Based on this, aiming at the most urgent pain point of 'chain store difficult management' in the traditional chain catering management, the business process of information interaction of the executive terminal, the responsibility terminal and the management terminal is based on, so that the business process of the patrol store is clear, the problem is clear, and the approval of the rectification result is taken as the end of the task.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a management task processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a server, and the method includes the following steps:
step 101, responding to a management task creating instruction of a target management terminal aiming at a store to be checked, and creating a management task aiming at the store to be checked; the management task comprises a target inspection item generated based on a target inspection template and a target inspection mode matched with the target inspection item.
Specifically, the target management terminal, the target execution terminal and the target responsibility terminal are respectively in communication connection with the server. The target management terminal, the target execution terminal and the target responsibility terminal all comprise graphical user interfaces, a user sets specific management tasks on the graphical user interfaces provided by the target management terminal, and the setting content comprises the following steps: store information of stores to be checked, a target checking template, a target checking project and a target checking mode are set, a management task creating instruction is triggered by setting a specific management task, and the set management task is sent to a server.
The store information comprises basic information such as store positions, store names and the like; the target check template may be one selected from a plurality of pre-stored check templates, or may be generated in real time according to one or more problem categories selected by a user, the problem categories representing problems to be checked in a store to be checked, for example: food safety problems, food problems, safety problems, pest and mouse damage prevention and control problems, store image problems, appearance and appearance instrument problems, tongue and groove propaganda problems, service flow problems, product stock problems and the like; each target inspection template comprises a plurality of inspection items, and a user can check all or part of the inspection items as target inspection items at a target management terminal; the target inspection mode is one of a plurality of inspection modes such as remote inspection, field inspection, random store inspection and the like.
And after receiving a management task creating instruction sent by the target management terminal, the server creates a management task based on the store to be checked according to the store information of the store to be checked, the target checking template, the target checking item and the target checking mode which are set in the management task creating instruction. When the target management terminal is set, a plurality of stores to be checked can be simultaneously set according to the same target check template and the same target check mode, different target check templates and/or different target check modes can be set for each store to be checked respectively, and an independent management task is generated for each checked store to be checked.
It should be noted that in the embodiment of the present application, a task name may also be set for the management task in the target management terminal, where the task name may be set by the user at will, or may be automatically generated by the server according to the information of the store to be checked; the task names can be the same or different and are used for associating or distinguishing different management tasks; and setting task time for the management task, wherein the task time can be a fixed time range or a dynamic time range, and when the task time is the time range, setting a start time and an end time. When a plurality of stores to be checked are simultaneously selected according to the same target checking template and the same target checking mode, the server automatically generates different management task names by combining the address information and the name information of each store to be checked.
And 102, responding to an issuing instruction of the target management terminal aiming at the management task, and sending the management task to a target execution terminal.
Specifically, the issued instruction includes a management task and a target execution terminal corresponding to each management task, an account of a target execution user who executes the management task is logged in the target service terminal, and the target execution user (that is, the target execution terminal) may be randomly determined by the server or specified by the user at the target management terminal. After receiving the issuing instruction sent by the target management terminal, the server sends the management task to the target execution terminal, so that the management task issued by the server is displayed to the target execution user through the target execution terminal.
103, receiving a checking result sent by the target execution terminal; the inspection result is generated by the target execution terminal after the target execution user inspects the corresponding target inspection items of the store to be inspected according to the target inspection mode based on the target execution user.
Specifically, the inspection result includes a score/evaluation for each target inspection item of the store to be inspected, the inspection result is that the target execution user inspects the store to be inspected according to a target inspection mode required in the management task after acquiring the management task at the target execution terminal, scores/evaluations are performed for each target inspection item according to the target inspection item specified in the target inspection template and the actual situation of the store to be inspected, an inspection result for the management task is obtained according to the score/evaluation of the store to be inspected on each target inspection item, and the inspection result is sent to the server through the target execution terminal.
The scoring/evaluation for each target inspection item may be performed by directly determining whether the target inspection item passes or fails based on a determination criterion corresponding to the target inspection item, or by scoring the target inspection item. For example, the target inspection items are: if the expired food exists, the item is marked to check whether the score/evaluation of the item is failed; if no expired food is present, the item is checked for a pass in the item's rating/score.
And 104, sending the content to be rectified and modified aiming at the store to be checked, which is generated based on the checking result, to a target responsibility terminal distributed for the store to be checked.
