The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
The terminal in the present disclosure may be, for example, a mobile phone, a PAD, a wearable device, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a method of backing up terminal data is provided. Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method of backing up terminal data according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, including the steps of:
step S101: carrying out identity authentication with the terminal;
step S102: determining data to be backed up of the terminal in response to passing of the identity authentication with the terminal;
step S103: and sending a first backup message to the terminal to inform the terminal to store the data to be backed up in the storage space.
In the exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, in order to overcome the problem in the related art that terminal data cannot be backed up when a terminal screen is damaged, a method for backing up terminal data without operating the screen is provided, and the method is applied to a backup initiating device. The backup initiating device performs identity authentication with the terminal, determines data to be backed up in the terminal after the authentication with the terminal passes, sends a first backup message to the terminal, and informs the terminal to store the data to be backed up in a storage space.
In step S101, when data in the terminal needs to be backed up, the backup initiating device is connected to the terminal, and the backup initiating device may be a server installed with an authentication system, or a device installed with an authentication program, such as a computer, or even another terminal installed with an authentication client. For example, the backup method in this embodiment may be executed by an authentication system on a server, or may be executed by an authentication program on a computer, and the authentication system may even be run on a web page of any device.
The connection between the backup initiating device and the terminal may be through a wireless communication network, for example, a wireless WiFi network, a local area network, or a mobile communication network, or may be through a wired connection, for example, a USB connection. The identity authentication comprises security authentication and validity authentication, wherein the security authentication is used for ensuring the security of terminal data and preventing the leakage of the terminal data, and the validity authentication is used for ensuring that the backup initiating device can enable the terminal to execute data backup. The identity authentication includes any authentication mode capable of verifying the security and the validity, such as a mobile phone number, equipment information of a verification terminal, account information and the like, and the mode and the times of the identity authentication can be set according to actual requirements.
In step S102, when the authentication with the terminal does not pass, the backup initiating device may send a prompt message to prompt the user that the authentication fails, and the user may select to perform the authentication again, and when the number of consecutive failures reaches a preset threshold, prompt the user that the user cannot perform the backup. When the identity authentication with the terminal passes, the data to be backed up of the terminal is determined through the backup initiating device, wherein the data to be backed up can be all data in the terminal or data to be backed up selected by a user through the backup initiating device. The data to be backed up comprises pictures, short messages, contact persons, call records, audio, video and documents, system application data and settings thereof, application chat records and the like.
Step S103: after the data to be backed up of the terminal is determined, the backup initiating device sends a first backup message to the terminal to inform the terminal to store the data to be backed up to a storage space, wherein the storage space is a position where a user wants to store the data to be backed up, such as storing the data to a local device or storing the data to a cloud, and the user selects the storage space through the backup initiating device.
In the exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, after the backup initiating device is connected with the terminal, the terminal performs identity authentication, when the identity authentication passes, the data to be backed up in the terminal is determined, and the backup initiating device sends a first backup message to the terminal so as to store the data to be backed up in a corresponding storage space through the terminal. The user can complete the backup of the terminal data without operating the terminal in the backup process, the terminal data can be backed up in time even if the terminal screen is damaged, and the user experience is improved.
In some exemplary embodiments, the authentication with the terminal includes: and sending a data backup request to the terminal through a wireless communication network, wherein the data backup request carries request sender information and encryption information.
When the backup initiating device is connected to the terminal through the wireless communication network, since the reliability of the backup initiating device cannot be ensured, in order to prevent leakage of terminal data and ensure the security of the terminal data, the reliability of the backup initiating device needs to be confirmed. The backup initiating device sends a data backup request to the terminal through the wireless communication network, wherein the data backup request carries request sender information and encryption information, namely the encryption information of the backup initiating device. For example, an encrypted short message is sent to the terminal in a short message manner, where the encrypted short message includes number information and encryption information of the backup initiating device.
By adopting the mode, when the terminal determines that the sender is not the appointed backup request sender or the encryption information is incorrect, the subsequent verification process is stopped. Therefore, the problem that the power consumption of the terminal is too high due to the fact that a malicious party frequently sends backup requests and the terminal executes a corresponding verification process can be prevented.
