Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electronic products, and particularly relates to an earphone assembly and an earphone frame.
Background
In the prior art, the headset is used by more and more people due to better sound field layering sense and space sense and more cool appearance. However, because the size of the headset is large, the user can store the headset in a specific position when the user does not want to use the headset.
The earphone bracket is an accessory device of the earphone, and the earphone can be conveniently placed. However, the existing earphone holder is generally an independent product, needs to be purchased by a user independently, is mostly a universal product, and is difficult to be optimally matched with the earphone. Most of the existing earphone supports are of a vertically-high support structure, and the earphone is easy to shake and topple after being placed, so that the earphone can be damaged, or other objects can be damaged or people can be injured by smashing; some earphone supports have designed the base of great area for stability, can occupy great space, and be not convenient for accomodate. The existing earphone support is single in function, and besides the earphone is placed, a plurality of intelligent purposes are difficult to expand.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides an earphone assembly, including: the earphone is provided with a left earphone, a right earphone and a connecting frame between the left earphone and the right earphone; an earphone holder having an outer shape matching an inner profile of the earphone; a liner having a profile matching an outer profile of the earphone; the outer box body is internally provided with a three-dimensional space for accommodating the earphone, the earphone bracket and the lining; when the earphone is accommodated in the outer box body, the earphone support supports the earphone from the inner side of the earphone, and the inner lining supports the earphone from the outer side of the earphone, so that the earphone keeps a preset accommodating shape and is basically fixed relative to the outer box body; when the earphone is not accommodated in the outer box body, the earphone support is separated from the outer box body, and the earphone support can be independently vertically placed and stably bears the earphone.
Preferably, the earphone holder comprises a top portion, a middle portion and a bottom portion connected to each other; when the earphone support is independently and vertically placed, the top, the middle part and the bottom are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the top is used for carrying the connecting frame, spaces on two sides of the middle part are used for containing the left earphone and the right earphone, and the top and the middle part on the upper side of the bottom support are arranged on the bottom.
Preferably, the whole earphone support is of a block-shaped structure basically in an I shape and is provided with a short transverse arm part, a vertical arm part and a long transverse arm part; when the earphone holder is placed upright, the short horizontal arm portion serves as the top portion, the vertical arm portion serves as the intermediate portion, and the long horizontal arm portion serves as the bottom portion.
Preferably, the liner comprises at least a left portion, an upper portion and a right portion; when the earphone is accommodated in the outer box body, the left part is arranged on the left side of the left earphone, the right part is arranged on the right side of the right earphone, and the upper part is arranged on the outer side of the connecting frame.
Preferably, the whole lining is of a block-shaped structure basically in a shape of n, and is provided with a cross arm part and a left long vertical arm part and a right long vertical arm part; when the earphone is accommodated in the outer box body, the cross arm part serves as the upper part, the left long vertical arm part serves as the left part, and the right long vertical arm part serves as the right part.
Preferably, the left long vertical arm part abuts against the left side of the left earphone through a bump structure, and the right long vertical arm part abuts against the right side of the right earphone through a bump structure.
Preferably, the lining further comprises a back plate, and the left part, the upper part and the right part are all arranged close to the surface of the same side of the back plate; when the earphone is accommodated in the outer case, the back plate separates a combination of the earphone and the earphone holder from one wall surface of the outer case.
Preferably, the outer surface of the middle part has a left mating surface and a right mating surface, and when the earphone is placed in cooperation with the earphone holder, the left mating surface is attached to the earmuff of the left earphone, and the right mating surface is attached to the earmuff of the right earphone.
Preferably, the outer surface of the middle part has a left guiding surface and a right guiding surface, when the earphone is placed in cooperation with the earphone holder, the left guiding surface guides the movement of the left earphone to accurately contact the left matching surface, and the right guiding surface guides the movement of the right earphone to accurately contact the right matching surface.
Preferably, the guide surface is a boss ring surface protruding out of the outer surface of the middle part, and the shape of the boss ring surface matches the inner peripheral shape of the annular ear muffs of the left earphone and the right earphone.
Preferably, the top is provided with a long groove for accommodating the connecting frame; the shape of the long groove is matched with that of the connecting frame, and the left earphone and the right earphone are axially symmetrical about the central axis of the earphone bracket when the connecting frame is placed in the long groove.
Preferably, the width of each part of the long groove is not completely the same, and the arrangement is such that the connecting frame cannot move along the length direction of the long groove when the connecting frame is placed in the long groove.
Preferably, the long groove and the connecting frame are detachably clamped by respectively arranging a locking pin and a locking groove on opposite wall surfaces.
Preferably, the outer box body is further provided with a backing plate; when the earphone is accommodated in the outer case, the pad plate separates the combination of the earphone and the earphone holder from the wall surface of the outer case.