Specifically, a target responsibility terminal corresponding to each store to be checked is pre-allocated; each target responsibility terminal can correspond to one store to be checked or a plurality of stores to be checked, and the responsible person corresponding to each target responsibility terminal can be one or a plurality of persons.
After the server obtains the inspection result according to step 103, the server generates the content to be rectified for the store to be inspected according to the score/evaluation of each target inspection item corresponding to the store to be inspected in the inspection result, and sends the content to be rectified to the target responsibility terminal allocated to the store to be inspected, so that the target responsibility terminal rectifies the store to be inspected according to the content to be rectified after receiving the content to be rectified.
And 105, forwarding the rectification result sent by the target responsible terminal to the target execution terminal.
Specifically, after the target responsible terminal modifies the store to be checked according to the content to be modified, the target responsible terminal sends a modification result to the server, and the server forwards the received modification result to the target execution terminal, and displays the modification result in the target execution terminal. When the target responsibility terminal sends the rectification result, the validity of the rectification result can be verified by uploading pictures and videos.
And 106, receiving approval information aiming at the rectification result, which is sent by the target execution terminal.
Specifically, after the server forwards the rectification result to the target execution terminal in step 105, the target execution terminal checks the rectification result to generate approval information for the rectification result, where the approval information includes information about whether the rectification result is qualified, and the target execution terminal sends the approval information to the server.
When the rectification result is checked, the approval information can be obtained by directly carrying out approval according to the rectification result and the audio and video provided in the rectification result and used for verifying the validity of the rectification result, the approval information can be obtained by combining the online video and the rectification result, or the approval information can be obtained by carrying out the online inspection and the rectification result again to the store to be inspected. When the content to be rectified and modified comprises a plurality of items of content, the approval information comprises approval results obtained by respectively approving each item of content to be rectified and modified, namely the approval information comprises qualified/unqualified information corresponding to each item of rectified and modified content.
And 107, synchronizing the completion information aiming at the management task to the target management terminal, the target execution terminal and the target responsibility terminal when the approval information indicates that the approval is passed.
Specifically, after the approval information sent by the target execution terminal is obtained in step 106, when the approval information indicates that the approval is passed, the approval result is qualified, and when the approval information indicates that the approval is not passed, the approval result is wholly unqualified, or the approval result further contains the content to be approved, so that when the server determines that the approval is passed according to the approval information, the server determines that the management task is completed, and synchronizes the completion information of the management task to the target management terminal, the target execution terminal, and the target responsibility terminal, respectively.
The embodiment of the application completes a complete management process from management task creation to management task completion by responding to the instructions and data sent by the target management terminal, the target execution terminal and the target responsibility terminal, and comprises the following steps: creating a management task, issuing the management task, receiving a check result, generating a content to be rectified corresponding to the check result of the management task, issuing the content to be rectified, receiving the rectification result, and determining that the management task is completed according to the condition that the rectification result passes the approval. Compared with the prior art in which the inspection personnel perform inspection according to the experience of the inspection personnel and distribute the management tasks through the telephone mails and the like, the method and the system for managing the business processes have the advantages that the server schedules and distributes the business processes, so that the transparent and standardized management of the management tasks is realized, the optimization of the management processes is facilitated, and the management efficiency is improved.
Meanwhile, each terminal and each process are managed through the server, and tracing of each process node is facilitated.
It should be noted that, after receiving the inspection results and the approval information of the stores to be inspected, the embodiments of the present application may also count the inspection conditions of a plurality of stores to be inspected, and show the inspection conditions in a chart form at the target management terminal or other terminals. For example, the store that performs best, the store that performs worst, the average score for each store, the store that has a problem, the trend of the number of stores to be modified compared to the last inspection cycle, and the like may be determined from the inspection results. The target management terminal can adaptively adjust the issuing period or the checking strength of the management task according to the information.
In one possible embodiment, the step 104 is executed to transmit the content to be modified for the store to be checked, which is generated based on the checking result, to the target responsible terminal allocated to the store to be checked, through the steps 110 to 111.
Step 110, for each target inspection item, determining the inspection type to which the target inspection item belongs.
Specifically, the inspection type to which each target inspection item belongs is determined according to an inspection result generated by inspecting each target inspection item in the target inspection template.
