Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
With the technology of electronic equipment such as smart phones and smart tablets improving day by day, the functions that can be realized by the electronic equipment are richer. For example, the electronic device may support more diverse video playback modes. For example, in addition to playing the video in the original full-screen mode, the video can also be played in a picture-in-picture playing mode or a split-screen mode. During the process of playing the video, the user may desire to switch the current video playing mode due to the current usage requirement of the electronic device. For example, if a user desires to view a video while chatting during the playing of the video in the full-screen mode, the user needs to operate the electronic device to switch the video playing mode from the full-screen mode to the split-screen mode.
However, the inventor finds out in research that the switching process of the related video playing mode has the problem of being inconvenient.
Therefore, the inventor proposes a video playing method, a video playing apparatus, and an electronic device in the present application, which can respond to a first operation acting on a video picture of a video during playing of the video, suspend and display a video preview picture corresponding to the video, and then obtain a video playing mode corresponding to a second operation based on a second operation corresponding to the video preview picture, so as to play the video based on the video playing mode. Therefore, in the playing process of the video, after the video preview picture corresponding to the played video is triggered and displayed through the first operation, the video can be triggered to be played based on the video playing mode corresponding to the second operation through the second operation on the video preview picture, and therefore the user can conveniently switch the video playing modes.
The following first introduces an application scenario related to the embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, the provided video playing method may be executed by an electronic device including a display area (e.g., a screen), an electronic device including a folding screen, or an electronic device of another form. As shown in fig. 1, an electronic device includes a display area. For another example, as shown in fig. 2, a display area 20 and a display area 30 may be included in the electronic device shown in fig. 2 (the display area 20 and the display area 30 are divided by a dotted line in fig. 2), and the display area 20 and the display area 30 may be relatively foldable. In a state where the display area 20 and the display area 30 are folded as shown in fig. 2, the display area 20 may be such that the display area 30 may be on the same plane. Also, in the case of being in the same plane, the application interface 21 may be displayed in the display area 20 and the application interface 31 may be displayed in the display area 30. The application interface 21 may be an interface for playing a video, and the application interface 31 may be a chat interface.
Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 3, a video playing method provided by the present application is applied to an electronic device, and the method includes:
s110: in the process of playing the video, responding to a first operation acted on a video picture of the video, and displaying a video preview picture corresponding to the video in a floating mode.
The video can be played by a special video playing program in the process of playing the video, and can also be played by other programs with the video playing function. The dedicated video playing program may include a program for playing a video such as a television show, a movie, an art program, or a documentary, and the other program having the video playing function may include an instant messaging program or a browser.
Moreover, in the process of playing the video, the video can be played in a full-screen mode, or the video can be played through a partial area in an interface of a program for playing the video. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the interface of the program for playing a video includes a region 41 and a region 42, wherein the video to be played can be played using the region 41, and a control for performing video control can be displayed in the region 42. The controls for controlling the video comprise an album control, an attention control, a comment control and the like. In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, in another program having a video playing function, the video can also be played through the floating window of the other program itself. For example, as shown in fig. 5, the other program having the video playing function shown in fig. 5 is an instant messaging program, a window 51 is displayed in a floating manner in a chat interface 50 of the instant messaging program, and the window 51 can be used for playing a video.
The video frame can be understood as the content displayed in the process of playing the video. In the embodiment of the present application, the first operation is an operation for triggering and displaying a video preview screen corresponding to a video being played in the playing process of the video, and the video preview screen which is triggered and displayed is displayed in a floating manner. Alternatively, the first operation may be a long press operation, a large area press operation, or a multi-finger slide operation, or the like. In the embodiment of the present application, the first operation may be configured in advance by a developer, or may be configured by a user of the electronic device according to a habit of the user.
In the embodiment of the present application, a video preview screen may be understood as a screen of a certain video frame obtained from video content included in a video. In the embodiment of the present application, there are various ways to determine which video frame of the video preview picture displayed in floating is specifically a picture of.
