-transmitting sheet 20 is pre-mounted. That is, the latch 220 may be formed to extend from the receiving groove sidewall 202 toward the side of the receiving groove bottom wall 201 where the light-transmitting sheet 20 is pre-mounted. Of course, the latch 220 may also be formed by extending from the area of the first mounting surface 30a where the receiving groove 200 is not formed toward the side where the light-transmitting sheet 20 is to be mounted.
It should be noted that the clip 220 may be integrally formed with the first mounting member 30, or may be an external component that is fixedly mounted to the first mounting member 30. Other limiting structures may be adopted in other embodiments of the present application instead of the fasteners 220, for example, the light-transmitting sheet 20 and the receiving groove 200 are correspondingly provided with a magnetic absorption structure that can be engaged, and the like, which is not limited herein.
Alternatively, the length of the receiving groove 200 may be equal to or greater than twice the width of the light-transmitting sheet 20. Wherein the length of the mounting region 302 may be equal to or greater than the width of the light-transmissive sheet 20. The length of the slip region 303 may be equal to or greater than the width of the light transmissive sheet 20. So that the light-transmitting sheet 20 can be inserted into the slip region 303 in a direction perpendicular to the width. The light-transmitting sheet 20 is completely accommodated in the sliding area 303 and then can slide to the mounting area 302 along the width direction.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the length of the slip region 303 may be smaller than the width of the light-transmitting sheet 20. The doorway 210 of the glide zone 303 may be formed at an end facing away from the mounting zone 302. For example, the entrance 210 of the sliding region 303 can be formed on the sidewall 202 of the receiving cavity, so that the light-transmitting sheet 20 can be inserted into the sliding region 303 along the broadside direction and can slide to the mounting region 302 along the broadside direction. In addition, the width of the receiving groove 200 is equal to or slightly larger than the height of the light-transmitting sheet 20, so that the light-transmitting sheet 20 can be inserted into the sliding region 303 from the entrance 210 and slid to the mounting region 302.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the length direction of the accommodating groove 200 refers to the extending direction from the sliding region 303 to the mounting region 302. The width direction of the accommodating groove 200 refers to a direction perpendicular to the length direction extending along the surface of the accommodating groove bottom wall 201. The width direction of the light-transmitting sheet 20 corresponds to the sliding direction of the light-transmitting sheet 20 in the accommodating groove 200. The height direction of the light-transmitting sheet 20 corresponds to a direction perpendicular to the widthwise direction extending along the surface of the light-transmitting sheet 20. It is to be understood that the above-identified orientations or positional relationships are based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings or orientations or positional relationships conventionally found in use of the products of the present application, and are intended to facilitate the description of the embodiments and simplify the description of the present application, but are not intended to indicate or imply that the referenced devices or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.
It should be noted that the terms "horizontal", "vertical" and the like do not imply that the components are absolutely required to be horizontal or vertical, but may be slightly inclined; the terms "parallel", "perpendicular" and the like are also intended to mean neither absolutely parallel nor perpendicular between the fittings, but rather may form an angular deviation. For example, "horizontal" merely means that the direction is more horizontal than "vertical" and does not mean that the structure must be perfectly horizontal, but may be slightly inclined. Taking the extension 2201 and the fitting portion 2202 as an example, the extension 2201 extending from the bottom wall 201 of the receiving groove toward the side where the light transmissive sheet 20 is pre-installed may be used to limit the movement of the light transmissive sheet 20 in a direction parallel to the side wall 100. It should be understood that the extension 2201 may extend perpendicularly to the surface of the receiving groove bottom wall 201 or extend outwardly at an angle to the surface of the receiving groove bottom wall 201. In addition to limiting the movement of the light transmissive sheet 20 in a direction parallel to the side walls 100, the light transmissive sheet 20 may also be used to limit the movement of the light transmissive sheet 20 in other directions that are at an angle to the direction parallel to the side walls 100. Similarly, the fitting portion 2202 does not extend in a direction parallel to the extending direction of the side wall 100, and the limited sliding movement of the light-transmitting sheet 20 is not only in a direction perpendicular to the side wall 100. The fitting portion 2202 may be formed by bending one end of the extending portion 2201, or may be a fitting that is independent of the extending portion 2201, and the fitting extending portion 2201 constitutes the clip 220.