Taking the store to be inspected as a restaurant store as an example, the inspection items include but are not limited to: the method comprises the following steps of (1) judging whether the management of the expiry date of the raw materials is invalid (the raw materials are not processed in the shelf life and are not processed in the proper way (labels are torn), intentionally replacing and tampering the expiry date of the raw materials, the unexpired materials are deteriorated, soured, mildewed and smelled), judging whether staff have working records when the health certificate is expired, hanging a shop business license in a striking place of a counter according to a copy element, a food operation license and a liquor commodity retail license by using a picture frame and needing to be within the valid period range, judging whether the materials in the shop are broken and not timely dialed, degrading the quality of the food materials due to unreasonable ordering, enabling the raw materials of a prepackaged product to be free of labels or not to be seen clearly, enabling the shop to have no expiry date card of the prefabricated materials, enabling the content of the expiry date card to be inconsistent with the standard requirement, judging whether a fire extinguisher is within the valid period and the like.
Taking a restaurant to be a store to be inspected as an example, each different inspection item belongs to a different inspection type, and the inspection type to which each inspection item belongs is predefined. In one possible embodiment, the examination types may be divided into: food safety, safety problems, pest and mouse damage prevention and control, store image, appearance and appearance instruments, tongue-and-groove propaganda, service flow, product stock and the like.
Alternatively, the examination types may be classified into: safety inspection items, key inspection items and operation standard failure items.
In the implementation of the present application, the inspection type to which each inspection item (including the target inspection item) belongs is defined in advance in the database, that is, the database stores the corresponding relationship between each inspection item and the inspection type, and the inspection type to which each target inspection item belongs is determined according to the corresponding relationship stored in the database.
Example 1, when the examination types are divided into: food safety, safety problems, pest and mouse damage prevention and control, store image, appearance instrument, tongue-and-groove propaganda, service flow, product stock and the like:

Whether the materials in the store are broken and not timely allocated is judged, and inspection items such as quality deterioration of the food materials and the like caused by unreasonable ordering belong to product stock.
Whether in the validity period and the pointer with the fire extinguisher in green region, whether placed other article and debris except that the fire extinguisher in the fire extinguisher case, whether the exit pilot lamp tablet of fleing safely normally lights, whether the emergency light is intact, whether the exit of fleing safely is unobstructed, whether pile in the passageway and put other article, whether the fire control lock remains the normal open state scheduling problem in business hours and belongs to the safety problem type.
Example 2, when the examination types are divided into: when the safety inspection project, the key inspection project and the operation standard failure project are carried out:

Step 111, determining, for each inspection type, inspection information indicating whether the inspection type is qualified or not according to a distribution of inspection results of each target inspection item belonging to the inspection type, so as to use the unqualified inspection information as the content to be rectified and modified; and the content to be rectified is displayed at the target responsibility terminal in the form of an analysis chart.
Specifically, after at least one inspection type corresponding to the target inspection item in the current inspection result is determined according to step 110, for each inspection type, the target inspection item included in the inspection type is determined, the score/evaluation of each target inspection item corresponding to the inspection result is determined, the distribution condition of the unqualified target inspection items corresponding to each inspection type is determined, and whether the inspection type is qualified or not is determined according to the number or the proportion of the unqualified target inspection items.
The checking information comprises qualified or unqualified information corresponding to each checking type, and after the server receives the checking information, the server takes the target checking item under each checking type corresponding to the unqualified checking type in the checking result as the content to be modified.
When the content to be modified is displayed in the form of an analysis chart at the target responsibility terminal, the analysis chart includes but is not limited to: and (3) displaying the proportion of the target inspection item corresponding to each inspection type in the content to be rectified in each inspection type related in the content to be rectified in a chart by combining digital graphs, and distinguishing different inspection types by different colors. And (3) performing hierarchical display on the content to be rectified in the analysis chart, namely displaying a plurality of inspection types corresponding to the content to be rectified firstly, and displaying a corresponding target inspection item under the inspection type when a user clicks the specific inspection type. By the method, the correction and modification conditions of the store to be checked by the responsible person corresponding to the target responsibility terminal are more vividly displayed, and the management efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, in addition to displaying the content to be rectified, the analysis chart may further include the total number of the target inspection items included in the management task and the total number of the target inspection items in the content to be rectified, and meanwhile, the number of the target inspection items that have been rectified or are qualified may be determined according to the approval information of the rectification result in step 106, so that the rectification condition corresponding to each management task can be displayed according to the analysis chart.
