the fourth encrypted file is sent to all first user terminals logging in the user account information, and the first encrypted file, the second encrypted file, the third encrypted file and the fourth encrypted file are discarded;
and the first user side decrypts the fourth encrypted file based on the first key to obtain a second key, and the global updating of the second element label is completed.