In the embodiment of the present application, the light-transmitting sheet 20 can enter the sliding region 303 through the entrance 210 and slide to the installation region 302, so as to cooperate with the clip 220 to be fixed in the receiving groove 200. The light-transmitting sheet 20 can also be separated from the latch 220 and moved toward the access opening 210 to be separated from the receiving groove 200, so that the light-transmitting sheet 20 can be mounted on or dismounted from the first mounting member 30. Accordingly, the light-transmitting sheet 20 may be inserted into the first mounting member 30 to block hot air, hot steam, food residue, etc. in the cooking chamber from being blown onto the burner 40, and also may be taken out from the first mounting member 30 to be easily cleaned or replaced, thereby effectively reducing costs and time required for maintenance and cleaning of the cooking apparatus 10.
Further, with continuing reference to fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 4 and 5, fig. 4 is a schematic view of an assembly structure of the fixing element 70 provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 5 is an enlarged view of a partial structure of the fixing element 70 provided in the embodiment of fig. 4.
Optionally, the receiving groove 200 further has a first mounting hole 230. The first mounting hole 230 may be opened in the receiving groove bottom wall 201. The first mounting hole 230 may be located between the mounting zone 302 and the glide zone 303. The mounting member 60 can be disposed in the first mounting hole 230, and one end of the mounting member 60 facing the first mounting surface 30a protrudes from the surface of the receiving groove bottom wall 201. The clip 220 and the mounting member 60 can now be used to clip the light transmissive sheet 20.
Further, the mounting area 302 has a first side 3021, a second side 3022, a third side 3023, and a fourth side 3024. The first side 3021 and the second side 3022 are disposed opposite to each other, the third side 3023 and the fourth side 3024 are disposed opposite to each other, and the second side 3022 faces the sliding region 303. The latch 220 can be disposed on the first side 3021, the third side 3023 and the fourth side 3024 to latch the light transmissive sheet 20 in the mounting area 302, and the light transmissive sheet 20 can also slide toward the second side 3022 to be separated from the mounting area 302. Alternatively, the fourth side 3024 may also be provided with receiving groove sidewalls 202 as retaining walls instead of the clips 220.
Specifically, the mounting member 60 may be a cylindrical structural member such as a screw or a rivet. Taking the mounting member 60 as an example of a screw, the first mounting hole 230 may be provided with a thread to be engaged with the mounting member 60, so that the mounting member 60 may be provided in the first mounting hole 230 and be screwed with the receiving groove bottom wall 201. Of course, the mounting member 60 may be riveted to the receiving-groove bottom wall 201 as a rivet. One side of the mounting member 60 disposed in the first mounting hole 230 protrudes from the surface of the bottom wall 201 of the receiving groove, so that the mounting member 60 can prevent the light-transmitting sheet 20 mounted in the mounting region 302 from sliding toward the sliding region 303. In other words, the light-transmitting sheet 20 sliding from the sliding region 303 to the mounting region 302 may be initially fixed to the buckle 220, and the light-transmitting sheet 20 clamped to the buckle 220 may also slide toward the sliding region 303. Further, the mounting members 60 disposed in the mounting region 302 and the sliding region 303 protrude from the bottom wall 201 of the receiving groove to prevent the light-transmitting sheet 20 from sliding toward the sliding region 303, so that the light-transmitting sheet 20 is fixed in the mounting region 302 by engaging with the fasteners 220.
In this application embodiment, buckle 220 can be located to the card earlier to the printing opacity piece 20 that gets into holding tank 200 to realize preliminary spacing in holding tank 200, the rethread card is located the installed part 60 of protrusion holding tank diapire 201 and is realized the fixed in holding tank 200. Wherein, printing opacity piece 20 and buckle 220 accessible slide and realize joint or separation, and connected mode such as installed part 60 accessible threaded connection, riveting realize with holding tank 200's installation or separation to buckle 220 and installed part 60 can cooperate and install printing opacity piece 20 firmly in holding tank 200, also can easily realize printing opacity piece 20 and holding tank 200's separation, the installation or the dismantlement of printing opacity piece 20 of being convenient for.