In one possible embodiment, in order to update the target inspection template for inspecting the store to be inspected with respect to the characteristics of the store to be inspected, the method further comprises the steps of:

Specifically, data crawling is carried out on a public platform in modes of data source crawling and the like, evaluation information for stores to be inspected is obtained, and the evaluation information of each store to be inspected is stored in a database.
And step 121, determining candidate inspection items for indicating that the store to be inspected has to be improved according to the evaluation information and/or the inspection result.
Specifically, whether the store to be inspected has a problem to be improved is determined according to the evaluation information of each store to be inspected stored in the database and the inspection result obtained in step 102, for example, when the evaluation information of the store to be inspected, which is obtained through data crawling, includes a problem such as "bad hygiene", it is possible to use "hygiene" as the content that needs to be improved for the store to be inspected, and use at least one inspection item corresponding to "hygiene problem" as a candidate inspection item.
Step 122, updating the candidate inspection item to the target inspection template.
Specifically, the target inspection template corresponding to the store to be inspected is determined, and the candidate inspection item obtained in step 121 is added to the target inspection template. It should be noted that, in another possible embodiment, when the evaluation information of the store to be checked obtained through data crawling includes a problem such as "bad hygiene", a problem category label of "hygiene problem" may be marked for the store to be checked, so that when a management task is generated for the store to be checked next time, a target check item corresponding to "hygiene problem" is automatically added to a target check template generated for the store to be checked. So as to update the contents which need to be modified of the store to be checked in real time through the evaluation information and the checking result.
In one possible embodiment, the target inspection mode in step 101 is determined by: determining a target inspection mode aiming at the store to be inspected according to the attribute characteristics of the store to be inspected and/or the historical inspection mode aiming at the store to be inspected; or, in response to a selection instruction of the target management terminal for the target inspection mode, determining the target inspection mode from a plurality of preset inspection modes or from inspection modes recommended by the server.
Specifically, the target inspection mode is determined from a plurality of inspection modes such as remote inspection, field inspection, random inspection and the like. The remote check comprises a live check, a recorded broadcast check and the like. The random inspection may be a field inspection or a remote inspection. The target inspection mode is determined by either of the following two methods:
the method comprises the following steps: the attribute features represent store-specific attributes such as the operation type of the store to be checked, and the attributes include but are not limited to catering attributes, logistics attributes, factory attributes and the like. For example, when the attribute characteristics of the store to be inspected are catering, the target inspection mode is set to be a field inspection mode or a mode combining the field inspection mode and remote inspection mode, such as field store patrol and live broadcast inspection; when the attribute of the store to be inspected is characterized as a logistics class, the target inspection mode tends to be set to remote inspection, such as live + recorded inspection.
The historical inspection mode also affects the target inspection mode of the management task, and the target inspection mode can be directly the same as the historical inspection mode, can also be different from the historical inspection mode, or can calculate the times of each inspection mode in the historical inspection mode so as to enable the times of various inspection modes to be similar. For example, when all the historical inspection modes of the stores to be inspected are field inspections, the target inspection mode can be set as field inspection or adjusted to remote inspection. The target inspection mode is automatically determined by the method. Alternatively, the historical check mode of the store with the same operation type as the store to be checked may be determined as the target check mode of the current store to be checked, for example, if the operation type of the store to be checked is milk tea beverage, and the historical check mode of other stores (also operating milk tea beverage) with the same operation type as the store to be checked is that the ratio of the on-site check exceeds a threshold value, then the target check mode of the store to be checked is the on-site check.
The second method comprises the following steps: and if the target management terminal generates a selection instruction for selecting the target inspection mode, determining the inspection mode selected from the preset multiple inspection modes as the target inspection mode. When the user selects at the target management terminal, the server can also recommend the checking mode for the user to select according to the attribute characteristics of the store to be checked, the historical checking mode of the store to be checked, or the corresponding information of the store to be checked in the database.
In a possible embodiment, when the target inspection mode is an inspection mode of a field inspection, fig. 2 shows a flowchart of positioning during the field inspection provided by an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the method is implemented through steps 201 to 204:
step 201, after receiving a task execution instruction triggered by the target execution terminal, sending a position positioning instruction to the target execution terminal.
