It should be noted that the data processing principle in the embodiment of the present invention is the same as the corresponding data processing principle in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the invention, a guest group matching strategy, a guest group distribution model and a tag pool are established in advance, and the association between the guest group and tags in the tag pool is configured; when the business of the user is approved, the user can be differentially distributed to different customer groups, even if the user belongs to the same customer group type, the user can also be differentially distributed, each customer group corresponds to different labels, and the label rules and the label values corresponding to the labels are different, so that the label values corresponding to the user can be determined when the business is approved, the business approval result is obtained, and the differential approval of different users is realized; and different users' differentiated approval modes do not need to execute the examination and approval of all approval rules by each user, thereby improving the cost and efficiency of approval and improving the accuracy of business approval.
The following describes, in detail, a method for updating a guest group associated tag in an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:

It should be noted that the data processing principle in the embodiment of the present invention is the same as the corresponding data processing principle in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the invention, the label set associated with the customer group can be updated in time based on the requirement of business approval, and the label value corresponding to the user can be determined during business approval, so that a business approval result is obtained, differential approval of different users is realized, and the accuracy of business approval is improved.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention provides a service approval apparatus 400, as shown in fig. 4, where the apparatus 400 includes:
a receiving unit 401, configured to receive a service approval request of a user, acquire a user identifier in the approval request, so as to query corresponding historical transaction information and service information, match the historical transaction information and the service information with a preset guest group policy, and obtain a guest group type to which the user belongs;
an allocating unit 402, configured to, in response to that the guest group type corresponds to multiple guest group identifiers, invoke a preset allocation model to determine a target guest group identifier corresponding to the user;
an extracting unit 403, configured to query, from a database, a tag identifier set associated with the target guest group identifier, so as to extract a corresponding tag rule set from a tag pool;
an approval unit 404, configured to invoke the tag rule set, determine the tag value set of the user based on the historical transaction information and the service information, generate an approval result based on the tag value set, and send the approval result.
It should be understood that the manner of implementing the embodiment of the present invention is the same as the manner of implementing the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the description thereof is omitted.
In an embodiment, the approval unit 404 is specifically configured to:
judging whether the label value set meets a preset condition or not;
if so, acquiring the asset information of the user to calculate the corresponding business limit of the user so as to generate an approval result; and if not, screening the label values which do not meet the preset conditions to generate an approval result.
In another embodiment, the approval unit 404 is specifically configured to:
acquiring the asset information of the user to call a preset calculation model, and calculating the pending service amount of the user based on the asset information;
and inquiring the adjustment proportion corresponding to the guest group identification to adjust the pending service amount to obtain the service amount corresponding to the user.
In yet another embodiment, the apparatus 400 further comprises:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring historical transaction information and historical service information of the historical approval user corresponding to the target customer group identification;
the updating unit is used for updating a label identification set associated with the target guest group identification, extracting a corresponding label rule set from a label pool, and updating the approval result of the historical approval user based on the historical transaction information and the historical service information;
the determining unit is used for calling a preset analysis model so as to determine an index value of a preset index based on the updated approval result;
and the storage unit is used for responding to the condition that the index value of the preset index meets a preset threshold value, and storing the updated tag identification set associated with the target guest group identification.
In another embodiment, the allocating unit 402 is specifically configured to:
calling a preset distribution model, acquiring the number of the approval users of each guest group corresponding to the guest group type in a preset time period, and calculating the proportion of the number of the approval users of each guest group;
and comparing the number proportion of the approval users with a preset proportion to determine a target passenger group which does not meet the preset proportion, and determining the identification of the target passenger group as the identification of the target passenger group corresponding to the user.
In another embodiment, the obtaining unit is further configured to obtain a historical approval result corresponding to each guest group identifier, so as to count an index value of a preset index;
the apparatus 400 further comprises:
and the alarm unit is used for responding to the condition that the index value of the preset index exceeds a preset threshold value and sending an alarm prompt message.
In yet another embodiment, the apparatus 400 further comprises:
and the visualization unit is used for calling a preset visualization model so as to visualize the index value of the preset index.
In yet another embodiment, the receiving unit 401 is further configured to receive update information, where the update information includes a correspondence between updated tag identifiers and guest group identifiers;
and the updating unit is further configured to update the tag identifier set associated with the guest group identifier based on the corresponding relationship.
It should be understood that the embodiment of the present invention is implemented in the same manner as the embodiment shown in fig. 1, 2 or 3, and is not repeated herein.
In the embodiment of the invention, a guest group matching strategy, a guest group distribution model and a tag pool are established in advance, and the association between the guest group and tags in the tag pool is configured; when the business of the user is approved, the user can be differentially distributed to different customer groups, even if the user belongs to the same customer group type, the user can also be differentially distributed, each customer group corresponds to different labels, and the label rules and the label values corresponding to the labels are different, so that the label values corresponding to the user can be determined when the business is approved, the business approval result is obtained, and the differential approval of different users is realized; and different users' differentiated approval modes do not need to execute the examination and approval of all approval rules by each user, thereby improving the cost and efficiency of approval and improving the accuracy of business approval.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electronic device and a readable storage medium are also provided.
The electronic device of the embodiment of the invention comprises: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; the memory stores instructions executable by the processor, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to execute the business approval method provided by the embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 5 illustrates an exemplary system architecture 500 of a business approval method or a business approval apparatus to which an embodiment of the present invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 5, the system architecture 500 may include terminal devices 501, 502, 503, a network 504, and a server 505. The network 504 serves to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 501, 502, 503 and the server 505. Network 504 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
The user may use the terminal devices 501, 502, 503 to interact with a server 505 over a network 504 to receive or send messages or the like. Various client applications may be installed on the terminal devices 501, 502, 503.