In one mode, a picture of a video frame played when a first operation acting on the video picture is detected may be taken as a video preview picture. Alternatively, a picture in which a video frame played before a video frame played when the first operation acting on the video picture is detected may be used as the video preview picture. Wherein, the video frame played before the video frame played in the first operation acting on the video picture may include: an Nth video frame before the played video frame, wherein N is an integer greater than 0.
S120: and acquiring a video playing mode corresponding to a second operation based on the second operation corresponding to the video preview picture.
In this embodiment of the present application, the second operation is an operation for determining a video playing mode corresponding to a video. Here, the second operation corresponding to the video preview screen may be understood as an operation object or an operation position of the second operation being the video preview screen. In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, there may be multiple second operations, and the video playing modes corresponding to different second operations may be different. For example, the configured second operation may include a designation operation a, a designation operation B, and a designation operation C, where the designation operation a corresponds to the video playback mode a, the designation operation B corresponds to the video playback mode B, and the designation operation C corresponds to the video playback mode C. In this case, if the obtained second operation is the designation operation a, the obtained video playing mode is the video playing mode a, and if the obtained second operation is the designation operation C, the obtained video playing mode is the video playing mode C.
Furthermore, in the case where the second operation is an operation that can change the display position of the video preview screen, the video playing mode corresponding to the video may be determined in combination with the display position of the video preview screen after the second operation is performed. Optionally, the second operation and the corresponding relationship between the video preview screen and the corresponding video playing mode may be stored in the electronic device in advance, so that the electronic device may determine the corresponding video playing mode according to the corresponding relationship when the electronic device detects the second operation that may change the display position of the video preview screen and acquires the display position of the video preview screen after the second operation is performed. Illustratively, the correspondence may be as shown in the following table:
ID second operation Display position Playing mode
1 Designating operation A Position A Play mode A
2 Designating operation A Position B Play mode B
3 Designating operation B Position A Play mode C
As shown in the above table, if it is detected that the second operation applied to the video preview screen is the designation operation a and the display position after the designation operation a is applied to the video preview screen is the position a, it is determined that the playback mode corresponding to the video is the playback mode a. And if the second operation acting on the video preview picture is detected to be the designated operation A and the display position after the designated operation B is acted on the video preview picture is the position B, determining that the playing mode corresponding to the video is the playing mode B. And if the second operation acting on the video preview picture is detected to be the designated operation B and the display position after the designated operation B acts on the video preview picture is the position A, determining that the playing mode corresponding to the video is the playing mode C. In the embodiment of the present application, the second operation stored in the electronic device and the correspondence between the video preview screen and the corresponding video playing mode may be configured in advance by a developer, or may be configured by a user of the electronic device according to a habit of the user.
S130: and playing the video based on the video playing mode.
After the video playing mode corresponding to the video is determined, the video can be played based on the determined video playing mode. In the embodiment of the present application, there may be a plurality of available video playing manners. For example, the determined video playing mode may include a split screen playing mode, a picture-in-picture playing mode, a full screen mode, and the like. As shown in fig. 6, when the electronic device originally plays the video based on the full-screen mode and the video playing mode determined based on the second operation is the split-screen playing mode, the electronic device may reduce the display area of the interface for playing the video, which is originally displayed in the full-screen mode, and add an application interface for playing the video. For example, in fig. 6, an application interface 52 and an application interface 53 may be displayed in the electronic device, where the application interface 52 may be used for playing a video and the application interface 53 may be a chat interface.
Furthermore, as can be seen from the foregoing description, after the first operation is performed on the video frame, the floating display of the video preview frame may be triggered, and the video preview frame that is floating displayed is a frame of a certain video frame in the video. In this case, the video preview image displayed in a floating manner can be used as a start image for continuing to play subsequently, so that after the video playing mode corresponding to the video is determined based on the second operation, the video can be continuously played from the video preview image, so that in the process of playing the video, after the switching of the video playing mode is triggered by the first operation and the second operation, the continuity of the video playing cannot be affected. For example, as shown in fig. 7, when a first operation on a video screen of a video is detected, if a video frame being played is a video frame 63, the screen of the video frame 63 may be a video preview screen displayed in a floating manner. After that, after the video playing mode is determined according to the second operation, the playing can be continued from the video frame 63 after switching to the determined video playing mode. That is, video frame 63, video frame 64, and the video frames ordered to follow are played in sequence.