Specifically, after the target execution terminal triggers the task execution instruction, the target execution user enters the store to be checked by holding the target execution terminal to perform field check on the store to be checked, and after receiving the task execution instruction triggered by the target execution terminal, the server sends a positioning instruction for acquiring the current position of the target execution terminal to determine whether the target execution terminal enters the vicinity of the store to be checked.

Specifically, after sending the positioning instruction to the target execution terminal according to step 201, the server receives positioning data obtained by positioning the target execution terminal according to the positioning instruction.
Step 203, judging whether the positioning data is located in an inspection area set for the store to be inspected.
Specifically, set up the check area for every shop to be examined in advance, the size in check area can be adjusted according to the actual demand, when receiving the location data that the target execution terminal location obtained, judges whether the coordinate that this location data correspond is located the check area who sets up for this shop to be examined.

Specifically, when the positioning data indicates that the target execution terminal is within the check range, the check result submitted by the target execution terminal is a valid check result, whereas when the positioning data indicates that the target execution terminal is not within the check range, the check result submitted by the target execution terminal is an invalid check result.
If the positioning data is not located in the inspection area, the target executive personnel is considered to be positioned wrongly, the target executive personnel is reminded to enter the inspection area again for positioning by sending reminding information to the target executive terminal, and the target executive personnel is ensured to be capable of inspecting in a store to be inspected. After the reminding information is sent, a positioning instruction is continuously sent to the target execution terminal, positioning data fed back by the target execution terminal is obtained again, the server stores new positioning data and deletes the last positioning data as invalid data until the target execution terminal enters the inspection area, an instruction for obtaining an inspection result is sent to the target execution terminal so as to obtain that a target executive person inspects a store to be inspected in the inspection area, an effective inspection result is generated at the target execution terminal, the problem of false inspection caused by the fact that the target executive person generates the inspection result before reaching the store to be inspected is prevented, and authenticity of inspection is guaranteed.
It should be noted that, when the positioning data is not located in the inspection area, the embodiment of the application may further provide a moving route for the target execution terminal to move from the current position to the store to be inspected or the inspection area on the interface of the reminding information, so as to improve the efficiency of moving the target execution user of the target execution terminal to the store to be inspected.
In a feasible implementation, when the target check mode is a remote live check mode, the check result includes a video frame generated by the target execution terminal, wherein an operation interface of the target execution terminal includes a video live region and a display region of the target check item, and the display region configures a corresponding screenshot control for the target check item so that the target execution terminal intercepts the video frame at the current moment in the video live region in response to a trigger operation on the screenshot control.
Specifically, when the target check mode is a remote live broadcast check mode, a live video area and a target check item display area are simultaneously displayed in an operation interface of the target execution terminal, so that a target execution user can conveniently execute each target check item displayed according to the target check item display area, each target check item corresponds to a screenshot control configured for the target check item, when the screenshot control corresponding to the target check item is pressed, a video frame in the live video area is intercepted and stored in a folder corresponding to the target check item, if the same screenshot is repeatedly pressed, only the latest screenshot can be stored, and each intercepted picture can also be stored.
The intercepted video frame can be a video frame which does not accord with the standard of the target inspection item, can also be a video frame which accords with the standard of the target inspection item, or can prove the video frame which can mark the basis of the evaluation/evaluation of the inspection item of the item.
In a possible embodiment, when the target inspection mode is a pre-inspection mode, the method further includes the steps of:
receiving a video stream shot by a camera device arranged in the store to be checked; detecting whether a target object exists in the video stream by using an image detection model; when the target object exists in the video stream, storing a video frame in which the target object exists in the video stream, and sending the video frame to the target execution terminal, so that the target execution terminal generates the check result based on the video frame.

And enabling the target execution terminal to generate an inspection result of the store to be inspected according to the intercepted video frame. The target object is a preset or marked object carrying at least one characteristic point.
It should be noted that, in the image detection model, after a certain number of objects are identified, the inspection result may be automatically obtained, and the video frame in which the object exists, the rating/evaluation criterion according to which the inspection result is obtained, and the inspection result are merged and sent to the object execution terminal, so that the object execution person may verify or modify the inspection result according to the video frame displayed in the object execution terminal, the rating/evaluation criterion, and the inspection result.
The embodiment of the application also provides a management task processing method, which is applied to a target management terminal and comprises the following steps:

The management task and the content included in the management task refer to the detailed description of the management task in the management task processing method applied to the server.

