The invention discloses a method for quickly acquiring important information of a user based on a cellular wireless network, which enables the user to acquire the important information from a network side under the conditions of opening a fast reading notification service and not accessing the network and display the important information on an APP layer by using an original paging channel and a newly added one-way fast notification channel of the cellular wireless network; the operator can periodically send the important information to the target user, and the problem that the user is easily congested by a wireless network at a specific time and place, cannot access the network due to the congestion of the user and other factors, and cannot acquire the important information from the network side is solved.

the user subscribes a quick notification service to a cellular wireless network operator, and the cellular wireless network uses a quick notification channel to send important information to a target user in a specified time period and area;
the target user opens the quick notification service in the appointed quick notification service time period, and the target user equipment starts to monitor important information from the network;
in the appointed quick notification service time period and area, the operator quick notification server acquires important information of a target user from a network side and sends the important information to target user equipment through a quick notification channel;
the target user equipment receives and presents the important information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the fast notification channel is an original paging channel of the cellular radio network.
3. The method of claim 1 wherein the fast notification channel is a new unidirectional fast notification channel.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the user comprises a quick notification service organizer or a quick notification service target user.
5. The method of claim 1 further comprising the step of shutting down the fast notification service for the target subscriber.
6. The method of claim 1 further comprising the step of the operator terminating the subscription to the quick notification service after a specified period of time has expired.
7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the quick notification service adds a security information bit in a reserved bit of the short message in the paging channel for broadcasting whether the subscriber is in a security state.

The method of claim 3, wherein the fast Notification channel is configured with a fixed, special Notification-radio network temporary identifier (Notification-RNTI), configures a Notification opportunity (Notification accounting), and ensures that the target ue only listens for the Notification-radio network temporary identifier at the Notification opportunity, thereby further saving power.
9. A method according to claim 3, wherein the content and format of the fast notification channel, consistent with the paging channel, contains the Temporary Mobile Subscriber Identity (TMSI) or International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) of the target subscriber to be notified.
10. A method according to claim 3, wherein said taking the value of the notification-radio network temporary identifier in the fast notification channel comprises using an existing reserved value.
