Abstract
The invention discloses a sound source adapter, which comprises a shell base unit and a terminal unit. The shell base unit comprises a first end part and a second end part which are oppositely arranged and electrically communicated. The terminal unit is installed in the housing unit and includes a first terminal disposed in the first end portion along a central axis, and a second terminal and a third terminal disposed in the second end portion parallel to the central axis, the first terminal being spaced apart from the first end portion without electrical conduction, the second terminal being spaced apart from the second end portion without electrical conduction, the second terminal being of the same material as the first terminal and being lap-joined or integrally formed without electrical conduction, the third terminal being electrically conducted with the second end portion, and the third terminal being spaced apart from the first terminal without electrical conduction. Through the sound source adapter the first terminal with the second terminal is the overlap joint or integrated into one piece design, can promote tone quality.

Technical Field

The sound source adapter comprises a shell base unit and a terminal unit. The terminal unit is installed in the housing unit and includes a first terminal disposed in the first end portion along a central axis, and a second terminal and a third terminal disposed in the second end portion parallel to the central axis, the first terminal being spaced apart from the first end portion and not electrically conducted, the second terminal being spaced apart from the second end portion and not electrically conducted, the second terminal being of the same material as the first terminal and being lap-jointed and electrically conducted, the third terminal being electrically conducted with the second end portion, and the third terminal being spaced apart from the first terminal and not electrically conducted.
The sound source adapter further comprises an insulation unit, wherein the insulation unit comprises a first sleeve piece and a second sleeve piece, the first sleeve piece is made of an electric insulation material and is sleeved between the first terminal and the first end portion, and the second sleeve piece is made of an electric insulation material and is sleeved between the second terminal and the second end portion.
In the sound source adapter of the present invention, the first end of the housing unit has a first through hole for the first sleeve to be inserted in, the second end is joined to the first end in an opposing manner, and the second end has a second through hole parallel to the first through hole and for the second sleeve to be inserted in, and a third through hole parallel to the first through hole and the second through hole and for the third terminal to be inserted in.
In the sound source adapter of the present invention, the first terminal has a first overlapping portion protruding from a position adjacent to the second terminal toward the second end, the second terminal has a second overlapping portion protruding from a position adjacent to the first terminal toward the first end, and the second overlapping portion overlaps with the first overlapping portion.
In the sound source adapter of the present invention, the first terminal further has a first engaging portion disposed on the first overlapping portion, the second terminal further has a second engaging portion disposed on the second overlapping portion and engaged with the first engaging portion, one of the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion is a concave engaging groove, and the other of the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion is a convex engaging block.
In the sound source adapter of the present invention, the first terminal is a male terminal, and the second terminal and the third terminal are female terminals.

The sound source adapter further comprises an insulation unit, wherein the insulation unit comprises a first sleeve piece and a second sleeve piece, the first sleeve piece is made of an electric insulation material and is sleeved between the first terminal and the first end portion, and the second sleeve piece is made of an electric insulation material and is sleeved between the second terminal and the second end portion.
In the sound source adapter of the present invention, the first end of the housing unit has a first through hole for the first sleeve to be inserted in, the second end is joined to the first end in an opposing manner, and the second end has a second through hole parallel to the first through hole and for the second sleeve to be inserted in, and a third through hole parallel to the first through hole and the second through hole and for the third terminal to be inserted in.
In the sound source adapter of the present invention, the first terminal is a male terminal, and the second terminal and the third terminal are female terminals.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the first terminal and the second terminal of the sound source adapter are designed in a non-welding mode such as lap joint or integral forming, so that the sound source adapter has the effect of improving the sound quality.