The embodiment of the application completes a complete management process from management task creation to management task completion by responding to the instructions and data sent by the target management terminal, the target execution terminal and the target responsibility terminal, and comprises the following steps: creating a management task, issuing the management task, receiving a check result, generating a content to be rectified corresponding to the check result of the management task, issuing the content to be rectified, receiving the rectification result, and determining that the management task is completed according to the condition that the rectification result passes the approval. Compared with the prior art in which the inspection personnel perform inspection according to the experience of the inspection personnel and distribute the management tasks through the telephone mails and the like, the method and the system for managing the business processes have the advantages that the server schedules and distributes the business processes, so that the transparent and standardized management of the management tasks is realized, the optimization of the management processes is facilitated, and the management efficiency is improved.
The embodiment of the application provides a management task processing device, which resides in a target execution terminal, and the device comprises:

And the third execution unit is used for executing the process of ending the task corresponding to the content to be rectified after receiving the completion information.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present application, including: a processor 501, a storage medium 502 and a bus 503, wherein the storage medium 502 stores machine readable instructions executable by the processor 501, when the electronic device executes the management task processing method as in the embodiment, the processor 501 and the storage medium 502 communicate with each other through the bus 503, and the processor 501 executes the machine readable instructions to execute the steps as in the embodiment.
In an embodiment, the storage medium 502 may further execute other machine-readable instructions to perform other methods as described in the embodiments, and for the method steps and principles of specific execution, reference is made to the description of the embodiments, which is not described in detail herein.
Corresponding to the management task processing method in the present application, an embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the management task processing method.
Specifically, the storage medium can be a general-purpose storage medium, such as a removable disk, a hard disk, or the like, and when the computer program on the storage medium is executed, the management task processing method described above can be executed.

Claims (18)

1. A management task processing method is applied to a server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to a management task creating instruction of a target management terminal aiming at a store to be checked, and creating a management task aiming at the store to be checked; the management task comprises a target inspection item generated based on a target inspection template and a target inspection mode matched with the target inspection item;
responding to an issuing instruction of the target management terminal aiming at the management task, and sending the management task to a target execution terminal;
receiving a checking result sent by the target execution terminal; the target execution terminal is generated after the target execution user performs the inspection of the corresponding target inspection item on the store to be inspected according to the target inspection mode based on the target execution result;
sending the content to be rectified and modified aiming at the store to be checked, which is generated based on the checking result, to a target responsibility terminal distributed for the store to be checked;
forwarding the rectification result sent by the target responsibility terminal to the target execution terminal;
receiving approval information aiming at the rectification result sent by the target execution terminal;
and when the approval information indicates that approval is passed, synchronizing completion information aiming at the management task to the target management terminal, the target execution terminal and the target responsibility terminal.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sending the content to be rectified and modified for the store to be checked, which is generated based on the checking result, to the target responsible terminal allocated for the store to be checked comprises:
judging the inspection type of each target inspection item to which the target inspection item belongs;
for each inspection type, determining inspection information used for indicating whether the inspection type is qualified or not according to the distribution condition of the inspection results of all target inspection items belonging to the inspection type, and taking unqualified inspection information as the content to be rectified and modified;
and the content to be rectified is displayed at the target responsibility terminal in the form of an analysis chart.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring evaluation information aiming at the store to be checked by using a data source crawling mode;
determining candidate inspection items for indicating that the store to be inspected has to be improved according to the evaluation information and/or the inspection result;
and updating the candidate examination items into the target examination template.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the target inspection mode is determined by:
determining a target inspection mode aiming at the store to be inspected according to the attribute characteristics of the store to be inspected and/or the historical inspection mode aiming at the store to be inspected;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and determining the target inspection mode from a plurality of preset inspection modes or from the inspection modes recommended by the server in response to the selection instruction of the target management terminal for the target inspection mode.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the target inspection mode is an inspection mode of a field inspection, the method further comprises:
after receiving a task execution instruction triggered by the target execution terminal, sending a position positioning instruction to the target execution terminal;
receiving positioning data obtained when the target execution terminal positions the position of the target execution terminal based on the position positioning instruction;
judging whether the positioning data is located in an inspection area set for the store to be inspected;
and if the positioning data is not located in the checking area, sending reminding information for reminding that the positioning data is not located in the checking area to the target execution terminal.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the target check mode is a remote live check mode, the check result includes a video frame generated by the target execution terminal, wherein an operation interface of the target execution terminal includes a live video area and a display area of the target check item, and the display area is configured with a corresponding screenshot control for the target check item, so that the target execution terminal intercepts the video frame of the live video area at the current time in response to a trigger operation of screenshot of the control.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the target inspection mode is a pre-inspection mode, the method further comprises:
receiving a video stream shot by a camera device arranged in the store to be checked;
detecting whether a target object exists in the video stream by using an image detection model;
when the target object exists in the video stream, storing a video frame in which the target object exists in the video stream, and sending the video frame to the target execution terminal, so that the target execution terminal generates the check result based on the video frame.