The invention also provides an earphone frame, which has a structure that the earphone frame can be used as the earphone support to be applied to any earphone assembly.
The invention provides an earphone assembly and an earphone frame, wherein the earphone assembly comprises an earphone, an earphone support, a lining and an outer box body; the earphone support has an appearance matched with the inner side outline of the earphone, the lining has an appearance matched with the outer side outline of the earphone, and the outer box body is used for accommodating the earphone support, the earphone and the lining; when the earphone is accommodated in the outer box body, the earphone support supports the earphone from the inner side of the earphone, the inner lining supports the earphone from the outer side of the earphone, and the earphone keeps a preset accommodating shape and is basically fixed relative to the outer box body; when the earphone is not accommodated in the outer box body, the earphone support is separated from the outer box body, and the earphone support can be independently vertically placed and stably bears the earphone; can closely fix the earphone to the earphone support on, prevent that the earphone from rocking, the damage that the collision leads to sealed earphone, dustproof antifouling, be convenient for moreover transport, accomodate.

Detailed Description
In order to solve the problems that the existing earphone support is difficult to be optimally matched with an earphone, is easy to shake and topple, is inconvenient to store and is difficult to expand intelligent application, the earphone component provided by the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
example 1:
the present embodiment provides an earphone assembly, please refer to fig. 1-3, which includes:
an earphone 100 having a left earpiece 101, a right earpiece 102, and a connecting frame 103 between the left earpiece 101 and the right earpiece 102;
an earphone holder 200 having an outer shape matching an inner profile of the earphone 100;
an inner liner 300 having a profile matching the outer profile of the earphone 100;
an outer case 400 having a three-dimensional space 401 therein for accommodating the earphone 100, the earphone holder 200, and the inner liner 300;
when the earphone 100 is accommodated in the outer casing 400, the earphone holder 200 supports the earphone 100 from the inside of the earphone 100, and the inner liner 300 supports the earphone 100 from the outside of the earphone 100, by which the earphone 100 maintains a predetermined receiving shape and the earphone 100 is substantially fixed with respect to the outer casing 400;
when the earphone 100 is not accommodated in the outer case 400, the earphone holder 200 is separated from the outer case 400, and the earphone holder 200 can be independently erected and stably supports the earphone 100.
Specifically, the earphone holder 200 includes a top portion 201, a middle portion 202, and a bottom portion 203 connected to each other; when the earphone holder 200 is placed upright, the top portion 201, the middle portion 202 and the bottom portion 203 are arranged in sequence from top to bottom, the top portion 201 carries the connecting frame 103, the space on two sides of the middle portion 202 is used for accommodating the left earphone 101 and the right earphone 102, and the bottom portion 203 supports the top portion 201 and the middle portion 202 on the upper side.
Specifically, the whole earphone holder 200 is a block-shaped structure with a basic shape of "i" and is provided with a short transverse arm part, a vertical arm part and a long transverse arm part; when the earphone holder 200 is placed upright, the short horizontal arm portion serves as the top portion 201, the vertical arm portion serves as the middle portion 202, and the long horizontal arm portion serves as the bottom portion 203.
Specifically, the liner 300 includes at least a left portion 302, an upper portion 301, and a right portion 303; when the earphone 100 is accommodated in the outer casing 400, the left portion 302 is disposed at the left side of the left earphone 101, the right portion 303 is disposed at the right side of the right earphone 102, and the upper portion 301 is disposed at the outer side of the connecting frame 103.
Specifically, the whole lining 300 is a block-shaped structure with a shape of n basically, and is provided with a cross arm part and a left long vertical arm part and a right long vertical arm part; when the earphone 100 is accommodated in the outer case 400, the horizontal arm portion serves as the upper portion 301, the left long vertical arm portion serves as the left portion 302, and the right long vertical arm portion serves as the right portion 303.
Specifically, the left long vertical arm portion abuts against the left side of the left earpiece 101 through a bump structure, and the right long vertical arm portion abuts against the right side of the right earpiece 102 through a bump structure.
Specifically, the liner 300 further comprises a back plate 304, and the left portion 302, the upper portion 301 and the right portion 303 are all arranged close to the same side surface of the back plate 304; when the earphone 100 is received in the outer case 400, the back plate 304 separates a combination of the earphone 100 and the earphone holder 200 from one wall surface of the outer case 400.