Further, a picture of the nth frame video frame preceding the video frame 63 may be used as the video preview picture. For example, if N is 2, the screen of the video frame 61 may be set as the video preview screen, and then, after the video playback mode is determined by the second operation, the playback may be continued from the video frame 61 after the determined video playback mode is switched. For another example, if N is 3, the screen of the video frame 60 may be used as the video preview screen, and then, after the video playback mode is determined by the second operation, the playback may be continued from the video frame 60 after the determined video playback mode is switched.
It should be noted that, in addition to the video preview screen as the start screen when the video is continuously played, the screen currently received in real time may be used as the start screen when the video is continuously played. For example, some played videos are pre-made and stored in the server, in this case, the application program playing the videos may download the videos to be played from the server to the local in advance, and then start playing the videos again. In this manner, since the video is previously created and stored in the server, high real-time performance of playing is not required, and therefore, when the video playing is interrupted due to switching of the video playing mode, the viewing by the user can be more continued, and the nth frame before the video frame played when the first operation acting on the video screen is detected can be used as the video preview screen. Also, the video preview screen may be taken as a start screen for continuing the playing after determining a new video playing manner (i.e., the video playing manner determined based on the second operation).
Furthermore, in some cases, the content of the played video is shared in real-time by other electronic devices. For example, in a conference scene or a live scene, a video played by the electronic device is content that is shared by the video capturing end in real time. In this case, regardless of the video preview screen determined based on any mode, the video screen received in real time by the electronic device can be used as the start screen after the new video playback mode is determined.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, playing a video based on a video playing mode may include: detecting the video type of the played video (video acted by the first operation); if the type of the played video is a pre-generated video (a video which is made in advance and uploaded to the server), the video preview picture can be used as a starting picture for continuously playing the video to continue playing the video after the video playing mode determined based on the second operation is switched. If the type of the played video is a real-time video (for example, a live video or a conference video), after switching to the video playing mode determined based on the second operation, the video content received in real time may be used as a start picture of the continuously played video to continue playing the video.
In the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device may detect the video type of the played video in a variety of ways. As one approach, the electronic device may determine the type of video played by detecting the type of program that plays the video. Optionally, a corresponding table of program types may be stored in the electronic device, so that the electronic device may obtain the type of the program that is playing the video by querying the corresponding table, and further determine the type of the video that is played according to the type of the program.
In the video playing method provided in this embodiment, in the process of playing a video, a first operation that acts on a video picture of the video may be responded, a video preview picture corresponding to the video is displayed in a floating manner, and then a video playing mode corresponding to a second operation is obtained based on the second operation corresponding to the video preview picture, so as to play the video based on the video playing mode. Therefore, in the playing process of the video, after the video preview picture corresponding to the played video is triggered and displayed through the first operation, the video can be triggered to be played based on the video playing mode corresponding to the second operation through carrying out the second operation on the video preview picture, and therefore a user can conveniently switch the video playing modes.
Referring to fig. 8, a video playing method provided by the present application is applied to an electronic device, and the method includes:
s210: in the process of playing the video, responding to a first operation acted on a video picture of the video, and displaying a video preview picture corresponding to the video in a floating mode.
In the present embodiment, the first operation may be implemented in various ways. As one way, the first operation may be a long press operation. In this manner, the electronic device can hover to display the video preview screen corresponding to the video in response to a long press operation applied to the video screen. Alternatively, the first operation may be a multi-finger sliding operation, for example, a three-finger sliding operation. In this case, if the electronic device detects that the three-finger sliding operation is performed on the video screen, the electronic device may trigger floating display of the video preview screen corresponding to the video.
Optionally, an interface for triggering the first operation of displaying the video preview image corresponding to the video in a floating manner may be configured in the setting interface of the electronic device, and in the interface, the user may configure the first operation according to the own operation habit. For example, the user may configure the long press operation as the first operation, or may configure the three-finger slide operation as the first operation.
