Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the first embodiment of the audio source adapter of the present invention is suitable for connecting an earphone (not shown) and an audio source cable (not shown). The sound source adapter comprises a housing unit 1, a terminal unit 2 and an insulation unit 3.
The housing unit 1 includes a first end portion 11 and a second end portion 12 which are oppositely disposed and electrically connected. The first end portion 11 is a metal shell, and is cylindrical with a tapered step shape from an end adjacent to the second end portion 12 to an end away from the second end portion 12, and has a first through hole 111 extending along a central axis 10. The second end 12 is a metal base in a circular plug shape, is joined to the first end 11 to be electrically conductive, and has a second through hole 121 parallel to the first through hole 111 and a third through hole 122 parallel to the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 121, and the aperture of the second through hole 121 is larger than that of the third through hole 122. The first terminal 21 is spaced from the first end portion 11 and is not electrically conducted, the first terminal 21 has a pin portion 211 penetrating the first through hole 111 of the first end portion 11, a first engaging portion 212 protruding from an end of the pin portion 211 adjacent to the second terminal 22 toward the second end portion 12, and a first engaging portion 213 disposed on the first engaging portion 212. The second terminal 22 is spaced from the second end portion 12 and is not electrically conducted, the second terminal 22 has a socket portion 221 which is inserted into the second through hole 121 of the second end portion 12 and has a slit tubular shape, a second bridging portion 222 which protrudes from an end of the socket portion 221 adjacent to the first terminal 21 in a direction of the first end portion 11, and a second catching portion 223 which is provided on the second bridging portion 222, the second overlapping portion 222 overlaps the first overlapping portion 212, and the second engaging portion 223 engages the first engaging portion 213, it should be noted that, one of the first locking portion 213 and the second locking portion 223 is a concave locking groove, and the other of the first engaging portion 213 and the second engaging portion 223 is a protruding engaging block, in the first embodiment, the first engaging portion 213 is a slot and the second engaging portion 223 is a latch. The third terminal 23 is electrically connected to the second end portion 12, and the third terminal 23 is formed in a slit tubular shape and is inserted into the third through hole 122 of the second end portion 12.
The insulating unit 3 comprises a first casing 31 made of an electrically insulating material and a second casing 32 made of an electrically insulating material. The first sleeve 31 is sleeved on the periphery of the pin portion 211 of the first terminal 21 and embedded in the first through hole 111 of the first end portion 11, so that the first sleeve 31 is sleeved between the first terminal 21 and the first end portion 11. The second sleeve member 32 is disposed around the socket portion 221 of the second terminal 22 and is inserted into the second through hole 121 of the second end portion 12, so that the second sleeve member 32 is disposed between the second terminal 22 and the second end portion 12.
When the earphone is used, the sound source line is connected with the second terminal 22 and the third terminal 23 at one end of the sound source adapter in an inserting mode, the first terminal 21 at the other end of the sound source adapter is connected with the earphone in an inserting mode, and therefore the earphone can be used for transmitting audio.
It should be noted that the sound source adapter of the first embodiment is adapted to convert two parallel axis terminals into a coaxial terminal, but the design may also be changed in implementation so that the sound source adapter is reversely adapted to convert a coaxial terminal into two parallel axis terminals, which is not described herein.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the second embodiment of the audio adapter of the present invention has a structure substantially the same as the first embodiment, and the difference is: the first terminal 21 and the second terminal 22 are integrally formed, so that the second bridging portion 222 and the first bridging portion 212 are integrally connected, and the first engaging portion 213 (see fig. 3) and the second engaging portion 223 (see fig. 3) of the first embodiment are omitted, so that the structure is simpler, the assembly is more convenient, the resistance is smaller, the distortion during audio transmission can be reduced, and the sound quality can be improved.
In summary, the sound source adapter of the present invention is designed to mainly overlap and combine the first terminal 21 and the second terminal 22 or integrally form them, and the sound source adapter is designed to be a non-welding type joint, so that the loss of signal transmission is small, distortion is not easy, noise can be reduced, and the sound quality can be improved, thereby achieving the purpose of the present invention.

a housing unit including a first end portion and a second end portion which are oppositely arranged and electrically conducted; and
a terminal unit installed in the housing unit and including a first terminal disposed in the first end portion along a central axis, and a second terminal and a third terminal parallel to the central axis and disposed in the second end portion, the first terminal being spaced apart from the first end portion and not electrically conducted, the second terminal being spaced apart from the second end portion and not electrically conducted, the second terminal being of the same material as the first terminal and being lap-jointed and electrically conducted, the third terminal being electrically conducted with the second end portion, and the third terminal being spaced apart from the first terminal and not electrically conducted.
2. The audio source adapter of claim 1, wherein: the sound source adapter still contains insulating unit, insulating unit includes and is made by electrical insulation material and establish first terminal with first external member between the tip, and make by electrical insulation material and establish the second terminal with second external member between the second tip.