Specifically, the outer surface of the middle portion 202 has a left mating surface 204 and a right mating surface 204, and when the earphone 100 is placed in cooperation with the earphone holder 200, the left mating surface 204 fits into the ear cup of the left earpiece 101, and the right mating surface 204 fits into the ear cup of the right earpiece 102. More specifically, the left mating surface 204 fits with the ear cup of the left earpiece 101, forming a closed space between the left mating surface 204 and the left earpiece 101; the right mating surface 204 conforms to the ear cup of the right earpiece 102, forming an enclosed space between the right mating surface 204 and the right earpiece 102; impurities such as dust can be prevented from entering the ear muffs and even entering the earphones.
Specifically, the outer surface of the middle portion 202 has left and right guide surfaces 205, and when the earphone 100 is placed in cooperation with the earphone holder 200, the left guide surface 205 guides the movement of the left earpiece 101 so as to accurately contact the left mating surface 204, and the right guide surface 205 guides the movement of the right earpiece 102 so as to accurately contact the right mating surface 204. The earphone receiver can be conveniently matched with the matching surface 204 through the arrangement, and impurities entering the earmuff and even entering the inner part of the earphone due to misalignment are prevented.
In particular, the guide surface 205 is a convex torus that protrudes outwardly from the outer surface of the middle portion 202, the shape of the convex torus matching the inner peripheral shape of the ear cups of the left earpiece 101, the right earpiece 102. For example, the boss ring surface is a conical boss ring surface or other reducing boss ring surfaces. Through the arrangement, the movement of the left earphone 101 and the right earphone 102 is guided, and the earphone 100 can be prevented from moving up and down to a certain degree, so that the earphone 100 is more stable relative to the earphone holder 200 and is not easy to fall off.
Specifically, the top 201 is provided with a long groove 206 for accommodating the connecting frame 103; the shape of the elongated slot 206 matches the shape of the connecting frame 103, and the arrangement is such that the left earpiece 101 and the right earpiece 102 are axisymmetric with respect to the central axis of the earphone holder 200 when the connecting frame 103 is placed in the elongated slot 206. Through the arrangement, three-point fixed support can be formed on the long groove 206 and the two guide surfaces 205, so that the earphone 100 is more stable relative to the earphone holder 200 and is not easy to fall off.
Specifically, the widths of the long slots 206 are not all the same, and referring to fig. 4, the connecting frame 103 cannot move along the length direction of the long slot 206 when the connecting frame 103 is placed in the long slot 206. For example, the width of the long groove 206 at the middle position is greater than the width of the long groove 206 at the two end positions, and the widths of the long groove 206 at the two end positions are equal.
Specifically, the long groove 206 and the connecting frame 103 are detachably clamped by respectively providing a locking pin 207 and a locking groove on opposite wall surfaces, please refer to fig. 5. For example, the locking pin 207 is a sphere, a blind hole 208 is formed in the wall surface of the long groove 206, and a compression spring 209 and the locking pin 207 are arranged in the blind hole 208; the diameter of the opening of the blind hole 208 is smaller than the diameter of the locking pin 207 and the diameter inside the blind hole 208; the compression spring 209 pushes at least a portion of the locking pin 207 out of the opening; and a locking groove matched with the locking pin 207 is formed in the corresponding position on the connecting frame 103.
Specifically, the outer box 400 is further provided with a backing plate 402; when the earphone 100 is received in the outer case 400, the pad 402 separates the combination of the earphone 100 and the earphone holder 200 from the wall surface of the outer case 400.
Specifically, at least one of the left handset 101 and the right handset 102 has a capacitor therein, the connecting frame 103 is a pivoted double-arm structure, a step motor is fixed in one arm, and the step motor controls the relative rotation of the other arm through a pivot shaft, so as to adjust the opening degree between the left handset 101 and the right handset 102, please refer to fig. 6; the accumulator provides electric energy for the stepping motor. When sensing that the earphone is placed on the top of the earphone holder 200, the earphone 100 controls to reduce the opening degree between the left earphone 101 and the right earphone 102 so that the ear cups of both earphones are close to the matching surface 204, and when sensing that the ear cups are in contact with the matching surface 204 and the pressure reaches a predetermined value, the earphone 100 stops reducing the opening degree between the left earphone 101 and the right earphone 102 and locks the opening degree. By setting the predetermined value appropriately, the earmuffs can be prevented from being excessively squeezed for a long time to cause deformation while the sealing performance is ensured.
Specifically, a wireless charger is disposed within the intermediate portion 202 proximate the mating surface 204 for charging the accumulator.
Through the earphone component of this embodiment, can closely fix earphone 100 on earphone holder 200 prevents earphone 100 from rocking, the damage that the collision led to sealed earphone, dustproof antifouling, be convenient for moreover transport, accomodate.
Example 2:
the present embodiment provides an earphone holder having a structure that can be applied to the earphone assembly according to any one of embodiments 1 as the earphone holder 200. Have the same performance and are not described in detail.