In some exemplary embodiments, the authenticating with the terminal further includes: receiving equipment information and account information from a terminal; and verifying the equipment information and the account information.
And when the backup initiating device is connected with the terminal through the wireless communication network and the data backup request is verified, receiving the device information and the account information from the terminal. And pre-storing an equipment information base in the backup initiating equipment, and when the received equipment information of the terminal is the equipment information in the preset information base, indicating that the equipment information is verified to be passed. When the backup method is executed in the backup initiating device, account information which is the same as that of the terminal needs to be logged in, and when the account information of the terminal is the same as that of the backup initiating device, the account information is verified to be passed. The verification of the equipment information and the account information belongs to validity verification, and data backup can be guaranteed only if verification is passed.
In the above embodiment, the device authentication is performed first, and then the account authentication is performed, and in the actual authentication process, the order of the device authentication and the account authentication is not limited.
In some exemplary embodiments, the authenticating with the terminal further includes: and sending the encryption certificate to the terminal.
When the backup method is executed through a website on the backup initiating device, in order to further ensure the security of data backup and ensure the reliability and connection stability of the website, an encryption certificate, such as an ECC (elliptic Curve Cryptography) encryption certificate, is sent to the terminal. The terminal verifies the encrypted certificate and feeds back the verification result to the backup initiating device. When receiving the verification success message, indicating that the verification is passed, and executing a subsequent flow; when receiving the verification failure message, the backup process is terminated, which indicates that the verification fails.
In some exemplary embodiments, the authentication with the terminal includes: and sending a data backup request to the terminal through wired connection, wherein the data backup request carries account information of the terminal so as to carry out identity authentication with the terminal through the account information.
When the backup initiating device is connected with the terminal through a wire, because the reliability of hardware connection is high, when a data backup request is sent to the terminal, the data backup request carries account information of the terminal, so that identity verification is carried out on the terminal through the account information, the consistency of the account information logged in by the backup initiating device and the account information of the terminal is ensured, and the legality of data backup is ensured.
In this embodiment, the data backup request is, for example, a Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) extension command: vector _ CMD _ SEND _ XIAMO _ INFO (0x 9191).
In some exemplary embodiments, determining data to be backed up of the terminal includes: acquiring available storage capacity used for caching data to be backed up and data volume of all backed up data on a terminal; and determining the data to be backed up based on the available storage capacity and the data amount.
The available storage capacity for caching the data to be backed up on the terminal is the remaining storage capacity of the terminal memory, for example, the terminal memory is 256G, the memory occupied by the data on the terminal is 100G, and the available storage capacity for caching the data to be backed up is 156G. The data volume of all backupable data is the total data volume of all backupable data on the terminal, for example, the data on the terminal includes pictures, short messages and system data, wherein the backupable data only includes pictures and short messages, and the data volume of the pictures and the short messages is the data volume of all backupable data. And determining the data to be backed up according to the acquired available storage capacity and the acquired data amount, and backing up important data as much as possible under the condition of limited available storage capacity.
In some exemplary embodiments, determining the data to be backed up based on the available storage capacity and the data amount includes: determining that the data to be backed up are all data which can be backed up on the terminal in response to the fact that the available storage capacity is larger than or equal to the data amount; and determining the data to be backed up based on the selection of the backup data by the user of the terminal in response to the available storage capacity being smaller than the data amount.
When the available storage capacity for caching the data to be backed up is larger than or equal to the data volume of all the data to be backed up, all the data to be backed up on the terminal are determined as the data to be backed up; when the available storage capacity for caching the data to be backed up is smaller than the data volume of all the data to be backed up, classifying all the data to be backed up in the terminal, counting the data volume of various types of data to be backed up, displaying the available storage capacity, various types of data to be backed up and the data volume of various types of data to be backed up to a user, for example, displaying the available storage capacity, various types of data to be backed up and the data volume of various types of data to be backed up to the user in a pop-up mode for the user to select the data to be backed up, and determining the data to be backed up according to the selection of the user. Or the data to be backed up can be determined according to the setting of the user on the priority backed-up data in advance.