8. A management task processing method is applied to a target management terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to the management task creating operation of a target management user aiming at the store to be checked, and generating a management task creating instruction;
sending the management task creating instruction to a server so that the server creates a management task for the store to be checked according to the management task creating instruction; the management task comprises a target inspection item generated based on a target inspection template and a target inspection mode matched with the target inspection item;
sending a distribution instruction of the management task generated by responding to the management task distribution operation of the to-be-inspected store by the target management user to a server so that the server sends the management task to a target execution terminal;
and executing a process of ending the management task after receiving completion information for the management task, wherein the completion information is sent by the server when approval information which is sent by the target execution terminal and used for indicating an adjustment result is approved, the adjustment result is generated by the server based on an inspection result sent by the target execution terminal, and the inspection result is generated by the target execution terminal based on an inspection result of a target inspection item which is corresponding to the store to be inspected and is performed by a target execution user according to the target inspection mode.
9. A management task processing method is applied to a target execution terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a management task sent by a server in response to a management task issuing instruction of a target management terminal aiming at a store to be checked; the management task is created by the server in response to a management task creation instruction of the target management terminal aiming at the store to be checked; the management task comprises a target inspection item generated based on a target inspection template and a target inspection mode matched with the target inspection item;
responding to a trigger operation of a target execution user after the target execution user carries out the corresponding target inspection item inspection on the store to be inspected according to the target inspection mode, and generating an inspection result;
sending the checking result to a server so that the server generates a content to be rectified aiming at the store to be checked based on the checking result and sends the content to be rectified to a target responsibility terminal in the store to be checked;
responding to the approval operation of the target executive user for the received rectification result sent by the target responsibility terminal and forwarded by the server, and generating approval information;
sending the approval information to a release server so that the server synchronizes completion information aiming at the management task to the target management terminal, the target execution terminal and the target responsibility terminal when the approval information indicates that the approval is passed;
and executing the process of ending the management task after receiving the completion information aiming at the management task.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein when the target inspection mode is an inspection mode of a field inspection, the method further comprises:
transmitting item inspection data for the target inspection item to the server;
receiving a position positioning instruction which is sent by the server and aims at the project inspection data;
positioning the position of the user according to the position positioning instruction to obtain positioning data;
sending the positioning data to a server so that the server judges whether the positioning data is located in an inspection area set for the store to be inspected;
and receiving reminding information which is sent by the server and used for reminding that the positioning data are not in the checking area currently, wherein the reminding information is sent by the server when the positioning data are determined not to be in the checking area.

The method according to claim 9, wherein when the target inspection mode is a remote live inspection mode, a screen of the target execution terminal includes a live area and a display area of the target inspection items, and each target inspection item is configured with a corresponding screenshot control in the display area, and the method further includes:
responding to a confirmation operation of a target execution user on a screen capture control corresponding to an unsatisfactory target check item, and capturing a video frame obtained by a screen capture of the live broadcast area to take the video frame and the unsatisfactory target check item as check data;
and responding to task completion operation, and sending the inspection data to the server so that the server stores the inspection data.
12. A management task processing method is applied to a target responsibility terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving content to be rectified and modified aiming at a store to be checked, which is sent by a server; the correction content is generated by the server based on a checking result of the store to be checked, which is sent by a target execution terminal, the checking result is generated after the target execution terminal checks the store to be checked according to a management task based on a target execution user, the management task comprises a target checking item generated based on a target checking template and a target checking mode matched with the target checking item, and the management task is created by the server in response to a management task creation instruction of the target management terminal for the store to be checked;
sending an rectification result aiming at the rectification content to the server, so that the server synchronizes completion information aiming at the management task to the target management terminal, the target execution terminal and the target responsibility terminal when determining that the approval information of the rectification result passes the approval;
and after receiving the completion information, executing a process for finishing the task corresponding to the content to be rectified.