Detailed Description
Before the present invention is described in detail, it should be noted that in the following description, like components are denoted by the same reference numerals.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the first embodiment of the audio source adapter of the present invention is suitable for connecting an earphone (not shown) and an audio source cable (not shown). The sound source adapter comprises a housing unit 1, a terminal unit 2 and an insulation unit 3.
The housing unit 1 includes a first end portion 11 and a second end portion 12 which are oppositely disposed and electrically connected. The first end portion 11 is a metal shell, and is cylindrical with a tapered step shape from an end adjacent to the second end portion 12 to an end away from the second end portion 12, and has a first through hole 111 extending along a central axis 10. The second end 12 is a metal base in a circular plug shape, is joined to the first end 11 to be electrically conductive, and has a second through hole 121 parallel to the first through hole 111 and a third through hole 122 parallel to the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 121, and the aperture of the second through hole 121 is larger than that of the third through hole 122. The first end portion 11 and the second end portion 12 may be engaged by a tight fit, a fusion, a snap …, etc., and the shape of the first end portion 11 and the second end portion 12 may be changed in design, for example, a flat head shape, so the present embodiment is not limited thereto.
The terminal unit 2 is mounted in the housing unit 1 and includes a first terminal 21 disposed in the first end portion 11 along the central axis 10, and a second terminal 22 and a third terminal 23 disposed in the second end portion 12 parallel to the central axis 10. In the first embodiment, the first terminal 21 is a male terminal, the second terminal 22 and the third terminal 23 are female terminals, the second terminal 22 is a positive electrode, and the third terminal 23 is a negative electrode, but the first terminal 21, the second terminal 22 and the third terminal 23 may be interchangeable in terms of implementation, that is, the first terminal 21 is a female terminal, and the second terminal 22 and the third terminal 23 are male terminals, so the design is not limited to the first embodiment.
It should be further noted that the first terminal 21, the second terminal 22 and the third terminal 23 are all made of conductive metal materials, in the first embodiment, the second terminal 22 and the first terminal 21 are made of the same material and are in lap joint to be electrically conducted, the two terminals are not in welding joint, and the third terminal 23 is spaced from the first terminal 21 and is not electrically conducted. The first terminal 21 is spaced from the first end portion 11 and is not electrically conducted, the first terminal 21 has a pin portion 211 penetrating the first through hole 111 of the first end portion 11, a first engaging portion 212 protruding from an end of the pin portion 211 adjacent to the second terminal 22 toward the second end portion 12, and a first engaging portion 213 disposed on the first engaging portion 212. The second terminal 22 is spaced from the second end portion 12 and is not electrically conducted, the second terminal 22 has a socket portion 221 which is inserted into the second through hole 121 of the second end portion 12 and has a slit tubular shape, a second bridging portion 222 which protrudes from an end of the socket portion 221 adjacent to the first terminal 21 in a direction of the first end portion 11, and a second catching portion 223 which is provided on the second bridging portion 222, the second overlapping portion 222 overlaps the first overlapping portion 212, and the second engaging portion 223 engages the first engaging portion 213, it should be noted that, one of the first locking portion 213 and the second locking portion 223 is a concave locking groove, and the other of the first engaging portion 213 and the second engaging portion 223 is a protruding engaging block, in the first embodiment, the first engaging portion 213 is a slot and the second engaging portion 223 is a latch. The third terminal 23 is electrically connected to the second end portion 12, and the third terminal 23 is formed in a slit tubular shape and is inserted into the third through hole 122 of the second end portion 12.
The insulating unit 3 comprises a first casing 31 made of an electrically insulating material and a second casing 32 made of an electrically insulating material. The first sleeve 31 is sleeved on the periphery of the pin portion 211 of the first terminal 21 and embedded in the first through hole 111 of the first end portion 11, so that the first sleeve 31 is sleeved between the first terminal 21 and the first end portion 11. The second sleeve member 32 is disposed around the socket portion 221 of the second terminal 22 and is inserted into the second through hole 121 of the second end portion 12, so that the second sleeve member 32 is disposed between the second terminal 22 and the second end portion 12.
When the earphone is used, the sound source line is connected with the second terminal 22 and the third terminal 23 at one end of the sound source adapter in an inserting mode, the first terminal 21 at the other end of the sound source adapter is connected with the earphone in an inserting mode, and therefore the earphone can be used for transmitting audio.
It should be noted that the sound source adapter of the first embodiment is adapted to convert two parallel axis terminals into a coaxial terminal, but the design may also be changed in implementation so that the sound source adapter is reversely adapted to convert a coaxial terminal into two parallel axis terminals, which is not described herein.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the second embodiment of the audio adapter of the present invention has a structure substantially the same as the first embodiment, and the difference is: the first terminal 21 and the second terminal 22 are integrally formed, so that the second bridging portion 222 and the first bridging portion 212 are integrally connected, and the first engaging portion 213 (see fig. 3) and the second engaging portion 223 (see fig. 3) of the first embodiment are omitted, so that the structure is simpler, the assembly is more convenient, the resistance is smaller, the distortion during audio transmission can be reduced, and the sound quality can be improved.
In summary, the sound source adapter of the present invention is designed to mainly overlap and combine the first terminal 21 and the second terminal 22 or integrally form them, and the sound source adapter is designed to be a non-welding type joint, so that the loss of signal transmission is small, distortion is not easy, noise can be reduced, and the sound quality can be improved, thereby achieving the purpose of the present invention.