In addition, when the first specification operation is a gesture operation, the user usually performs the first operation on the video screen through the touch object. For example, the touch object may be a finger of the user or may be a stylus. Optionally, when the video preview screen is displayed in a floating manner, the video preview screen corresponding to the video may be displayed in a floating manner at an action position of the first operation, and in a case where the touch object acts on the first operation and keeps in contact with the screen all the time, the video preview screen may move along with the dragging of the touch object. For example, as shown in fig. 9, in the case shown in fig. 9, the video preview screen 71 displayed in a floating manner may be directly displayed at the user's finger, so that the user may drag the video preview screen 71 directly by the finger. Further, optionally, when the video preview screen is displayed in a floating manner, the video preview screen corresponding to the video may be displayed in a floating manner at a designated position in the screen.
S220: and responding to the dragging operation of the video preview picture, and acquiring the display position of the video preview picture after the dragging operation is executed.
The display position of the video preview picture can be changed after the video preview picture is dragged, and the display position of the video preview picture can be acquired after the video preview picture is dragged under the condition that the video preview picture corresponds to different video playing modes at different display positions, so that the video playing mode can be determined according to the acquired display position.
S230: and determining a video playing mode corresponding to the video based on the display position.
As one mode, the determining, based on the display position, a video playing mode corresponding to the video includes: and if the display position of the video preview picture after the dragging operation is executed is positioned at the edge of the screen, determining that the corresponding video playing mode is a split screen playing mode. Optionally, if the electronic device detects that the edge of the video preview screen is located at the edge of the screen, it is determined that the display position of the video preview screen is located at the edge of the screen. For example, as shown in fig. 10, if the video preview screen 71 is dragged along the direction indicated by the dotted arrow in fig. 10 and the edge of the dragged video preview screen 71 is located at the edge of the screen, the video playing mode corresponding to the edge may be determined as the video playing mode corresponding to the video.
S240: and playing the video based on the video playing mode.
As a mode, after the playing the video based on the video playing mode, the method further includes: responding to a third specified operation acted on a video picture of the video, and displaying a video preview picture corresponding to the video in a floating mode; acquiring a video playing mode corresponding to the video based on a fourth specified operation corresponding to the video preview picture; and playing the video based on the video playing mode corresponding to the video. It should be noted that, after the video playing mode is switched to the playing mode determined based on the second operation, the user may also switch the video playing mode, and in this case, the user may apply the second operation to the video picture to trigger the floating display of the video preview picture corresponding to the video, and further apply the fourth specified operation to the video preview picture displayed in the floating display to switch the video playing mode. Wherein the third specified operation may be the same as the first operation. For example, the third specifying operation may be a long press operation or a three-finger slide operation.
Optionally, the fourth specifying operation includes a drag operation, and the obtaining of the video playing mode corresponding to the video based on the fourth specifying operation corresponding to the video preview screen includes: responding to the dragging operation of the video preview picture, and acquiring the display position of the video preview picture after the dragging operation is executed; and if the display position is located in the middle area of the screen, determining the corresponding video playing mode to be picture-in-picture playing. For example, as shown in fig. 11, when video playback is performed in the split screen mode, after a third designation operation for a video screen is detected, a video preview screen 72 may be displayed at a position of the third designation operation. For example, if the user in fig. 11 triggers a long press operation on the video preview screen by using a finger, the user may trigger the video preview screen to be displayed in a floating manner at a position where the finger acts on the screen, and then further detect that the video preview screen 72 is dragged to the middle area of the screen, determine that the corresponding video playing mode is picture-in-picture playing, and then play the video based on the picture-in-picture playing mode shown in fig. 12. As shown in fig. 12, in the embodiment of the present application, in the process of playing a video based on a picture-in-picture manner, a video frame is separated from an original application interface (for example, a split-screen interface shown in fig. 11), and the video is played through an independent window 73, and a size of the independent window 73 is the same as a size of the video frame.