13. A management task processing apparatus residing on a server, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a first creating unit, a second creating unit and a monitoring unit, wherein the first creating unit is used for responding to a management task creating instruction of a target management terminal aiming at a store to be checked and creating a management task aiming at the store to be checked; the management task comprises a target inspection item generated based on a target inspection template and a target inspection mode matched with the target inspection item;
the first sending unit is used for responding to a sending instruction of the target management terminal aiming at the management task and sending the management task to the target execution terminal;
a first receiving unit, configured to receive a check result sent by the target execution terminal; the target execution terminal is generated after the target execution user performs the inspection of the corresponding target inspection item on the store to be inspected according to the target inspection mode based on the target execution result;
a second sending unit, configured to send, to a target responsibility terminal allocated to the store to be checked, content to be rectified and modified for the store to be checked, which is generated based on the checking result;
a third sending unit, configured to forward, to the target execution terminal, the rectification result sent by the target responsible terminal;
a second receiving unit, configured to receive approval information for the rectification result sent by the target execution terminal;
and the first synchronization unit is used for synchronizing the completion information aiming at the management task to the target management terminal, the target execution terminal and the target responsibility terminal when the approval information indicates that the approval is passed.
14. A management task processing apparatus residing in a target management terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a first generation unit, a second generation unit and a management task execution unit, wherein the first generation unit responds to a management task creation operation of a target management user for a store to be checked and generates a management task creation instruction;
the second creating unit is used for sending the management task creating instruction to a server so that the server creates a management task for the store to be checked according to the management task creating instruction; the management task comprises a target inspection item generated based on a target inspection template and a target inspection mode matched with the target inspection item;
a fourth sending unit, configured to send, to a server, an issuing instruction of a management task generated in response to a management task issuing operation of the target management user for the store to be checked, so that the server sends the management task to a target execution terminal;
the first execution unit is configured to execute a process of ending the management task after receiving completion information for the management task, where the completion information is sent by the server when receiving that approval information sent by the target execution terminal and used to indicate an adjustment result is approved, the adjustment result is generated by the server based on an inspection result sent by the target execution terminal, and the inspection result is generated by the target execution terminal based on an inspection result that a target execution user inspects the store to be inspected for a corresponding target inspection item according to the target inspection mode.
15. A management task processing apparatus residing in a target execution terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the third receiving unit is used for receiving the management task sent by the server in response to the management task issuing instruction of the target management terminal aiming at the store to be checked; the management task is created by the server in response to a management task creation instruction of the target management terminal aiming at the store to be checked; the management task comprises a target inspection item generated based on a target inspection template and a target inspection mode matched with the target inspection item;
the second generation unit is used for responding to the trigger operation of a target execution user after the target execution user performs the check of the corresponding target check item on the store to be checked according to the target check mode and generating a check result;
a fifth sending unit, configured to send the inspection result to a server, so that the server generates, based on the inspection result, a content to be rectified for the store to be inspected, and sends the content to be rectified to a target responsibility terminal in the store to be inspected;
a third generating unit, configured to generate approval information in response to an approval operation performed by a target executive user for a received rectification result sent by the target responsibility terminal and forwarded by the server;
a sixth sending unit, configured to send the approval information to a release server, so that when the approval information indicates that the approval is passed, the server synchronizes completion information for the management task to the target management terminal, the target execution terminal, and the target responsibility terminal;
and the second execution unit is used for executing the process of finishing the management task after receiving the completion information aiming at the management task.
16. A management task processing apparatus residing in a target responsible terminal, the apparatus comprising:

a seventh sending unit, configured to send an adjustment result for the adjustment content to the server, so that when the server determines that the approval information of the adjustment result passes the approval, the server synchronizes completion information for the management task to the target management terminal, the target execution terminal, and the target responsibility terminal;
and the third execution unit is used for executing the process of ending the task corresponding to the content to be rectified after receiving the completion information.

An electronic device, comprising: a processor, a storage medium and a bus, the storage medium storing machine-readable instructions executable by the processor, the processor and the storage medium communicating via the bus when the electronic device is operating, the processor executing the machine-readable instructions to perform the steps of the management task processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