The terminal devices 501, 502, 503 may be, but are not limited to, smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 505 may be a server providing various services, and the server may analyze and process data such as a received product information query request, and feed back a processing result (for example, product information — just an example) to the terminal device.
It should be noted that the service approval method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 505, and accordingly, the service approval apparatus is generally disposed in the server 505.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 5 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 6, a block diagram of a computer system 600 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention is shown. The computer system illustrated in FIG. 6 is only one example and should not impose any limitations on the scope of use or functionality of embodiments of the invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the computer system 600 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)601 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)602 or a program loaded from a storage section 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM 603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 600 are also stored. The CPU 601, ROM 602, and RAM 603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 605: an input portion 606 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 607 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 608 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 609 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 609 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 610 is also connected to the I/O interface 605 as needed. A removable medium 611 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 610 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted in the storage section 608 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 609, and/or installed from the removable medium 611. The computer program performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 601.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a unit, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described units may also be provided in a processor, and may be described as: a processor includes a receiving unit, an assigning unit, an extracting unit, and an approving unit. Where the names of these units do not in some cases constitute a limitation of the unit itself, for example, a receiving unit may also be described as a "unit requesting a receiving function".
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to perform the business approval method provided by the present invention.
As another aspect, the present invention further provides a computer program product, which includes a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements the business approval method provided in the embodiments of the present invention.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (15)

1. A business approval method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a service approval request of a user, acquiring a user identifier in the approval request, and inquiring corresponding historical transaction information and service information so as to match the historical transaction information and the service information with a preset customer group strategy to obtain a customer group type of the user;
responding to the guest group type corresponding to a plurality of guest group identifications, and calling a preset distribution model to determine a target guest group identification corresponding to the user;
querying a tag identification set associated with the target customer group identification from a database to extract a corresponding tag rule set from a tag pool;
and calling the label rule set, determining the label value set of the user based on historical transaction information and service information, and generating and sending an approval result based on the label value set.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating approval results based on the set of label values comprises:
judging whether the label value set meets a preset condition or not;
if so, acquiring the asset information of the user to calculate the corresponding business limit of the user so as to generate an approval result; and if not, screening the label values which do not meet the preset conditions to generate an approval result.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining the asset information of the user to calculate the corresponding service quota of the user comprises:
acquiring the asset information of the user to call a preset calculation model, and calculating the pending service amount of the user based on the asset information;
and inquiring the adjustment proportion corresponding to the guest group identification to adjust the pending service amount to obtain the service amount corresponding to the user.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring historical transaction information and historical service information of a historical approval user corresponding to the target guest group identification;
updating a label identification set associated with the target guest group identification, and extracting a corresponding label rule set from a label pool so as to update the approval result of the historical approval user based on the historical transaction information and the historical service information;
calling a preset analysis model to determine an index value of a preset index based on the updated approval result;
and responding to the index value of the preset index meeting a preset threshold value, and storing the updated tag identification set associated with the target guest group identification.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the invoking a preset allocation model to determine the target guest group identifier corresponding to the user comprises:
calling a preset distribution model, acquiring the number of the approval users of each guest group corresponding to the guest group type in a preset time period, and calculating the proportion of the number of the approval users of each guest group;
and comparing the number proportion of the approval users with a preset proportion to determine a target passenger group which does not meet the preset proportion, and determining the identification of the target passenger group as the identification of the target passenger group corresponding to the user.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining a historical approval result corresponding to each passenger group identifier so as to count index values of preset indexes;
and sending an alarm prompt message in response to the index value of the preset index exceeding a preset threshold value.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the counting of the index values of the preset index comprises:
and calling a preset visualization model to visualize the index value of the preset index.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving update information, wherein the update information comprises a corresponding relation between updated tag identification and guest group identification;
and updating the tag identification set associated with the guest group identification based on the corresponding relation.
9. A business approval apparatus, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a service approval request of a user, acquiring a user identifier in the approval request, inquiring corresponding historical transaction information and service information, matching the historical transaction information and the service information with a preset customer group strategy, and obtaining the type of the customer group to which the user belongs;
the distribution unit is used for responding to the guest group type corresponding to a plurality of guest group identifications and calling a preset distribution model to determine a target guest group identification corresponding to the user;
the extracting unit is used for inquiring the tag identification set associated with the target guest group identification from a database so as to extract a corresponding tag rule set from a tag pool;
and the examination and approval unit is used for calling the label rule set, determining the label value set of the user based on historical transaction information and service information, and generating an examination and approval result based on the label value set and sending the examination and approval result.
10. The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the approval unit is specifically configured to:
judging whether the label value set meets a preset condition or not;
if so, acquiring the asset information of the user to calculate the corresponding business limit of the user so as to generate an approval result; and if not, screening the label values which do not meet the preset conditions to generate an approval result.
11. The apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the approval unit is specifically configured to:
acquiring the asset information of the user to call a preset calculation model, and calculating the pending service amount of the user based on the asset information;
and inquiring the adjustment proportion corresponding to the guest group identification to adjust the pending service amount to obtain the service amount corresponding to the user.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring historical transaction information and historical service information of the historical approval user corresponding to the target customer group identification;
the updating unit is used for updating a label identification set associated with the target guest group identification, extracting a corresponding label rule set from a label pool, and updating the approval result of the historical approval user based on the historical transaction information and the historical service information;
the determining unit is used for calling a preset analysis model so as to determine an index value of a preset index based on the updated approval result;
and the storage unit is used for responding to the condition that the index value of the preset index meets a preset threshold value, and storing the updated tag identification set associated with the target guest group identification.
13. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-8.
14. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-8.
15. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the program realizes the method according to any of claims 1-8 when executed by a processor.