According to the video playing method provided by the embodiment, in the playing process of the video, after the video preview picture corresponding to the played video is triggered and displayed through the first operation, the video preview picture is dragged, so that the video playing mode corresponding to the position where the video is located after the dragging operation can be triggered to be played, and therefore a user can conveniently switch the video playing modes. In addition, in this embodiment, after the video is triggered to be played based on the split-screen playing manner, the video preview screen corresponding to the video may be triggered to be displayed in a floating manner again based on the third specifying operation, so that the video is played based on the fourth specifying operation corresponding to the video preview screen and the corresponding video playing manner obtained.

S540: and responding to a touch gesture acting on a video picture of the video in the process of playing based on a picture-in-picture playing mode, and displaying a parameter control interface in the video picture.
It should be noted that, when a video is played in a picture-in-picture playing manner, if a sliding operation is directly performed on a video picture, the video picture is triggered to move along with the video picture, so as to change a display position of the video picture, so that the electronic device can distinguish whether a user needs to adjust a playing parameter of the video or desires to adjust a position of the video picture, a touch gesture acting on the video picture may be introduced in the embodiment of the present application.
In the process of playing the video based on the picture-in-picture playing mode, the video pictures are played in an independent window. In this case, when playing is performed based on a picture-in-picture playing manner, a user triggers a parameter control interface to be displayed in a video frame through a touch gesture acting on the video frame, so that the playing parameters of the played video can be adjusted through the parameter control interface. The touch gestures may be various, for example, a two-finger click operation, a three-finger click operation, or a large-area press operation. Moreover, the touch gesture can be configured in advance by a developer, and can also be configured by a user of the electronic equipment according to the operation habit of the user.
In the process of playing the video in the picture-in-picture playing mode, if the electronic equipment detects the sliding operation directly acting on the video picture, the electronic equipment can enable the video picture to move along with the sliding operation so as to change the display position of the video picture. If the parameter control interface is detected to be displayed and the sliding operation is acted on the parameter control interface, the video parameters of the played video are adjusted.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the application, the parameter control interface can display the prompt information of the adjustable video parameters, and the rest of the parameter control interface except the prompt information is in a transparent state, so that the user can be prompted to adjust the playing parameters, and the user cannot be influenced too much when watching the video normally.

S560: and adjusting the playing parameters of the video based on the direction of the sliding operation and the action area.
Optionally, the parameter control interface may include a first operation area and a second operation area. The first operation area corresponds to a first playing parameter, and the second operation area corresponds to a second playing parameter. And if the action area of the sliding operation acting on the parameter control interface is detected to be positioned in the first operation area, adjusting the first playing parameter based on the direction of the sliding operation, and if the action area of the sliding operation acting on the parameter control interface is detected to be positioned in the second operation area, adjusting the second playing parameter based on the direction of the sliding operation. Optionally, the first playing parameter may be a brightness parameter, and the second playing parameter may be a volume parameter. As shown in fig. 17 and 18, the area to the left of the dotted line in fig. 17 may be the first operation area, and the area to the right of the dotted line in fig. 18 may be the second operation area.
In addition, in this embodiment, when the playing mode corresponding to the second operation is the picture-in-picture playing mode, the user may also display a parameter control interface in the video image by using the video touch gesture played in the picture-in-picture mode, so that the playing parameter of the video can be directly adjusted by using the parameter control interface. In addition, the playing parameters corresponding to the application program for playing the video are directly adjusted through the parameter control interface, and the parameters of the electronic equipment do not need to be directly adjusted, so that the influence on other application programs is avoided to a greater extent. For example, the playback parameter is taken as the volume. If the video frame played in the pip playing manner belongs to the application a, and in addition, an application B that can also output audio is also running in the electronic device, if the user adjusts the playing parameter (pip corresponding to the application a) by acting on the parameter control interface in the embodiment of the present application, the playing parameter of the application a is actually adjusted, and the adjustment of the playing parameter may be implemented without changing the parameter of the electronic device, so that the application B can still keep the original volume for outputting when outputting audio (because the volume output parameter of the electronic device itself is still unchanged).