Note that, the structure in which the accommodating groove 200 is formed in the first mounting surface 30a of the first mounting member 30 is only present in some of the present embodiments. In other embodiments of the present application, the first mounting member 30 may not be provided with the accommodating groove 200. For example, the first mounting surface 30a may be provided with a bracket or the like to form a mounting space in which the light-transmitting sheet 20 may be mounted between the side wall 100 and the first mounting member 30. Alternatively, the first mounting element 30 includes the mounting region 302 and the sliding region 303 formed on the surface of the first mounting element 30 facing away from the side wall 100, and the light-transmitting sheet 20 may be mounted between the first mounting element 30 and the second mounting element 50. It is to be understood that, when the first mounting element 30 is not provided with the receiving groove 200, the extension 2201 of the catch 220 may extend from the first mounting element 30 toward one side of the pre-installed light transmissive sheet 20, and the fitting portion 2202 from the extension 2201 may extend toward an area of the pre-installed light transmissive sheet 20 in an extending direction of the surface of the first mounting element 30. Similarly, other structures disposed in the accommodating groove 200 can be disposed at the position where the accommodating groove 200 is not disposed on the first mounting member 30, and are not limited in detail.
Optionally, the second mounting element 50 is disposed on a side of the first mounting element 30 facing away from the pre-installed light transmissive sheet 20 and is connected to the first mounting element 30.
Further, please refer to fig. 6 to 8 in combination, in which fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of the second mounting element 50 according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 7 is an assembly structural diagram of the fixing element 70 according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 8 is an enlarged partial structural view of the fixing element 70 according to the embodiment of fig. 7.
Optionally, the second mounting element 50 comprises a cover 400. The cover 400 may include a cover top wall 410 and first and second cover sidewalls 420a and 420b formed at both ends of the cover top wall 410, respectively. The first cover side wall 420a, the second cover side wall 420b and the cover top wall 410 may cooperate to form a receiving cavity 430 for receiving the burner lamp 40.
Optionally, second mount 50 further comprises a first mount 440 and a second mount 450. The first mounting seat 440 can be disposed at an end of the first cover sidewall 420a away from the cover top wall 410. The second mounting seat 450 can be disposed at an end of the second cover sidewall 420b away from the cover top wall 410. In other words, the first and second mounting seats 440 and 450 may be respectively provided at both ends of the second mount 50. The cover 400 may be mounted to the first mounting member 30 by the first mounting seat 440 and the second mounting seat 450. The first mounting member 30 may include a second mounting surface 30b disposed opposite the first mounting surface 30 a. The second mounting member 50 may be partially snugly disposed on the second mounting surface 30 b. The second mounting face 30b has a mating region 304, the mating region 304 being disposed opposite the mounting region 302. The second mounting member 50 may be provided at the mating region 304. While the emitted light of the oven lamp 40 installed in the receiving chamber 430 can be emitted into the inside of the cooking chamber through the first mounting member 30.
Optionally, the cover 400 further includes a third cover sidewall 420 c. The third cover sidewall 420c may be formed with a through hole 460, and the receiving chamber 430 communicates with the outside through the through hole 460, so that the burner lamp 40 received in the receiving chamber 430 may be connected to an external part. For example, the oven lamp 40 may be electrically connected to a power source outside the second mounting member 50 through the through hole 460. Specifically, the electrode of the burner lamp 40 may be caught at the through hole 460 so as to be electrically connected with the outside. The through hole 460 may be provided with a switch structure that can be opened and closed, so that whether to communicate the through hole 460 with the outside can be selected as desired. Of course, the through holes 460 may be disposed at other positions of the cover 400, and the shape and the number of the through holes 460 may also be set according to actual requirements, for example, the shape of the through holes 460 may be circular, oval, rectangular, polygonal, etc., and the number of the through holes 460 may be one or more, which is not limited herein.
Please continue to refer to fig. 3 and fig. 6 to 8. Further, the first mount 30 may include a cartridge 240. The second mounting seat 450 can cooperate with the clamping seat 240 to clamp the second mounting member 50 to the first mounting member 30. In addition, the second mount 50 may have a second mounting hole 4401. The second mounting hole 4401 may be opened in the first mounting seat 440. The mounting member 60 may be provided to the second mounting hole 4401 to fix the second mounting member 50 to the first mounting member 30. Thus, the second mounting member 50 can be initially retained on the first mounting member 30 by engaging the second mounting seat 450 provided at one end thereof with the clamping seat 240. Further, the second mounting member 50 can also be snapped to the first mounting member 30 at the other end by means of the mounting member 60. In other words, the clamp 240 and the mount 60 can cooperate to clamp the second mount 50 to the first mount 30.