It should be noted that when the available storage capacity is greater than or equal to the data amount, the data to be backed up may also be determined according to the data selected by the user, and when the user does not select, all the data that can be backed up is used as the data to be backed up.
In some exemplary embodiments, the method further comprises: and after the data to be backed up is determined, sending a second backup message to the terminal to inform the terminal of caching the data to be backed up in a storage space on the terminal corresponding to the available storage capacity, wherein the second backup message comprises information about the data to be backed up.
In order to facilitate subsequent storage of the data to be backed up in the storage space that the user wants to store, the data to be backed up needs to be cached locally at the terminal, so that after the data to be backed up is determined, a second backup message is sent to the terminal, where the second backup message includes information about the data to be backed up, for example, which data the data to be backed up includes, and the terminal is notified to cache the data to be backed up included in the second backup message in the storage space on the terminal corresponding to the available storage capacity.
In some exemplary embodiments, sending a first backup message to the terminal to notify the terminal to store data to be backed up in a storage space includes: determining a storage space for storing data to be backed up; and sending a first backup message to the terminal, wherein the first backup message comprises information of the storage space so as to inform the terminal to store the data to be backed up in the storage space.
In this embodiment, for example, a message is sent to the user in a pop-up window or other manners, so that the user can select the storage space. And then receiving the selection of the corresponding storage space of the user. And determining a storage space for storing the data to be backed up according to the selection of the user, wherein the storage space comprises local equipment and a cloud end. When a user selects to store the data to the cloud, a first backup message is sent to the terminal to inform the terminal to upload the data to be backed up to the cloud, and when the user replaces a new terminal, the backup data can be obtained from the cloud; when a user selects to store the data in the local device, a first backup message is sent to the terminal to inform the terminal that the data to be backed up needs to be copied to the local device, and meanwhile, a file transmission limitation removing instruction needs to be sent to the terminal, and at the moment, the terminal and the local device are connected through a USB (universal serial bus) to finish copying of the backup data. When data is transmitted through a USB connection terminal, in order to ensure reliability of data transmission, a file transmission limit usually exists on the terminal, for example, file transmission cannot be performed in a screen locking mode.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for backing up terminal data is provided, which is applied to a terminal, where the terminal includes a mobile phone, a tablet, an intelligent wearable device, and the like. Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method of backing up terminal data according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, including the steps of:
step S201: carrying out identity authentication with the backup initiating equipment;
step S202: responding to the identity verification with the backup initiating device, and sending the available storage capacity for caching the data to be backed up and the data volume of all the data to be backed up on the terminal to the backup initiating device so as to determine the data to be backed up of the terminal by the backup initiating device;
step S203: receiving a first backup message from the backup initiating device, and storing the data to be backed up to the storage space.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to overcome the problem in the related art that terminal data cannot be backed up when a terminal screen is damaged, a method for backing up terminal data without operating the screen is provided, which is applied to a terminal. The terminal and the backup initiating device carry out identity authentication, after the identity authentication is passed, the available storage capacity used for caching the data to be backed up on the terminal and the data volume of all the data to be backed up are sent to the backup initiating device, so that the backup initiating device determines the data to be backed up of the terminal, receives a first backup message from the backup initiating device and stores the data to be backed up to a storage space.
In step S201, when data in the terminal needs to be backed up, the data may be connected through a wireless communication network, such as a wireless WiFi network, a local area network, or a mobile communication network, or may be connected through a wired connection, such as a USB connection, by connecting to the backup initiating device. The identity authentication comprises security authentication and validity authentication, wherein the security authentication is used for ensuring the security of terminal data and preventing the leakage of the terminal data, and the validity authentication is used for ensuring that the backup initiating device can perform data backup in the terminal. The identity authentication includes any authentication mode capable of authenticating safety and legality, such as authentication of a mobile phone number, authentication of equipment information of a terminal, account information and the like, and the mode and the number of times of the identity authentication can be set according to actual requirements.