Claims (10)
1. An audio source adapter, comprising:
a housing unit including a first end portion and a second end portion which are oppositely arranged and electrically conducted; and
a terminal unit installed in the housing unit and including a first terminal disposed in the first end portion along a central axis, and a second terminal and a third terminal parallel to the central axis and disposed in the second end portion, the first terminal being spaced apart from the first end portion and not electrically conducted, the second terminal being spaced apart from the second end portion and not electrically conducted, the second terminal being of the same material as the first terminal and being lap-jointed and electrically conducted, the third terminal being electrically conducted with the second end portion, and the third terminal being spaced apart from the first terminal and not electrically conducted.
2. The audio source adapter of claim 1, wherein: the sound source adapter still contains insulating unit, insulating unit includes and is made by electrical insulation material and establish first terminal with first external member between the tip, and make by electrical insulation material and establish the second terminal with second external member between the second tip.
3. The audio source adapter of claim 2, wherein: the first end of the shell base unit is provided with a first through hole for the first sleeve to be embedded, the second end is connected with the first end in an opposite mode, the second end is provided with a second through hole which is parallel to the first through hole and used for the second sleeve to be embedded, and a third through hole which is parallel to the first through hole and the second through hole and used for the third terminal to be embedded.

The audio source adapter according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein: the first terminal is provided with a first lap joint part protruding from one end adjacent to the second terminal towards the direction of the second end part, the second terminal is provided with a second lap joint part protruding from one end adjacent to the first terminal towards the direction of the first end part, and the second lap joint part overlaps with the first lap joint part.

The audio source adapter according to claim 4, wherein: the first terminal is further provided with a first clamping part arranged on the first overlapping part, the second terminal is further provided with a second clamping part arranged on the second overlapping part and mutually clamped with the first clamping part, one of the first clamping part and the second clamping part is a concave clamping groove, and the other of the first clamping part and the second clamping part is a convex clamping block.
6. The audio source adapter of claim 1, wherein: the first terminal is a male terminal, and the second terminal and the third terminal are female terminals.
7. An audio source adapter, comprising:
a housing unit including a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged and electrically conducted; and
a terminal unit installed in the housing unit and including a first terminal disposed in the first end portion along a central axis, and a second terminal and a third terminal parallel to the central axis and disposed in the second end portion, the first terminal being spaced apart from the first end portion and not electrically conducted, the second terminal being spaced apart from the second end portion and not electrically conducted, the second terminal being of the same material as the first terminal and being integrally formed and electrically conducted, the third terminal being electrically conducted with the second end portion, and the third terminal being spaced apart from the first terminal and not electrically conducted.
8. The audio source adapter of claim 7, wherein: the sound source adapter still contains insulating unit, insulating unit includes and is made by electrical insulation material and establish first terminal with first external member between the tip, and make by electrical insulation material and establish the second terminal with second external member between the second tip.
9. The audio source adapter of claim 8, wherein: the first end of the shell base unit is provided with a first through hole for the first sleeve to be embedded, the second end is connected with the first end in an opposite mode, the second end is provided with a second through hole which is parallel to the first through hole and used for the second sleeve to be embedded, and a third through hole which is parallel to the first through hole and the second through hole and used for the third terminal to be embedded.