Further, the second mounting hole 4401 may correspond to the first mounting hole 230. The mounting member 60 may be inserted through the first and second mounting holes 230 and 4401. In other words, the second mounting element 50 and the light-transmitting sheet 20 can be fixedly mounted by one mounting element 60 simultaneously penetrating the second mounting hole 4401 and the first mounting hole 230.
It should be noted that the shape of the first mounting hole 230 and the second mounting hole 4401 may be circular, or may be other shapes such as oval, rectangle, trapezoid, etc., and may be designed according to actual requirements, and is not limited herein. Of course, the first and second mounting holes 230 and 4401 should be able to mate with the mounting member 60.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 9 and 10 in combination, in which fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a first mounting element 30 according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 10 is an enlarged partial structural view of the first mounting element 30 according to the embodiment of fig. 9.
Optionally, first mount 30 has a mating hole 2401. The insertion holes 2401 may be provided with one or more, for example, two. The plug hole 2401 may be opened in the card socket 240. The clamping seat 240 can be disposed on the receiving groove 200, such as formed on the receiving groove bottom wall 201. The cartridge 240 may be disposed on a side of the mounting region 302 facing away from the glide region 303. The clamping seat 240 may form a groove protruding from the bottom wall 201 of the receiving groove toward the first mounting seat 440. The bottom wall of the trough body is arranged on one side of the first installation part 30 facing the second installation part 50, and the side wall extends to the first installation part 30 from the bottom wall. A plug hole 2401 may be formed between the bottom wall and the side wall of the tank body. The cartridge 240 may be provided with one or more raised channels. For example, a protruding groove is formed at each of the upper and lower ends of the bottom wall 201 of the receiving groove to form two insertion holes 2401. The clamping seat 240 may extend from the receiving groove bottom wall 201 toward the mounting area 302 away from the sliding area 303. While the mating hole 2401 may extend in a direction from the glide region 303 toward the mount region 302.
Further, please refer to fig. 11 and 12 in combination, in which fig. 11 is a schematic view illustrating an assembly structure of the fixing element 70 according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 12 is an enlarged view illustrating a partial structure of the fixing element 70 according to the embodiment of fig. 11.
Optionally, the second mount 50 has a socket 4501. A plug portion 4501 may be formed at an end of the second mounting seat 450 away from the first mounting seat 440. The second mount 450 may be formed with one or more sockets 4501. The inserting portions 4501 extend from the second mounting member 50 toward the extending direction of the inserting holes 2401, and may correspond to the inserting holes 2401 one by one. The plug portion 4501 can be matched with the plug hole 2401, so that the plug portion 4501 can be inserted into the plug hole 2401. The second mounting member 50 can be engaged with the first mounting member 30 and moved toward the extending direction of the inserting hole 2401 to insert the inserting part 4501 into the inserting hole 2401, so that the end of the second mounting member 50 provided with the inserting part 4501 is clamped to the first mounting member 30.
Please refer to fig. 3, fig. 5, fig. 6 and fig. 12. Alternatively, the second mounting hole 4401 and the inserting part 4501 may be respectively provided at both ends of the second mounting part 50. The mating portion 4501 may extend from the second mounting element 50 in a direction away from the second mounting hole 4401. In the embodiment of the present application, the second mounting element 50 can be moved in the extending direction of the inserting portion 4501, so that the position of the end of the second mounting element 50 provided with the second mounting hole 4401 on the first mounting element 30 can be adjusted while the end of the second mounting element 50 provided with the inserting portion 4501 is clamped to the clamping seat 240. The extending direction of the inserting part 4501 may be the same as the sliding direction of the light-transmitting sheet 20 in the accommodating groove 200. In other words, the second mounting element 50 can be moved toward the extending direction of the inserting part 4501 until the second mounting hole 4401 just overlaps the first mounting hole 230. At this time, the installation member 60 may be simultaneously inserted into the second installation hole 4401 and the first installation hole 230 in sequence to be simultaneously disposed at the first installation hole 230 and the second installation hole 4401, so that the light-transmissive sheet 20 is also fixed at the installation area 302 while the second installation member 50 is fixed at the first installation member 30.
