A method for manufacturing a waterproof traction head of a composite smooth aluminum sheathed cable comprises a cable conductor core and a smooth aluminum protective sleeve coated outside the cable conductor core, wherein the waterproof traction head comprises an aluminum traction head body and an aluminum outer protective sleeve connected with the rear end of the aluminum traction head body, a traction sleeve is sleeved outside the head of the cable conductor core, the traction sleeve extends into the aluminum outer protective sleeve and is connected with the rear end of the aluminum traction head body, the waterproof traction head also comprises a lining gland with a convex ring at the periphery of one side, the head end of the smooth aluminum protective sleeve is provided with an expanding part, the expanding part comprises a conical ring section and a circular ring section connected with the front end of the conical ring section, the convex ring of the lining gland is lined and welded on the inner wall of the circular ring section, the circular ring section is welded with the inner wall of the rear port of the aluminum outer protective sleeve, and the welding seam width covers the whole circular ring section, the rear portion threaded connection of traction sleeve has the nut, be equipped with waterproof sealing washer and plain washer between nut and the inside lining gland, the welding point outside of port is equipped with heat shrinkage bush behind ring segment and the aluminium outer pillar, heat shrinkage bush is equipped with two-layerly, and the second floor heat shrinkage bush seals outside first layer heat shrinkage bush and longer than first layer heat shrinkage bush's length, there is the lifting hook pull ring head end of traction head body through threaded connection, its characterized in that, waterproof traction head's manufacturing method includes the following step:
1) heating the outer sheath outside the smooth aluminum sheath pipe at the head part of the cable to enable the hot melt adhesive on the surface of the smooth aluminum sheath pipe to be in a molten state, then stripping the outer sheath, and cleaning the hot melt adhesive outside the smooth aluminum sheath pipe;
2) stripping the smooth aluminum sheath pipe and the insulating layer inside the smooth aluminum sheath pipe, and reserving the head of a cable conductor core;
3) a smooth aluminum sleeve expanding device with the similar inner diameter is sleeved in the smooth aluminum protective sleeve, and a certain hammering force is applied inwards to slowly expand the smooth aluminum protective sleeve to form an expanding part;
4) then, sleeving the lining gland into the cable conductor core and pushing to the bottom, and lining the convex ring into the circular ring section of the smooth aluminum protective sleeve;
5) performing first welding seal, and firmly welding and sealing the lining gland and the circular ring section of the smooth aluminum protective sleeve;
6) after the first welding and sealing, waiting for 5-10 minutes for cooling;
7) installing a cable conductor core into a traction sleeve;
8) after sleeving, pressing and connecting the middle section of the traction sleeve by using hydraulic pliers;
9) after the compression joint is finished, a waterproof sealing ring and a flat gasket are sequentially arranged, and the waterproof sealing ring is tightly pressed on the lining pressure cover through the gradual screwing of the nut;
10) screwing the welded aluminum outer protective pipe and the aluminum traction head body with the traction sleeve through threads;
11) performing second welding seal to firmly weld the aluminum outer protective pipe and the smooth aluminum protective pipe;
12) after cooling for 5-10 minutes, packaging the first layer of heat-shrinkable tubing;
13) and packaging the second layer of heat-shrinkable sleeve, and screwing the lifting hook pull ring on the aluminum traction head body in the spiral direction.