In step S202, when the identity authentication with the backup initiating device passes, an instruction that the backup initiating device acquires the available storage capacity for caching the data to be backed up and the data volume of all the data to be backed up on the terminal is received, and the terminal sends the available storage capacity for caching the data to be backed up and the data volume of all the data to be backed up on the terminal to the backup initiating device, so that the backup initiating device can determine the data to be backed up of the terminal according to the available storage capacity and the data volume.
In step S203, the first backup message includes information about the data to be backed up and information that stores the data to be backed up in the storage space, and according to the first backup data, the terminal stores the data to be backed up determined by the backup initiating device in the corresponding storage space.
In the exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, after the terminal is connected with the backup initiating device, the terminal performs identity authentication with the backup initiating device, and when the identity authentication passes, the available storage capacity for caching the data to be backed up and the data volume of all the data to be backed up on the terminal are sent to the backup initiating device, so that the backup initiating device can determine the data to be backed up of the terminal according to the available storage capacity and the data volume, receive a first backup message from the backup initiating device, and store the data to be backed up to the storage space according to the first backup message. The user can complete the backup of the terminal data without operating the terminal in the backup process, the terminal data can be backed up in time even if the terminal screen is damaged, and the user experience is improved.
In some exemplary embodiments, the authenticating with the backup initiating device includes: receiving a data backup request from backup initiating equipment through a wireless communication network, wherein the data backup request carries request sender information and encryption information; the request sender information and the encrypted information are verified.
When the terminal is connected with the backup initiating device through the wireless communication network, the data backup request of the backup initiating device is received, and the reliability of the backup initiating device can be determined according to the information in the data backup request so as to ensure that the terminal data is not leaked. The terminal stores the information of the request sender and the decryption information in advance, and verifies the information of the request sender and the encryption information according to the information of the request sender and the encryption information carried in the data backup request. And when the verification is passed, executing a subsequent backup process, and when the verification is not passed, terminating the backup process to prevent the power consumption of the terminal from being overhigh due to malicious interference. For example, when the data backup request is an encrypted short message sent to the terminal, after receiving the encrypted short message, the terminal firstly verifies whether the number of the short message is a special backup number pre-stored in the terminal, and secondly verifies the encrypted short message by using a locally pre-stored public key.
In some exemplary embodiments, the authenticating with the backup initiating device further includes: and sending the equipment information and the account information of the terminal to the backup initiating equipment.
When the backup initiating device is connected with the terminal through the wireless communication network and the identity authentication is passed, the device information and the account information of the terminal are sent to the backup initiating device, so that the backup initiating device can verify the device information and the account information, and the validity of data backup is ensured.
In some exemplary embodiments, the authenticating with the backup initiating device further includes: receiving an encrypted certificate from a backup initiating device; the encrypted certificate is verified.
When the backup method is executed through a website on the backup initiating device, in order to further ensure the security of data backup and ensure the reliability and connection stability of the website, the terminal receives an encryption certificate, such as an ECC encryption certificate, and verifies the encryption certificate. And when the verification of the encryption certificate is passed, executing a subsequent backup process, and when the verification of the encryption certificate is not passed, sending verification failure information to the backup initiating device so as to process the backup initiating device.
In some exemplary embodiments, the authenticating with the backup initiating device includes: receiving a data backup request from backup initiating equipment through wired connection, wherein the data backup request carries account information of a terminal; and verifying the account information.
When the terminal is connected with the backup initiating device through a wire, the data backup request is received, and the data backup request is verified according to the account information of the terminal carried in the data backup request. When the account information is the same as the self login information, the verification is passed, and a verification success message is sent to the backup initiating device; and when the account information is different from the self-login information, the verification is not passed, a verification failure message is sent to the backup initiating device, and the data backup process is terminated.
In some exemplary embodiments, a second backup message is received from a backup initiating device, the second backup message including information about data to be backed up; and caching the data to be backed up in a storage space on the terminal corresponding to the available storage capacity.
And when the second backup message is received, caching the data to be backed up to a storage space on the terminal corresponding to the available storage capacity on the terminal according to the information of the data to be backed up in the second backup message, namely storing the data to be backed up to the available storage space of the terminal memory so as to store the data to be backed up to the storage space which the user wants to store in the subsequent process.
